The private pool is just perfect. A quiet and clean long beach is just 2-2 minutes away by walking. The staff was incredible, always smiling, helpful, sincere and very polite. They even made a surprise to me with a birthday cake and celebration together on my birthday. The room is authentic style, i felt just like at home. I stayed there during my remote working, wifi internet connection worked perfectly without any issue. In 5 minute walking distance there are restauranrs, a few bar, and a club near by. If you wanna go to the town centrum, they can call a taxi or tuk tuk for you then after 5 minutes ride, you are in the town centrum. There is a breakfast menu book and you can choose ever day another option for the next day (english, american, thai, chinese breakfast etc). The villa was cleaned up every day. As a solo traveller i liked my stay very much and in the future if i visit Hua Hin, this is the place where i will stay. For families, it is even better in my opinion.

Wow witb Hia Hin under partial lockdown we decided to go somewhere cheaper rather than normal hotels as limitex facilities. This one caught our eye. Rooms are excellent, decor is fitting to the chinese theme and done very tastefully. In a quiet part of hua hin away from any noise. Would say room is worth 4 times what we paid.

Traveling to the accommodation is convenient, located near the restaurant area, good atmosphere, beautiful decoration, complete with furniture and electrical appliances, reasonable price, friendly staff. Free breakfast is included in the service charge.

2 bed room villa was a little more cozy than that with 3 bed rooms. Though 2 bedroom can comfortably sleep 4 adults, the 3 bedroom can accomodate about 5 although they say 7 which I find may be a little squeezed. Pool size & shape at the 2 bedder was also better.

Nice place, with private pools and patio. Service is good and very friendly. It is close to the beach and many restaurants. And it is a pet friendly place. I recommend.

This beautiful resort is clean and quiet. We very much like the traditional Chinese decor. We stay in the 2 bedrooms family suite. The living room is huge and two bedrooms both come with bathroom. The suite also comes with a private pool and a garden area. We comes with 2 other families so the sitting area in the garden is ideal for us to have a drink and relax while the kids play in the private pool. The staffs are nice and helpful. We lost our car key. We were so worried searching around for it. The cleaning lady comes and finds the key in few minutes! Our little girl hides it in one of the draws without telling us! This family suite is perfect for family and we highly recommend it. We will surely come again!

Good location about 100m from beach. Unit I had ideal, good sized room with cooking facilities, private pool. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was really good - I would go back there

This is a great boutique hotel for families and romantic getaways. The hotel has plenty of parking. It is adjacent to the Thai King’s Summer Palace - they share a fence (really). It is a short walk to the white sand beach and walking distance to many quaint places to eat. The staff are just great. They provide menus to local restaurants and will bring the food to your room. I could live here! If you want to get away from the huge hotel atmosphere and have a quiet peaceful rest with your own pool next to the summer palace, look no further!

Breakfast was great in balcony. Be prepared to watch naked couple if you stand in your balcony. It was like a shock for me in the morning. The hotel is a bit far from action. The staff was good and their help is appreciated.

Very nice place to stay, staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here if you’d like a peaceful and restful vacation. To get to busier areas a taxi will a scooter needed. Staff can help arrange all of this.

We stayed at BTC boutique resort for a long weekend. From the beginning we were greeted by the hotel staff who helped carry the luggage. The check in was fast and very friendly. Also the owners are very involved and everybody wants to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We traveled with a group of friends so got to see different room types - the attention to detail in each of them is great. We stayed in a regular room, with a huge terrace. The hotel is really clean and all the amenities work properly. As for the location - the hotel is not far from Hua Hin center and also walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended. We will be back for sure.

Great little hotel in Hua Hin. Nice and friendly staff.

Excellent coffee shop with a limited amount of food, they had a marinated chicken that was superb. Also try the coffee and coconut drink... such an odd combination but an unbelievable pleasure to drink. They also had an orange coloured tea that was divine (I ordered two). Some staff speak English but all were courteous and helpful.
