I was quite shock when I reached the hotel as I was not expecting the location was a bit isolated and not welcoming from the outside. The picture shown are the other side of the hotel. It was far from any other places but easy to book grab. There's no aircond even at the lobby and I didn't see any other tourist than us. We were given connecting room with window but actually you are not allowed to open it... We request to change to another room but charged another cost so we decided not to. Aircond took forever to cool and I've been coughing the whole night as there's no fresh air. My friend said there was some strange sounds at night but I will let you wonder on that 😋 No breakfast or welcome drink and need 1000 deposit. There were 4 of us but get only one room card. Overall it was okay but I will not stay in this villa again.

From time to time I find a hotel here thats really represented VALUE... this one is clean and comfortable in every respect and a la carte breakfasts are included in my price

5 star bed, very comfortable mattress. New bathrooms and overall hotel condition is great! Good furniture in the rooms as well. Cleaner comes everyday, we even asked to not change towels because they clean room so extra, that some services we don’t even need. We stayed in connecting rooms for family, a great option if you have kids or elderly parents. The only disadvantage is that hotel doesn’t have breakfast included, but in-front of it there is villa market with lots of food options for foreigners, actually many foreigners stays in that area. If you eat Thai food than in walkable distance (2-4 min) around hotel there is plenty Thai food cafes, we found a street cafe just at the corner that sells really delicious Thai food for 45 b (rice with chicken and egg). We been asked for 1.000 b deposit when checked in, which is unusual, but got it back with no problems. Would love to stay there again.

Good place to stay. Next to villa market. Room is not big, but very nice and also a perfect bed.

Here you have to deposit 1k, do not use hotel towel otherwise you will have to pay extra money. If you don't eat beef and pork for breakfast then forget it because your money will be wasted. We ordered two bowls soup in which we got one soup but didn't mind waiting for the second one. I was feeling ashamed. This hotel is good only for Thai people, rest of the people are not treated like this. I saw a woman in a pink dress making faces on us when we were having breakfast . I feel like very bad. My trip was wasted. If you are with your family then do not go to this hotel because I have a 10 month old baby. To feed him I had to use their glass , spoon ,towel which got little dirty and then this folks kept asking for money for using towel and glass. This hotel room is provided for your viewing, not for use any thing. They don’t have good menu for breakfast. It’s not 4star hotel . I never seen 4 star hotel behavior like this. I stayed 5 nights here. The room and the hotel is very nice. The AC worked fine and there was a grocery store right next to the hotel, a 7/11 close by. The hotel is off the main road but it wasn't noisy at all. Parking is convenient. The bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge in the room and a kettle but no coffee or tea was provided only water. What I didn't like? The shiny marble floors although nice but in the shower and bathroom the water makes it extremely slippery it became dangerous. The TV had not one English speaking channels. I know I'm in Thailand but in touristy areas this would make it nice. Or at least a cheap smart TV with YouTube. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay here, nice hotel, nice staff.

Location was a bit far from everything, there are good food places nearby like Ko Mark (which was REALLY nice) and noodle places, supermarket(really near) and 7-Eleven acros the road. You can walk to a beach (a bit of a walk maybe 1,5 km, have to walk near big road for a while about 200 meters), but when there is high tide, there really isn't much Beach, just nice park. But there werent many people there when we went so if you want peace and quiet thats a good place to go. Bigger and more Beach can be found easily by taxi, tuk tuk or car.

Advantages: rooms is comfortable, clean every day and nice simple style. WiFi 👍 is fast. Beautiful 1 floor, where you can sit in the evening. Staf is very nice. I asked the room with the best view, because it was important for my creation mood, and I got it. Thank you 🙏 Disadvantages: rooms is not so big (for me, I was alone - ok). You need car or motorbike or taxi. Location is near highway far from the city centre and beaches, impossible to walking. Breakfast is no reach. There are no restaurant in the hotel, but you can take a food in the restaurant across from the road.

the hotel is relaxing and new, located near a beach and a non-chaotic park, the services and food are excellent, the staff very friendly, taxi service convenient and rooms well conditioned and clean like the rest of the structure ..I take this opportunity to greet the staff..thanks for everything ..
