Unless you have no where else to go, try not to go into this hospital. My. Husband was admitted there for a week in ICU! The amount of money we have paid compare to the service we got was far so difference. Beware of lacking in English of the doctor and.the staff . Doctor said she asked the patient but he didn't answer. My husband and I just laughed because she asked him in Thai and his language is English! The worst and biggest problem for this hospital is communication skill! Today at 7 I called them to come in to see his doctor because he concerns about his lung whoever answered the phone and said the nurse would call me at 8 ( now 8.45) still have not heard from them! Again! Unless you have no choic! Consider hard before you step in!

The cost of medical services is cheaper compared to Bkk hospital. Hence the reason why I chose it. But the service for something as simple as a health check up is absolutely horrendous. The explanation of the test result by the doctors is not only unprofessional, and they skipped a few pieces of important information. I would NOT recommend for anyone to come here. You get what you pay for.

I really tried to like this place. Here’s the deal… the doctors assumed I was drunk because I had food poisoning and I’m a foreigner. Then they prescribed some unnecessary medicine that just made me sicker. So, you will get adequate treatment if you can prove insurance coverage or pay them. They may not treat you like an equal, and they won’t necessarily give you the right meds, so just Google your specific case and get your meds from a pharmacy. I suppose they have a lot of drunk foreigners here giving us a bad reputation, so no hard feelings. I’m spoiled by Bangkok’s hospitals and I think we’re on better standing there in general. Here's an update — I went for food poisoning, and as a result I contracted C-Diff from the hospital itself. I guess this is common. It's a difficult germ to kill, and so anything you touch can have it. That said, I never got this anywhere else, and I feel like other hospitals were cleaner. It has taken most of the year to recover from this — just be very careful in hospitals. They're not as clean as they seem. Wash your hands and don't touch anything. You don't want C-Diff. It's awful — much, much worse than food poisoning.

I did test myself positive with COVID using an ATK test. To confirm this, I went to this hospital for an PCR. The price was 3,500 baht. The appointment, to see a Doctor, was set the following day. A German representative called me to confirm my positive result as well as made clear that he does not want to have me back in the Hospital ONLY if I pay an up to 150 k for treatment and be hospitalized. He also let me feel kind of “why I came to this Hospital” as he has now the work to report this case to the authorities. No option where give just a follow email where he mentioned “that the case is closed” for him. If you are a local, go either to HHH or Red Cross near the municipality. The PCR cost is 1,200 baht as well as I have experience very friendly staff during my “stay home” time. Of course, they can’t speak well English, so let your GF or partner deal with this. San Paulo hospital loves your money, but gives nothing in return. Don’t go there.

I used to be satisfied with the service at San Paolo hospital: quick, efficient, moderate prices. This time the costs exploded up to rediculously high level with prolonged waiting times. The medical treatment itself is absolte fine. But they charge you for everything. Even a simple follow up check the next day costs 770฿. A doctor's consultation to have a look: 1,000฿. Additional service charge for whatever. A dozen painkilling pills 1,000฿. I mean seriously, that's a blatant rip-off.

Very disappointing being an other hospital in Hua Hin milking foreigners with unprecedented fees for minor issues. Shall we make sure in advance of all potential costs to stop this non sense and kill those exagerations? A cyst from infected mosquitoe bite can not cost over all THB 15,000 after 2 visits second cancelled saving thb 13,000 and stupidity with greed. Read other comments prior walking in. Giving second chances to the wrong people make me stupid.. I offered several times and I failed no regrets I am out. .

This is the worst hospital. I registered for the moderna vaccine and was nr.8 on the unofficial list. They told me as soon as the official registration comes, they would call me or email me. I heard about a registration that took place yesterday and was already closed today. They never contacted me. When i went there today they acted surprised and said: "then get Sinevac" they told me on top of that. Really? No way.

So far pretty good. I was treated kindly and promptly. Our English isn't that perfect but they made a lot of effort so that we could communicate with each other. I think it's within reasonable price. X-ray of lungs, medicines, doctor & nursing staff, etc for 2596 Bht.

The first time in March 2022 it was still okay. 1900 THB to draw the inflamed fluid from the knee. At the beginning of December 2023 4200 THB for the same thing, poorly carried out by an apprentice, hobby orthopedic surgeon and not a doctor. On January 9th, 2024 I tried again, but the “doctor” (also an amateur orthopedic surgeon!) refused to remove the inflamed fluid after a 2-minute discussion; it could lead to an infection. If the pain becomes unbearable, I should contact you again. Paid 1200 THB for this 2 minute “consultation”. For nothing!!! The mediating German - a medical doctor - turned the tide 180 degrees and displayed German arrogance graphically - it couldn't be better. It is well known that the "Oath of Hippocrates" has no legal effect. But at least the content of this promise to help people instead of turning them away should also be known to medical trainees, amateur orthopedists and people with basic medical knowledge. Avoid this aging building that calls itself a private hospital!!! After 2 days, on January 11, 2024, we visited a private orthopedic practice. And lo and behold - oh wonder - all formalities were completed within 40 minutes, the infected water was removed from the knee and the bill was paid: a total of 1100 THB. Thailand is a beautiful country with many very friendly and helpful people. You just have to meet the right people!

Arriving at the hospital with an unusual high temperature, it was immediately assumed that I was an other COVID case. Despite my efforts to convince them otherwise, I was left outside the hospital for a good half hour. After clearing the routine COVID test I was forwarded to have blood Annalise’s. Overall pleasant staff, but you could detect in all aspects the absence of any kind of urgency. Following previous visits in the Huahin are my preference is well above Bangkok Hospital.

Everything is slow, moronic, pressure from the staff that the insurance takes a long time to approve, pay yourself. They came with a cough, two people looked, and none of them even looked at the throat, not even the throat, Karl!!! Weight height . She persuaded me to listen to it myself. This is awesome, comrades.

San Paulo Hospital charges DOUBLE for medication compared to Bangkok Hospital up the road - and this is for a GENERIC brand! One would think they'd use the extra money to clean up the place a bit - a coat of paint to cover the black mold patches on the roof at least. Just as their service delivery started to impress me recently, I was reminded again today how unprofessional their nursing staff can be - perhaps it's a weekend thing - their attitude stinks. I'd avoid this hospital all together if I could.

I do not usually write reviews however, I have just had a CT Scan in San Paulo hospital, Hua Hin in preparation for a surgery. This is a people hospital rather than a business, the staff are smart and polite, the doctors were highly informative and explanatory and gave an overall calming and friendly experience. I would recommend the radiology department and the radiologist for any of you relevant needs. Thank you.

They brought in a child with a cough from the air conditioner. As a result, we have been sitting for an hour. During this time, weight and temperature were measured. The first clinic where everything takes so long... They don’t even look at my throat. Sit under Conder and wait. After 2 hours, another doctor deigned to see me. Apparently there was a nurse there.. looked at the throat, made a verdict.. you wait another half an hour for the treatment plan.. a total of 2.5 hours minus.. fortunately we live nearby and sent the child home to lie and wait for treatment🫣

It's a hospital where the nurses and staff talk together on the phone all the time, talking loudly even though the medicine fees are very expensive. We were sick with sinusitis. The hospital medicine costs over two thousand baht, just the medicine plus over four thousand baht for other expenses. With the medicine that I received, I checked with the drug store, the total cost was less than a thousand.

2nd colonoscopy procedure at San Paulo today 6 years apart. Dr Boripan highly recommended for his surgical prowess along with his entire treatment team. Head Nurse Soi leads the way with her nurturing and empathic focus on patient care. Thank you Team SP! Sabai -Sabai!

Stay away if you can ,it's all but a caring facility, rather disappointing sub standards service and facilities where caring for money over patients goes way beyond pure business practices.

Prices gone mad, 3500 baht to see ENT doctor including nasal spray, the mark up on the pharmacy is at least 300 %. 86 Dollars to have your nose examined in Hua Hin.

January 2024. I have just returned from a check up and scan, and my overall experience was absolutely excellent waiting time very acceptable treatment five star staff having excellent command of the English language I really have nothing bad or negative to say about this hospital as an x-pat in my later years, this will certainly be the hospital that I will be using in the future. Also, I found the prices to be very fair.

I visited without an appointment and requested an HBA1c test to check on my diabetes. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I found the staff to be highly competent and professional. Highly recommended.

The nursing staff who answered the phone gave very poor information. Call to ask for information about requesting a pregnancy certificate for traveling abroad. The employee said that as a general doctor you can leave as well if the patient is not serious. Called to ask if I could come in on Saturday and Sunday and was told that I could. When I arrived on Sunday, the staff said that I must be an obstetrician. to be able to sign certification In summary, go and travel. Wasting time, not getting anything Too bad there's no apology. Bad!!
