My rating is a solid 3,5, but since that's not possible I will rate it a 4. The good points: - The staff is really nice - Pool and gym - They let me check in early - Spacious room - Free water - Close to night market - Beautiful lobby - They upgraded me to a better room Not so good points: - The treadmill in the gym has seen better days - it's probably best to get a new one soon. It's very noisy. - The rooms need a very good deep clean and scrub. They look clean on the surface when you walk in, however, you soon begin to notice the build up dirt in the corners, the stains on the curtains, the rips and tears in the sofa, the coffee and tea splashes on the walls. If they fix the above, then they have a VERY good hotel.

Good location. Adequate gym for fitness. Nice friendly staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast limited choice but reasonable quality. Pool nice but has power cables running over the top of it!

Very happy with staying here. Great location, staff are so friendly. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Also made a birthday celebration special with cake 💜🎂 when I return to Hua Hin i will stay again 😊🎈

It’s quite ok in Hua Hin. The price is really worthy compared to other four or five star hotel in Hua Hin! Very near from Night market and food area. But the air conditioner would keep having noise when it generates the cold air… And the air conditioner was facing the bed so which means you would get all night long cold air direct to your face. And get headache in the next morning… should aware of this! Others is good. Clean room and nice service for all the people here.

Clean good sized rooms, quick check in process and very friendly helpful staff. Only 2 things which they could improve would be the breakfast, not many choices and the same every day and the swimming pool located behind the hotel at end of car park, not very inviting and saw no one using it. But overall I would consider staying here again.

Excellent room, soft pillows, nice bed , very large, several English channels on TV, great shower room, small but nice pool , great central location. Breakfast ok, they try to vary the European breakfast, which is disappointing, if they just stick to eggs,beans,fried potatoes as standard most westerners would be satisfied, but second day we had eggs, spinach??, Tomatoe soup?? Very weird. Overall excellent hotel will certainly use again.

On arriving we unpacked and went out. On our return the room had a strange and unpleasant smell and the air conditioning didn't work. A staff member was sent who couldn't fix the problem. We were told that there was no other room available but we remained assertive in a polite way and suddenly an upgraded room became available for us, so at mid night we changed rooms! Overall the hotel was spotlessly clean and all staff were friendly. Our cleaner on the fourth floor ( Bimbum) was extremely good and took pride in her work. Breakfast was adequate but certainly not four star, it's the only hotel ever where we had to ask for cereal every morning, it was available but only by request!!! The swimming pool area could do with a good clean and due to the limited number of sun loungers staff need to be more vigilant in not allowing guests to reserve them then not use them for hours. The rooftop bar would benefit from a general make over as it was far from inviting but the views from it were OK. The hotel also had a courtesy taxi ( golf buggy) to transport guests. Overall we can recommend this hotel to others but be aware that some aspects of the hotel are not four star but still good value for money and located well for visiting some of Hua Hins attractions.

Hotel is good. Room was clean. The bed is firm. AC works great but the one in the bedroom seems to have a slight smell. Service is very good. I don't like how they have a step to get into the room and in the bathroom. The shower pressure is somewhat weak. It's slippery getting into the bathtub to take a shower and the water splashes outside, getting the bathmat wet. It's difficult to get shower water to the right temperature that you want, it's either too hot or just cold, hard to adjust it to be in between. We got upgraded from standard to junior suite which was nice. The suite seems to lack some furniture that you would think makes sense, like more chairs and trash bin. Breakfast was just ok.

A nice reasonable price hotel. Clean spacious room with mini fridge and coffee/tea. We stayed in room 704, ocean view. Central location. A 15 min walking distance to night market and beach. There are some outdoor restaurants within walking distance and only a 5 min ride to the train station. Negatives: 1) bathroom has sewage odor. 2) room advertised as king size bed; however, it's actually a full size bed. 3) We asked for 3 extra pillows. Housekeeping brought only 1 and told us he'd bring 3 if we tipped him. We already have tips money in our hand, but when he demanded tips, he gets zero.

It was a very nice place to stay. A big room and clean with everything you need, friendly and helpful staff nearby to the beach and nightmarket. The bus company to Bangkok is nearby and to rent a motorbike, you need to walk 5 minutes.

Very happy 2 nights stay in Grand Pavilion Hotel. Very strategic location which is 5 mins walk to the market. Our coach can reach right outside the lobby. Very impressive, spacious , clean rooms with a balcony where washed clothes can be dried overnight. Scrumptious Breakfast though coffee isn't too fragrance. Highly recommended when you visit Hua Hin.

For sure a 4 star hotel in every sense of the meaning. This was beyond what I imagined, the service from the staff was fantastic 😊 the rooms were spacious and had so much natural lighting. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was brilliant and the motorcycle hire was super convenient. The only negative I would say was breakfast as it wasn't great and the gym equipment could use some maintenance work done to it. Besides that brilliant stay and I would be happy to return and stay here again. Thank you 🙂

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was clean, the staff is super polite and I had no issues. As for the other guest post about the breakfast being a bit insufficient, sure, not like the Hilton or Intercontinental but seriously, it's enough.

We stayed at the Royal Pavilion in Hua Hin for a week and were delighted. Even the reception was extremely gracious and the staff are very friendly throughout. Cleanliness is a top priority at this hotel and so we are delighted every day with a spotlessly clean room, a pleasantly designed entrance area and the inviting pool. The great breakfast buffet is particularly worth mentioning. The cook comes up with new hot dishes every day and is still wise enough to leave the delicious rice soup on the menu. Many thanks to the management and the well-coordinated team. We will be happy to come back next year and perhaps stay a little longer. Úrsula and Christian

This hotel is placed near Huahin town centre. The rooms are small but well equipped with aircondition, fridge etc. On the roof is a wonderful roof top bar where you can enjoy beers, coctails, coffee and a selection of food. The breakfast selection is adequate but we have enjoyed better at other hotels in Huahin in the same price range . .

One star is still to much for our stay in this hotel. Room is not really clean as you can see in the picture. Also the room was booked and payed for four person including breakfast. When entering the breakfast room they told us that only two persons are allowed to breakfast and the others have to leave. Only after discussions and checking in their system again they allowed us to have breakfast with all four booked and payed guests. Our appetite was then already gone.

Nice hotel with big rooms , nice service and staff working there. Little swim pool in backyard where you can cool of. Location is quite close to the night marked and easy to get around.

The hotel is centrally located to the night market, beach, mall and the mosque. They offer a shuttle service over weekends to the beach (11.00, 15.00 and 18:00), train station, mall and the weekend night market. The rooms is nice and spacious and an open feel (yes you can open the windows and enjoy the balcony view). We had a pool facing view which was great. The pool is perfect as well, with the water just the right temperature. There is a small gym as well. Breakfast option looks good with a nice variety, but we haven't tried it. The staff is super friendly and they will gladly help you make your stay great. Thank you for our week long stay, we loved it.

Our family group of three rooms stayed at this hotel for one night and were pleased to find that the hotel had provided us with connecting rooms. These rooms were newly renovated and the breakfast provided was satisfactory. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and we left feeling content.

Had a nice stay there during a long motorcycle trip and the room ticked all the boxes. Comfy bed, nice and clean bathroom, good see view even if I didn’t have much time to enjoy it plenty. Very kind and helpful staff too.

Excellent place, the room was spacious, clean and gave us the feeling of luxury. We did not have dinner in house but in the morning the breakfast was a surprise. Every little detail was taken care of, the eggs station, the breads, the fruits, yogurt and honey, the Thai food.... everything was absolutely spot on. This is our second time and we have had a super great time in both occasions.

Excellent large marble lined hotel in centre of town near market, we have stayed twice the rooms are large clean and thoroughly modernised, helpful smiling staff and great European or local bfast. Very comfortable mattress and quiet aircon.

Excellent stay. The hotel is older and a little dated but truly excellent value. Fast check in & out (no deposit required) Big room with comfortable bed, sofa, small balcony, medium size bathroom and wardrobe and room safe. It's very quiet at night and easy to sleep There is an outdoor pool and a small gym included and provide extra value for money. Location is a few mins walk from the night market and around 10 mins walk to the beach. Lots of F&B around. The breakfast was dreadful, avoid it. And the AC can be a little loud. Overall fantastic stay for 90RMB a night

Beautiful hotel, room was very spacious, food was great plenty of variety, only negative is it's a bit of a walk to the beach but close to the night market.

It's fair price. It costs very cheap if compare with the comfortable room. Excellent one choice at Hua Hin. It's clean, peaceful, fair price, comfortable and the staffs all nice. 💋💋💋💋💋💋

Rooms are good and new, in my room we faced some smelling issues due to the exhaust not working. Few of the staff Like Kun Grace is very helpful and soft-spoken. And few of the staff including the manager are very blunt. I didn't want to speak anything to them. Strange thing i noticed, they do not have service in rooms, no telephones. Location near to main street, 300-400 meters from walking street and night market.

Location near night market ,about 5 mins walk. Good service from all the hotel staff. Room are nice and very clean. However, about 10-15 mins walk to the beach. We get more than what we paid. Thanks for the service.
