I became ill during my stay. I was too weak to walk anywhere to get food. The hotel staff has gone above and beyond for me. They have ordered me food and brought it up to my room for me. I can't thank them enough for their kindness. Being a solo traveler and falling so ill is stressful. They have helped me so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The rooms are big, nice and clean. The lobby has been renovated. Hotel is located in the heart of town and near shopping centre and pubs! Very conveniently positioned.

Very nice room, nice service, i arrived at hua hin 3 am, and can book the hot room But at this price I just expected breakfast, but they dont have it. Or i missing some step i dont know

The room was above any expectations, clean, spacious and no bad smell. Very cosy and comfy, and suitable for long stay. Approximately 200m from Hua Hin train station, 300m to night market. Less than 2 mintues motorbike ride to Market Village shopping mall.

The room was good. Except the toilet door was missing and was replaced with a curtain. The elevators were out of order the whole time we were staying (4 nights) breakfast was not exceptional at all better to just say no breakfast. Who eat rice soup with fried eggs? And no coffee or toast. Never to return.

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Worst experience, Missing amenities coffee/tea maker, hair dryer and slippers which is mentioned in room details, Staff didn't suppose to help in any case, just give lame excuses and charge extra for any missing amenities you asked for.

Spacious room but dusty with bed bugs. My baby got allergic from the pillows and you will notice it on the edges of the window pants and behind the tv also under the beds. Staff is friendly and my room 509 the water heater is not working. Had to call for the technician who only available next day noon time . The location is good but the noise level is high due to next to major roads.

I did not stay here. But I did speak with the staff. The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. My 5 stars is for the very nice staff member who was so polite friendly to me. Due to bad weather I cancelled my trip. I will definitely stay here because of the staff.

A can only say,value for money. Nice big room with on the tirth floor a swimming pool .. Near the train station and centre of town..

The staffs were friendly and fast respond. The room was nice but, the toilet door was slightly broken. Somehow, my roomate was able to repair it and need to use it cautionly 😅 The elevator cannot accommodate more than 6 people even claim to max load 8 people. The other elevator was broken since June 2019

Size of room acceptable but furniture quite old, room so dark seems like renovation not yet finish, toilet disgusting and no door just use curtain to cover instead of the door. Swimming pool dirty, material seems broken especially tiles of swimming pool scratched my legs... breakfast only one kind (western food). Not recommended maybe need to wait until it is ready for guests.

Was a good price but when you wanted towels to go to pool was told I need to pay 60 baht for 3 towels rental charge. Went to return them said no not rental that's the cost for using more towels..staff was inattentive.. playing on phones ..went to check in said only after 2pm..ok no problem was 1:30pm...went for lunch came back at 2:15pm said not time yet...I said no..its 2:15 you said 2:00..then it was oh ok ok.. Pool had big holes in deck could easily step into. Stayed one night and checked out. Never will go back.

Good size rooms and comfy bed. Swimming pool.Central location to Night Market, many bars and restaurants. Close to beach.

So disappointed the amenities which are mentioned in room details which we booked was missed and when we ask the staff about it they was like we can bring it but u have to pay extra another level of scam in this hotel 🙂

The rooms were very clean and modern. There are many upgrades happening in the hotel. This place is getting hipper by the day. The decor was charming. You’re able to rent a car straight from the lobby. I recommend asking a day in advance. This hotel is a short walk from the night market and the beach. A delightful location. As a solo woman this place felt safe and clean.
