Absolutely incredible experience at G Hua Hin hotel! The attention to detail, stunning design, and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. From the luxurious rooms to the breathtaking pool area, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The staff's warmth and professionalism truly stood out. I have very mixed thoughts on this property. We got the deluxe jacuzzi room for $8000 bath a night. The room it's self was excellent, it was beautiful. But was it worth the money? The service. There was two staff that absolutely ruined it for me. One lady at the finger bar and one male at front desk with attitude. If you are spending this kind of money on a room you expect service. This hotels location is good. Breakfast was disappointing. The gym was lousy and needs more equipment. I liked the bed and the pillows and the private spa. But the blinds let too much light in and everyone could see into our room. Maybe some tint on the windows would be good so you could replace with our anyone watching.. When booking a deluxe room some fruit and drinks on arrival would have been appreciated. I've been to other hotels for $1000 bath this hotel and everytime we arrive back we are given fresh fruit and coconuts. Overall this was a nice hotel, nice room.. but money wise not worth the spend on the premium room.. I think we would have received better breakfast etc at another resort. To the staff that were lovely thankyou. For the two that were so rude.. you really damage the reputation of your peers and leave a sour taste with the customer. Breakfast staff were very nice just the quality of what you get isnt the best

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Pool was big and not to crowded and nice surroundings by the pool. Nice smallish gym but had basics. Breakfast was ideal but advise to get early as some items do not get replenished when near to the end of official Breakfast time which we had no issue with. Great location, near shopping center. Across road were massage shops, also laundry. 5min walk lots of bars and 7-11 as well as restaurants. Would certainly reccomend and when back would stay here again. A great value for money hotel.

We received a warm welcome and were offered help with our luggage. The front staff was very cheerful as they greeted us. The room was clean with all the facilities we needed and they were able to tend to our request for a quiet upper-floor room which was great. Breakfast was tasty with just the right amount of variety. I've stayed at other places for the same price but the quality could not be compared—in overall, great value for your money.

Perfect location, mid way between 2 major malls of Hua Hin, the Market Village and the Bluport. The hotel is quite new and room is big and comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good and parking was free during our stay. Plenty of Thai massage shops nearby, all at same price 250 baht for 1 hour.

Great hotel with nice rooms. We had a 1st/ground floor room with our own little pool/bubble bath on the balcony, with direct access too pool. Two pools available, one big 120cm deep, and one smaller for kids, 60cm deep. Pretty good location too. My only dislike, and this is common with most hotels in Thailand; please, please please ditch the large single duvet and get 2 separate duvets! Please! No one likes single duvets, especially when it's hot, you need to be able to get your feet out of the duvet on either side! Also the pillows were massive! Great for when you sit and read in bed, terrible for sleeping. One big and one smaller pillow would be better. Will I stay there again? Yes! No doubt.

Good Hotel - Good Location Staff are above excellent especially front office manager Mammy who was extremely good to us - but all staff from housekeeping up are excellent Breakfast very very good - Finger Bar food and drinks excellent again staff above excellent here too Facilities, Pool, Seating / Loungers / Gym are all good. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. What let it down for us was the noisy air conditioning making sleep impossible

Perfect location within walking distance to night markets, two major shopping malls, beach and many more restaurants. Rooms and bathrooms are modern and spacious. Bedding is comfortable and every amenity worked. The jacuzzi room has a great layout with direct private access to the resort pool via stairs.

This is my 3rd times and this place always the best like they were before. There room is beautiful, big, clean, comfortable. The pool is the best that i ever used. All of the staffs are lovely. Big plenty and tasty breakfast

This is a great hotel with good amenities and nice service. We were in the spa jacuzzi room which was very spacious. We were given real bubble bath powder and housekeeping was excellent, super clean every day. The air-conditioning is excellent and the swimming pool great - not too much chlorine. There's also a gym and a bar but I went for beach walks instead. The breakfast buffet is good with decent variety each day. There are two car parks but one is a bit far away with no door on that side of the hotel. Beds are very soft and comfortable too.

Nice Hotel with different roomstyles. We had one with our own whirlpool on the balcony. Cool. The food you can order at the bar is very good. Very very nice staff. Big Breakfast Buffet. Guests mainly from northern Europe. No Arabs or people from India! Because i broke my leg before we arrived, they even provided me with a wheel chair and brought me to the near shopping centre. The hotel is built that you can reach everything inside with a wheelchair, so i can recommend it also for people with disability. Outside it is difficult for wheelchairs as everywhere in Thailand. It was a good choice to come here. I can highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for everything.

So good.. I was upgraded to a poolside room. The Jacuzzi was a big bonus to have if I wanted to chill in without swimming in the hotel pool. The staff were always smiling, courteous and always helpful with any of my requests. They even helped me rent a scooter in the neighbouring stores, booked my Vana Nava water park ticket on my check out day.. held my bag for me till I came to retrieve it. Thank you again G Hua Hin Resort I will be back again.

Great location if you pass through like us as it is conveniently located near the main road and a large shopping mall. I thought the front desk staff overdid on check in regarding breakfast selling and facilities introduction. I felt I was treated like I did my first hotel stay ever and I didn’t want to offend them Showing my travel agent card. There is kindness and courtesy and there is an overkill. This was an overkill. Overall good stay, great room and comfy bed and seating. Value for money I see this one on the higher side and struggle to justify the pricing in my professional understanding

It was fun and relaxing staying in your hotel. We would have extended one more night but it was fully booked on the day of our check out. All the staff were approachable and friendly. The breakfast was also good. There is only one minor issue we had, the AC seemed to cool off during midnight until dawn that we woke up feeling hot. This was for the 3 nights we had stayed. Overall, our stay was of something we looked forward to and we may come back again. Thank you.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always greet us with a warm hello. However, the rooms are not very soundproof. The swimming pool is spacious and never too crowded. The location is great, with an easy walk to Bluport and Market Village. Going to the beach is also convenient - just cross the road in front of Bangkok Hospital where there's a cross light.

The Staff at this location were outstanding!! ANYTHING that was asked of them was completed in minutes. Locked myself out of my room - resolved in under 2 minutes Remote control batteries out - resolved in under 2 minutes They were friendly and always obliging. Room was always clean and cleaned immaculately. Excellent facilities with pool, pool side service, gym, access to laundry and shopping - great location Loved staying here

Hotel is exactly what you need in Hua Hin when you are travelling with a group on a golf holiday. Staff looked after us very well. rooms are very well appointed and location is convenient to all requirements. Room i stayed in was a deluxe pool suite and it was very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back same time next year to do it all over again

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, large and comfortable. The service was fine. We enjoyed the happy hours and the food was quite good. The location was close to the beach which suited me fine. I also liked the swimming pool and usually I do not. I hope we can come again next year!

The staff are friendly, the location is great, the air-conditioning is cold enough, and the swimming pool is very long. Breakfast good, which is always changed every day. The hotel has a car to take us to night market. Overall very good. (Price/Quality ratio) - 5 Star.

We had the most wonderful stay as we always do. The staff (all) were so kind and helpful. Greeted with a smile at every opportunity. Food at the finger (pool) bar was excellent everytime. We won’t stay anywhere else. It’s in the centre of everything, Absolutely terrific We would recommend the hotel to everyone but leave room for us, planning my next visit already

10/10 perfect. Even put a small cake in my friends room after mention it was his birthday on the way out for dinner, was so sweet. The best hotel iv ever stayed at.

Great rooms and service was good. Main pool and plunge pool were nice considering the weather. Big shopping centre 5 mins walk away. Not many activities available in the area

Nice and cozy hotel. Friendly staff, if needed help or anything, they always helped. Breakfast was good. Pool area was good, not super big, but for us it was enough. Location is quite good. Maybe few more restaurants close by the hotel would have better. Easy to jump to minibus and drive to other part of hua hin.

I had a wonderful 9 nights stay in G Hua Hin Resort. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Especially the very kind team who cleaned my room everyday before 10.00am. I stayed in a Deluxe Jacuzzi Room and I was very happy with it. Breakfast was great especially thai dishes. Location is good, you can find in Soi 94 everything you want. Sea is about 10-15 walking minutes away. I can highly recommend this hotel and the staff!

The place is beautiful, lovely location. Just like any other hotel, the service was okay. The breakfast was alright but the chef making omelet was super joyful and his smile was lovely. The housekeeping ladies were super cheerful and lovely, the Bell man was very friendly and went beyond to help us. I found them very warm and inviting. The reception staff can be more helpful and tactful. Not saying that all of them were unhelpful, some were very friendly and some would not greet or say hi. Instead of offering help, we were always given NO and offered no solutions. Would be lot better if the team could go out of their way. Other than that still a lovely place.

Our stay here was pleasant and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful hotel. We loved seeing couples and families enjoying their vacation. The feature we used the most was the pool. Very clean and refreshing to use.

Friends of mine had recommended G Hua Hin Resort to me and I wasn’t disappointed. My large room on the 6th floor overlooked the enormous swimming pool and had the biggest balcony I’ve ever experienced with a hotel room. The breakfast buffet was an extensive selection of hot cooked Thai and European dishes with eggs cooked to order, a salad bar, selection of cut fruits, cereals and yoghurts, bread, croissants and pastries. Breakfast was a relaxed experience with seating either in the AC controlled dining room or large outside area. There was also a well equipped free to use gym which I used every morning simply by reserving my sessions in advance. There were plenty of sun loungers round the pool and a great little poolside bar and restaurant when I wanted to get a drink or something to eat. The east facing beach was a 2 minute walk away across the road and I saw some incredible sunrises when I strolled down early enough. The hotel staff were all super efficient and so friendly, always ready to help and with a smile.

Lovely little modern and clean resort at Hua Hin, beautiful room, very comfortable beds (best ever in Thailand), nice pool. Since the town area is dead now, we loved the location, Soi 94 is very lively. Breakfast OK. Though close to the main road, you don't hear it in the resort. I recommend this place!

Staff: very lovely and friendly. The cleaner in particular was very good and we felt well looked after by her. Great location, near the beach and all the amenities. Can't fault it. The hotel is really nice & clean. We loved the pool as they had a seperate kids pool too. The bar menu has a good selection of food. They have kids play area which is excellent as it's not exposed to the sun so the kids can play there any time. There is a gym there too with all the modern equipment. Things that can be improved: 1. It would be nice if the pool bar had fresh fruit juices too, like orange, coconut, pineapple. 2. We weren't informed about the free shuttle service to the night market. It's only when I asked that they told us and by then it was too late. 3. The breakfast menu is ok and agreeable but fresh fruit juices and better tea & coffee would have made such a difference. Too many pork dishes, would have preferred more chicken, prawns or vegetarian options. The staff at the breakfast bar are not particularly friendly. 4. The towels looked quite worn out sometimes and damaged in places. I would have given them 5* if it wasn't for the improvement comments.

Checked-in to the Deluxe Pool View room directly facing the east. The positive reviews about the hotel are mostly spot on but it would have been a better stay had we been able to have a lie-in which was one of the purposes of the trip; we were woken up a little after dawn by the BRIGHT sunlight escaping in due to the incorrect installation of the curtains. Moreover, the curtains do not blockout the light 100% like in other 4 / 5 star hotels. Other than that the room was well-appointed, spacious and clean. There was a large breakfast spread for non-vegetarians but limited options for vegetarians/vegans. Would have given it 5 stars but deducted 2 stars for the broken sleep. Update: Informed the housekeeper and the receptionist about the curtains. Both were cordially receptive to the complaint and they assured us they would remedy it. Good service. Review reassigned to 5 stars.

The hotel staff was so warm and friendly that it makes us felt right at home. We thank the hotel for arranging the Birthday Set and planned the surprise. Premises are clean and well kept. Staff is friendly, warm and helpful. Location is convenient as it is near a shopping mall. You can even watch live band from its neighbour.

This is our first time Hua Hin with senior and kid. The room is clean and fantastic comfort and we enjoy the sunshine on the balcony with the sun bed. If need to rate the concierge and reception team, full mark is not enough to present our appreciation- they are super friendly and helpful for all round while we stayed - from local information to transportation arrangement. Not only the morning buffet is excellent with different features everyday - from Japanese, Chinese to Thai; but also the pool side restaurant foods at the lunch and night times are good value for money! We decided therefore to join the cooking class with Chief, that is also my old kid first time to learn Thai cooking. It is fun and enjoyable! Thank you so much so that we have wonderful memories while we stayed in Hua Hin.

Centrally located close to shopping malls, food courts/restaurants and some great local bars. Laundry opposite hotel very convenient and reasonable. Staff in hotel cannot do enough for you and always with a smile 😊. Pool area is also great to relax and unwind. Good size rooms with comfortable beds, large balcony and rain shower. Large and varied choice of breakfast dishes, and a lovely rooftop bar. Just wish that the reception area, which is open, had some large celling fans to keep the air moving.

Rooms are very modern, maintained and clean. The design of them is super good in many ways. Except for the entry doors that leads a lot of noise in from the road. It's annoying, but not something you are laying sleepless over. Otherwise good service, nice clean pool and very friendly staff.

Quite a lot of noise from the traffic through door. Missed a few hooks in the bathroom. Missed change of hand soap a bit more often ( we only had 2 pieces in 9 days ) Service from every member of the staff excellent ! Very nice breakfast.

The room was a great size for 1. Bathroom neat, clean and modern. Used Room Service a couple of times and the service was quick and inline with my requests. The resort is located in a relatively central area with easy access both in and out of the resort. the pool was very clean and a great size. The Finger Bar at the pool was very clean, inexpensive and the service was terrific.

Affordable, clean and lovely staff. It's location is great as your close to the main road and the beach. The rooms were clean and the overall facilities were in good conditions. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable stay.

Excellent value (especially with the Thai travel scheme). The whole hotel is very well designed: The rooms are comfortable and spacious with nice sofa options in the room and on the balcony. The swimming pool is great for early morning laps or just chilling out later in the day. The food was good from both the poolside restaurant and the breakfast room. The hotel is in a convenient location for the beach (10 min walk) and has other useful businesses nearby, including Tamarind Market at the weekends. We've stayed here 2 times now and will definitely be back again.

It's not a super fancy hotel but it has a great resort vibe. The rooms were super clean and I absolutely loved how big the bed was! The pool was fun and not too crowded. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was my birthday and my partner had asked the hotel to prepare a birthday celebration which was set up beautifully in the room. They also gave us these delicious brownies as well. When we asked the staff to help us make a dinner reservation at a restaurant, they even told the restaurant it was my birthday (without us knowing until the restaurant brought us a cake). Really taking the extra step on customer service! Good location as well, easy to access the beach and the malls.

I had a fantastic stay at G Hua Hin resort! The staff were helpful, kind, and fast. The facilities were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The gym was modest but well equipped, and both the main and personal jacuzzi pools were just lovely. The room service food portions were on the smaller side, but the quality was good. The location was nice in Hua Hin as well in that it is located between 2 large and very nice malls, not far from the main night markets, and is also across the street from the beach if you want to go there. I would absolutely stay here again and certainly hope I have the chance to in the future!
