So amazing!! I can't tell you how highly I recommend this hotel following my recent stay. From arrival, everything was perfect. Positives: - Amazing pools available - Great pool and attractions for the children available here - On arrival the room wasn't quite ready, however I was able to access the facilities as normal (fitness, pool and changing rooms) - Fitness centre is really good and well equipped - The hotel is located on the beachfront - I was upgraded to the beach suite room which was amazing - The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had. So much selection and all great taste. I really recommend all types of travellers staying here - couples or families. No negatives at all, the place is so great.

One of the best family hotel I’ve ever been. From the kids-friendly design that are very safe till high service-minded staffs, this hotel is definitely delivering its value proposition. The canal style-pool design that’s connected to all rooms make us feel randomly valuable every time we come here, unlike other hotel that you need to always make an unknown guesstimate whether you will have a good room location or not. And definitely, we will be back.

Plenty of upscale hotels around but this one is the S..t. I mean, they’ve got everything. Staff at the restaurant and swimming pool are hospitable, welcoming and gracious. Specially those at breakfast shift. Thank you so much boys and girls. My first time there is definitely memorable be cause of you guys. Thanks again. BTW, breakfast, lunch and dinner are so delightful and delicious.

We had an Amazing 4 night stay at this impeccable hotel. It's beautiful, modern, quiet, the service is top notch, they predict your needs and it's got everything you need. It's probably the gem of hotels in Hua Hin. Will definitely be back soon!

Rooms were a bit pricey, but the rooms were good, the beach was clean, and the pool was also clean and good. The pool was saltwater. Food was really good, and yummy. Water was a bit hot though, because there were not much shades, so would be nice if they could add more shade, and deeper pools, as even the adult pool is only 1.20meters. Anyways, it was a solid 4.51 stars, which is a 5 here

Regretful stay, least impressive Marriott property I've ever encountered. Curious room designs. NO BATHTUB except in suites. Soundproofing is inadequate and doors leak sound, both the (not) solid outer doors and sliding glass doors. Some service mishaps, too, though most staff were nice. Beachfront full of touts, not that you would see it from your room anyway, as 95% of rooms are inward and face the hotel facilities, not the seaside. There are surprisingly many dedicated smoking areas. The property has 10 suites, so good luck getting upgrades. Some of those suites aren't in the upgrade pool either. Facilities are barebone. Executive lounge was closed permanently years ago. Very few locals (except for staff) around. This area is full of great independent options, both of local and international varieties, with better property designs, rooms, amenities, and prices.

Very Kids friendly resort. I booked 4 rooms - 3 standard rooms upper floor & 1 room at ground floor with pool access balcony. The room and facility are very well maintained and cleaned. - Safety - water bottle Not sure if it’s intentional.. but we were very impressed. For the rooms for adults they provided complimentary water in glass bottles while plastic bottled water provided in the room with a kid. I guess this was the hotel’s intention especially for the safety reason. - Staffs around pools There are number of staffs keep cleaning pools and safe guards at the slides and family pool - Breakfast Wide range of selection and kids utensils and plates are prepared. They also give balloons to kids

Wonderful resort with a great location. We stayed here nine nights and enjoyed the whole time from start to end. Staff is professional and very friendly. Breakfast buffet is overwhelming and great quality. Food overall is top notch. Kids club and pools take the little ones into account well, not to mention the complimentary ice pops and cotton candy. Great vacation, definitely going back!

Exceeded my expectation in every way. Took older relatives along with kids and everyone had a spectacular time. The resort even provided an additional beachfront venue for breakfast during a busy weekend (and making up for a smaller buffet selection with unlimited sparkling wines and Bloody Marys!) The gym, spa and sauna were clean and welcoming. A++

Stayed in November 2023 for a family vacation. Location - This is an excellent hotel on the beach with great views. The travel from Bangkok airport is around 3 hours. Service - The staff is friendly, everyone speaks English and service is top notch. Food - many good restaurant options inside the hotel. You may also use Grab to order food from local places. Kids activities - there is a kids playroom, many planned activities and also the kids swimming pool. Very kid and family friendly hotel. Overall we had a very nice and relaxing vacation.

Absolutely incredible hotel that offered the most amazing service from every staff member. The facilities were stunning from an adult’s only pool to a lazy river style pool that stretched around the whole property. It felt like we were in a little village! The food was absolutely to die for especially the pasta and steak sandwich! Everything about our 3 night stay was near on perfect.

Beautiful hotel! Perfect for a family with kids. We didn’t bring any kids, but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Staff were very attentive. All meals were also amazing. Great location right on a great beach. Little over three hours driving from bangkok. Highly recommend.

We were given rooms with pool and ocean views. The rooms seem to have been nicely renovated, and we felt it very clean. My kid enjoyed the pool, complimentary cotton candy and popsicles, of course. Because we stayed at the hotel on weekdays, the place wasn't crowded and we enjoyed the very relaxing atmosphere. Hotel staff including gardeners and janitors, were very professional and greeted with smiles as we walked on paths.

First of all I have to praise the staff - from the reception through the restaurants, pool and spa. They are all very nice and helpful. We came to Hua Hin for 8 days and we were suppose to stay in other hotel than Marriott but we found out that our booked hotel did not have beach access although they called beach resort. So we stayed there for 1 night and then we canceled our reservation and we had to find new hotel to stay for another 7 days. And we tried Marriott and it was our best decision. We came to reception disappointed and desperate that our holiday is ruined but we were lucky that we met receptionist named Sara- she was very kind and helpful and she showed us rooms before and explained areas in the hotel. And when we moved on our holiday finally began:) I have nothing bad to say about this hotel - rooms are nice and clean. The food in restaurants is very tasty and delicious. Also pool areas are nice and clean and we really liked the fact that there is also separated pool area only for adults because we were without kids. We also tried spa and massage - also great experience. The Hua Hin beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and we walked every day for hours. There were one thing that we did not like - and it was men on horses stayed right in front of the stairs to the beach. I mean, ok, it is an attraction for somone, but do they have to stay right in front of the hotel? Why couldnt they stay 50 or more meters left or right? It was really annoying for us. And also the fact that they didnt clean horse feces so we had to be aware not to step in it. Hua Hin beach is public beach and it is a shame that nobody cares about it cleanliness - at least we didnt see anybody to clean it. There were a lot of rubbish . We were at many public beaches in Europe but they are nice and clean. this is the shame that there is beautiful beach but no one cares about it. But this is probably the thing that hotel could not affect.

Love this hotel. This hotel is very much made for families. Rooms are big beautiful and clean. Staff are so attentive and happy. Amazing service. Breakfast is a rush but everyone is standing in line patiently. The pool is salted which is a huge plus point. The design is a big round loop which is great. There is a separate adult pool which is very quiet and peaceful. Mainly Chinese families and local Thai families with a few middle eastern families and western families.

Beautiful Hotel to rewind and a place for the children to have lots of fun and to explore. We also loved the daily ice pops and the cotton candy. Breakfast is not leaving many wishes open and the service is excellent. Well locked after hotel with super trained employees. The beach offers fine sand and a lot of empty space. The horse owners, some, are riding so fast their horses, that little kids, digging in the sand are getting scared. Our kids love horses but they were so sad about the horses, standing for hours in the hot sand and direkt sun at the stairs from the hotel. 😔 Was our first and absolutely not our last time. Beautiful Hotel. Best location near to the Mall and the valet service is 10/10. Thank you for making our holidays so memorable.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, which is designed for families with children. It has many facilities for kids, such as a pool with slides, a playground, and a kids' club. Therefore, it is not suitable for couples looking for a quiet place to enjoy the beach and a tranquil breakfast. The room was spacious and we were upgraded to a sea view room. However, I prefer a standard room with a view of the swimming pool, which has a bigger balcony. We also found the open lobby not adequate for hot weather, we sweated a lot while waiting for check-in check-out or a taxi. The beach service was really poor. There was only a guard at the gate, who recorded our names and gave us towels. There was no water provided, and the staff was never available to take orders. The housekeeping was efficient. When we came back from breakfast, the room was already clean. The location is a bit far from the town center. It takes about 30 minutes to walk there along the beach, or 10 minutes by taxi. Overall, this hotel is a good choice. It has a well-equipped gym, a large adult pool, a wide variety of breakfast options, and comfortable rooms.

We stayed for 4 nights. One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Resort is right next to the beautiful beach for easy access. Pools were also great with a river pool that takes you around. The food was very good, especially the breakfast buffet. They also have lots of events for all ages so be sure to see what is available. The people who work there are all very accommodating and nice.

Was a bit busy when We arrived as it was the last day of a long weekend and many people checking out. But the staff were very accommodating and was not stressed by the busy lobby. They checked us in and showed us to the room quickly. The hotel premises are excellent, they have 5 pools where at least one pool is an adult pool bordered with trees, so you can relax without kids. The pool bar is right on the beach with an amazing view and great staff. Certainly will not be the last time back here

September 2023 . We stayed at the garden room for 6 nights. I will summarize our impression as absolutely WONDERFUL! Located between the beautiful beach and the main road, which is close to all we needed (shopping, restaurants, travel agencies, and more). So clean ! Room and hotel amenities. Beautiful design of hotel room, dining room, swimming pools (for adults, children, and families). All so green and lush, relaxing and quiet. Food is absolutely outstanding and delicious, breakfast and dinner, with a variety of dishes. Service effective and so very kind . Unfortunately, our room with a garden, which we paid extra for, had no garden or lawn, but a concrete balcony.

Perfect hotel to stay for families with kids! We had an amazing time! We stayed in the pool access room and our little toddler loved it! He was enjoying the hotel so much we decided to extend our stay. Staff were nice, very friendly and professional. Everything was very well organized. Everyone was very nice to kids! We felt very welcome! The kids pool area was perfect for our son. The floor was not slippery so we didn’t have to worry and there was lots for him to explore! There are also water slides for kids. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool that went around the hotel and connected to the rooms. The room was very nice and spacious. Cleaning was nicely done everyday. The little patio that connected to the pool was very perfect for our son to play on. One downside was that the walls were not thick enough and we could hear our neighbors at night which bothered my husband. Great food options at the hotel. We had Thai food at the Amber Kitchen restaurant and it was good so we ate there most of time during our stay. It was also nice that they had a kids menu for not only the restaurant but also for room service. For breakfast we went to the Siam Bakery in the hotel because it was less crowded. The breakfast buffet had many options but it felt a bit too busy and crowded for us. The beach was nice but there were many people with horses trying to get customers which was a bit uncomfortable. It would be nice if the hotel could keep them away from the beach area so it feels a bit more private. Also during our stay the beach was full of Jellyfish so if you want to go in the water August may not be the best time to go. Location was great! There is mall, supermarket and convenience stores walking distance from the hotel. Perfect to pick up some snacks. Transport from Bangkok airport: We booked a car to pick us up from the airport. The car was nice and the driver was very friendly and competent. The ride was super comfortable. We also booked a car to go back to Bangkok. High quality spa. I got the facial and body treatment which was very relaxing. They used good quality products and I was very happy with the result, particularly for the facial treatment. Overall we had a wonderful time and if we decide to go to Hua Hin again we would stay at this hotel again.

Clean nice place and good location. Greeting was really off and failed in traditional Thai respect but otherwise the service has been great. The food superb and good value...service at breakfast and at night dinner is awesome. Concierge has been a great help.

Our stay here was very pleasant, beyond our expectation. We can feel a wonderful service even before we arrive the hotel. The reception team called us to prep about the room availability and our expected arrival time so that they can arrange a proper room before our arrival. Services from other staffs were great too. Moreover, the hotel is quite new which gave you a comfortable experience. Also, thank you so much for the loyalty team for nice notes and complimentary snacks :) If you are looking for a nice Marriott hotel at Huahin, this is the one.

Very clean and new hotel, with great pool and facilities for kid. There's a wide variety of food for breakfast too. Family-friendly and service is excellent! Will definitely choose this hotel again if I'm coming back to Hua Hin.

Beachfront 5-star hotel with 5 pools for all members of the family to enjoy!! Spacious room with all amenities you need for a comfy stay. Deducted 1 point for weekday dinner buffet. Food and dessert were not that good. In room wifi was difficult to connect.

We've stayed at the Marriott Hua Hin before and loved our previous stays, which is why we decided to come back. This time, despite booking the suite far in advance and repeatedly requesting a sea view room, we didn't even see the edge of the ocean (we were assured at the time of booking that the room was available and a strong request has been put in). The room was fine otherwise and the front desk staff was helpful offering to switch rooms for us for the next night. The next day it was evening by the time we got to switch rooms, and the room wasn't very clean - the bathroom door was jammed, the bath tub was clogged and there were still hairs, and the hot water faucet on the bath tub didn't work. It was also a far from peaceful stay, the hotel was overcrowded due to a wedding and we had to park far away from the hotel which was not ideal during the rainy season. Despite that, the staff were great - helpful and responsive, but the hotel is not equipped to deal with the volume of guests it attracts.

I love this hotel! From the check-in process - super professional and clear staff, to the design of the hotel - subtle, classy, modern-luxe and functional, to the swimming pool - there is a pool that winds around the hotel, pool toys, basketball net, slide, etc, and the easy access to the beach! This hotel ticks all the boxes for a family holiday. The cherry on top are the little touches that the room make-up staff do, like leaving a little elephant toy on the bed for when we return. It’s these little things that differentiate a great hotel from a SUPERB one. Will be back xx

Professional staff from the very minute you arrive. Efficient in every way. Each and every staff member we encountered was well trained and an expert at making guests feel welcome and at home! The dining was always an exceptional experience. The room was as comfortable and welcoming as it could be. We will be frequent guests for the long term!

Outstanding services received from all staffs l met during the stay. We stayed during may day holiday( very crowded) but felt impressed with the excellent treat. The place and the room is neat new clean and practical. Recommended if you have kids. Breakfast was average for me.
