Stayed here in Amari Hua Hin for two nights on my drive from Bangkok to Hatyai. Great resort. It's located just next to Tamarind and Cicada Night Market, and a short drive down from Khao Takiab. There are plenty of shops across from the hotel. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. We got a one bedroom pool view club suite. The suite is about 60sqm with nice living space, an open bathroom, and two balconies. The bed is comfortable, and amenities are complete. We get breakfast and also access to the club lounge. Breakfast was good, with good spread and delicious food. We also had dinner at the pool bar, and we got to enjoy their amazing spa, too. Parking is in their basement, so your car is not under the sun. They do offer buggy to the beach, but the resort pool was nice enough that we didn't go to the beach.

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. At arrival turns out we been put in a twin room instead of a double but they sorted this in a couple of hours. The rooms are clean, air conditioned, well equipped. The breakfast is amazing! As it was a bank holiday weekend the hotel was extremely busy. They have a beautiful beach club only a few minutes walk away but there is a buggy service if you don't want to walk in the heat.

We loved our stay here. We are used to luxury hotels and this was one of them. Staff is very friendly, rooms are big and comfortable with a nice bathroom and rain shower. Balcony has a table and two chairs. The pool is of good size but unfortunately the water is very cold. They should also have some more beds by the pool because it can get busy and hard to get a bed with umbrella. I would recommend this hotel.

My family loves this hotel. Swimming pool has jet to massage your body. Snacks by the pool are delicious. Room is definitely clean and comfortable. Staffs are extremely polite. I love them. Restroom at the lobby is spotless and hygienic. Breakfast is delicious and variety. The restaurant by the beach got good vibe. Atmosphere is very nice. I had duck that cook on hot stone. Strangely tasty. I've had beef cook on hot stone before but not duck meat. Nice... Salad there are fresh and delicious. Cocktail could be a bit stronger. Overall, you'd fall in love with this hotel.

This is our second time to visit Amari Hua Hin. The place is very pack with local as usual. Pack with family with young kids. The stuff is very friendly as usual. However, we found that this time around the quality of their breakfast buffet has drop significantly. Especially the Thai food section, I mean is it even Thais that cook these food or foreigners? On the second day, I don't even touch the Thai food section and stay with the basic egg and sausage. It's a shame that Amari dropped their breakfast quality. If they continue this way, we may have to change our accommodation choice next time we visit Hua Hin.

The hotel is located next to tamarind market and cicada market. The room is neat and clean, but the A/C is hot even I lower the temperature to 18 celcius (the lowest). I had to take the blanket out and covered myself with the bath robe instead. The gym is very old and not well maintenace. The machines and theadmills are old and covered with dust. The dumbbell and broken. The breakfast line is superb. Delicious and variety. This is the first place where I visited that serves fresh soy milk with toppings.

Good value for money. We paid 3,500 baht for 2 including breakfast. Rooms were pleasant and reasonably clean. Breakfast had all that was needed. Staff excellent. Facilities of the hotel were adequate, nice pool, gym etc. Had a good experience. Recommended.

This is not a new hotel but well maintained. The rooms are good, a bit overpriced by 5 or 10%, and you can hear other people in rooms talking, drinking or moving chairs at 2am. All is clean, but again not done very thoroughly (check under your beds). Staff is very friendly, the pool is fine but could be a bit more deep (foreigners will just have water up to their stomach). A lot of children during long weekend, they run, cry, make a mess everywhere, staff did a good job and looked very tired. If you have children, please make sure they behave respectfully and clean a bit after, staff are not your servants. There is a small green area to play badminton, volleyball, ping-pong and 3 mini golf court. Another area called the Shoreline is also part of the hotel but you need the free cart to go there which is ok but not convenient. The breakfast is absolutely fine no issue there. There are parking places available at the basement and outside. A family mart is accros the road too.

Disappointed by the service and unprofessional. When arriving, the room was dirty and untidy. Something in room wasn’t in a good condition to use and there was some broken furnitures. Also, the front really gave us a bad response when complaining. The housekeeper didn’t clean and prepare the room properly. And when asking for something, they managed it like an amateur. The towels in the gym room was super stink. And of course the room was also dirty. Though, the hotel is in a good location, recommend to chose other places to stay. And this is not my first time staying here, but to be sure this will be the last.

Staff are great going out of there way to make sure you have a good stay (Thank you Tim). Shoreline clubs has a pool sunbathing areas and a good restaurant, right on the beach with the waves crashing against the sea wall. Breakfast buffet has the best bircher muesli in the whole Amari Thailand group, they need to pass the recipe to the other hotels. Rooms are a good size with all the items you need incase you forget anything. The Reef cafe is a hidden gem, some of the best Thai food is served here and again friendly staff.

A quality hotel with two swimming pools, one is right on the beach front. Good size rooms with very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice to suit everyone. Good location right next to a couple of very good night markets. I would happily stay here again.

I stayed at amari 3 weeks ago and got an accident by stumbling the wheel stopper at the underground parking lot. The parking lot was too dark with some broken bulbs. The safety manager accepted the suggestion to fix the lights and painted the wheel stoppers later. Secondly, the kids club is not as it is shown on the website. They did not say anywhere that they were renovating and set up a small temporary kids club nearby but it was so small and disappointing as we promised our kid a good one. This trip with Amari was so disappointing with poor safety and out-of-dated website information. We would not stay here if we know this in advance.

Very nice staff. Rooms extremely nice. Everything in the rooms has been thoroughly thought through. International plugs next to the desk. Easy to use lighting, discreet but effective reading light next on each side of the bed. Great shower. Breakfast buffet ok, not amazing. Vile ALLOWRIE palm oil fake butter being served to save 1 Baht per portion - F&B manager should be ashamed. Location not central is easy to get a cab to the nightlife zone and restaurants.

Given noisy room (noise from hotel's lobby/ cafe renovation - machinery tile or wood cutting from 9-5pm and the main road as door to the balcony is not double-glazed). Not recommended until renovation is complete. Most staff were friendly but some looked tired and jaded so less friendly. Lovely big swimming pool. Cost of food is slightly high. Room service's papaya salad was bland, pork satay and club sandwich were ok. Good food at the shoreline restaurant. Good wifi connection. Good breakfast better than some 5 star hotels but cold fried eggs on second day. Reasonable room price for this time of year.

A beautiful hotel resort a bit outside of Hua Hin. Rooms are clean and comfortable A great swimming pool in modern architecture and a breathtaking hotel bar are perfectly integrated. Breakfast is complete and delicious. Two shuttle bus services per day to shopping centers are available, but none to the famous night market.

My wife and I had a perfect experience at the Amari Hua Hin! The hotel is ideally situated next to the Cicada and Tamarind Markets and not too far from the center of town. We were able to enjoy the comfortable and spacious rooms, the beautiful pool and beach club, and the delicious restaurants (don't skip the breakfast buffet!). Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we return to Hua Hin!

Room and bed is good but there are big problem with staff service 1. At the restaurant, waitress has zero food knowledge. She told me that salad has no dressing, but actually it has. 2. Waitress at another restaurant overcharged me without showing the bill. Luckily that I asked for the bill and see the incorrect amount. Basic calculation training is urgently needed here.

Older style 5 star hotel with all expected amenities, pools, restaurants, beachside bar and eatery, kids play room with capable minders/playful helpers. First class breakfast with almost anything you could desire at breakfast nothing is skimpt. Rates for room acceptable for our stay.

A perfect destination for anyone looking to stay a few nights (or longer) in Hua Hin. Hotel amenities and especially the friendly but professional service were our highlight. Food & Beverage at all our meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) were delicious. A big thanks to Boom who helped us with all the reservations and made sure we were comfortable and pampered throughout the 3 days there. With 2 pools to choose from and a beach side bar, we can't wait to go back again to visit for our quick holiday getaway.

Amari Hua Hin is suitable for the family. Good location near beach and nice staff as well. Our kids enjoyed with kid club and pool. I loved the breakfast of this hotel so much, also enjoyed dinner at shoreline with delicious food. Next trip, we will come back again. See you Amari Hua Hin😎

Visited the beach club as a walk in from the beach. Had some very nice frozen Margaritas and bruschetta - just the fact the waiter asks whether you want it frozen or normal is a big plus in Thailand and sets the expectations high! And we were not disappointed at all! As previous visits years back, this spot still holds up both service and quality even after some silent COVID years. We will come back again.

We have been in Amari Hua Hin for 2 months, pool view room, including breakfast. Only pluses. Beautiful room, great breakfast, beautiful pool and super staff who ensure that the holiday is unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return here

Everything was excellent the staff was amazing and the location was the best. Impressed from check-in to check-out. The receptionist and Bell boy are very helpful and always smiling. It was a great experience. Hotel is clean, people are so accomodating, food is awesome as well. Another impressive place is the Aqua pool bar. Khun Koi is very attentive.

Did the one day Quarantine here. Great staff, nice room with balcony and buffet breakfast was good too. Can't see the Ocean from room, but poolfront next to beach is nice to hang out.

Paid almost double the rack rate for a “sea view“ 200m from the sea overlooking a construction project. I think we have very different opinions on what classifies as a sea view. Was planning on staying a week. Stated 1 night. No valet or parking assistance. No concierge. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast is average. Automatic machines for pancakes coffee etc.

The hotel is very quite the shower is a 10/10 plenty of room & always hot water... The breakfast is another 10/10 there is plenty of choice just 1 small problem the coffee machine is rather slow & sometimes needs attention... The staff are top class as well always greeting you with a smile & always pleased to help. The location is another + point very quite but the green bus (15Thb) passes on the main road outside the hotel about every 10/15mins & takes you into the center of Hua Hin.. It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel & very relaxing i would give it a 10/10...

Here service still has a special meaning. All staff where so kind and helpful. Telling us how everything works and where to go and what to see. Breakfast includes my favourites: sourdough bread (they baking it!) and Bircher muesli. Also don’t miss the nice selection of small cakes and top it with their vanilla sauce. For us and the kids they had volleyball net, table tennis, mini golf, football beside the super big pool. I also enjoyed the big balcony to sit and reflect on my day at hua hin. Looking forward to the next time.

Very good location close to the beach and just beside the market. Have one beach pool and a huge one in the hotel, very nice to chill during the day.

Very comfortable. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast (we ate out in the evenings but I heard the food was good in-house). Lovely swimming pool and poolside bar. Very nice and with good food at the beachfront extension (5 minutes walk or hotel buggy), also with good staff. Quite honestly, nothing to fault! All good.

Me and the misses had our Anniversary here and came back again after. They really went above and beyond with cake and flowers on the bed when we didn't ask for it and only told them last minute. So thoughtful of them. The breakfast was really nice and caters for westeners. They have lifts to the beach swimming pool which is part of the hotel and is really nice. They also have a swimming pool at the main hotel which is also really nice too. Great gym and spa. Really clean and nice looking. Very deserving of 5 stars!!! Highly recommend

Staff were accommodating and the food was very good (in The Reef restaurant it was exceptional). Both my friends and I had similar issues checking out where drinks that had been paid for at the time of purchase had also been added to the room as extras. Fortunately I furnished the card receipt and resolved the issue immediately. Aside from this it was OK.

Nice place to stay in Hua Hin area. Facilities are great with good quality of service. Staffs are well trained with service mind. Room was great and comfortable. Plenty of choices for buffet breakfast. The only disappointed I would say is that the hotel has no beach in the same area as hotel facility but within a walking distance. I like this place and plan to come back again soon.

Rooms are very clean, beds comfy and the shower is extremely lovely. But the best features of the hotel are (in my opinion) the pool, the copious breakfast and the great food prepared by the chef.
