Somewhat disappointed with a recent delivery order. The 100 baht Veggie Burritos (added cheese) are small in size and squashed flat. There’s not a lot of love or attention goes into the making or the presentation. Basic ingredients leave the whole thing somewhat lacking. A nice tomato salsa or even a little bit of salad, would make a bit of difference. As there are options to add meat, a vegetarian option that isn’t simply cheese would be a welcome addition. Ordering an 80 baht bag of ‘chips y salsa’ left me a little deflated. A miserly portion of chips with a very thin green sauce, the same as accompanied the burrito, but far from reminiscent of a nice zingy tomato salsa. The price would not seem unreasonable for a good meal, however the reality shows the price is very high and not in line with the quality. Overall underwhelming when I had real hopes. (I would like to have shared this directly with the restaurant as opposed to a public review as feedback is important - however I’m not on social media and cannot see any contact details).

Can't go wrong with home made tacos. Only thing I'd add would be crispy taco choice but to be honest this is only minor and really enjoyed my food here great value for money too. Worth a drive out of town for this place.

Great, playful atmosphere and the manager really went the extra mile to serve us. Unique, tasty horchata. But the tacos were really disappointing and overpriced. The meats lacked flavor and the tortillas were very bland.

We stayed in Hua Hin for only a week, and we ended up eating here twice because we liked it so much! The taco menu was extensive and delicious, with everything except the corn chips being hand made (including the tortillas). I highly recommend the Horchata Cold Brew coffee and pretty much any taco plate. The nacho plate was huge and could easily feed two people. Plenty of covered seating available, even in the rain, but parking can be a bit difficult.

Best tacos I've had since my days backpacking through Latin America. If there were a contest for best taco in Thailand, Manaw would be the winner hands down. The owner seemed to be a decent mate, too. Cheers!

The Tacos here are amazing. I have lived in Phoenix Arizona my whole life and traveled to Mexico over 50 times, so I have pretty high standards for Mexican food and street tacos, and I was very impressed. If you are near HuaHin and even remotely like Mexican food, or want to try it for the first, stop in here.

Amazing street tacos! Coming from Arizona I’m impressed to find Mexican food of the same caliber. We also love the ambience! Highly recommend!!

Excellent tacos... This is by far the best taqueria in Thailand. Very friendly owner. We really enjoyed the carnitas taco, salsa Verde and very reasonable priced margaritas!

Phenomenal Mexican food! I guess you can't travel to the opposite side of the world and expect there to be an authentic Mexican restaurant, but this place really delivered!! We rolled in around 6pm after a day on the beach and asked the owner+chef to just make everything on the menu until we said stop😂 we got some amazing tacos and quesadillas, 4-5 different HOMEMADE salsas and margaritas. If Mexican food is important to you and you find yourself in or close to Hua Hin i would 100% recommend Manaw Taqueria. (and if you've googled and found for example "Taco 94" I would urge you to rather invest a trip with scooter/tuktuk/taxi to this place instead 👌🏻 We've tried both 😏)

If you are living in Thailand or just visiting you may have discovered how difficult it can be to find a good taco. If you are in Hua Hin and finding yourself craving tacos you should give Manaw Taqueria a try. They have a variety of fillings to choose from, we chose Chorizo and Carnitas, we also ordered Nachos. Everything was good, the service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. We are looking forward to visiting again and trying some of the other ingredients. I do have a suggestion for the restaurant concerning the Nachos, maybe a little more cheese and serve them on something more substantial. The paper plate with the paper cover were difficult to eat from, the nachos stick to the paper and the whole thing slides around. A heavy plate would solve this.

Came in yesterday with my other half and tried the beef cheek tacos. What a great treat were they. To my surprise finally some Mexican food in Thailand that I can eat. Keep up the good work guys. Also I was able to meet Thomas one of the owners very outgoing and helpful. I hope next time I’m in I can meet the other owner since Thomas told me he did not create the food menu just the drink menu and we were not able to try that. I would have given the place 5 stars but the manager his name was tonic I believe seems like a very nice person but needs to smile some more. You have to stay positive when there are only a few people eating out.

Absolutely amazing food! Great range and very well presented. Good value. Suitable for children - many items not spicy or made to order (ask for mild). Great staff. English speaking. All around great experience. Will definitely go again.

I'm not sure what kind of Mexican food the reviewers before me have had before but in my opinion this was the most tasteless Mexican food I've ever had. I ordered the Beef Cheek Tacos but there didn't seem to be any beef at all. All I could taste was spinach and a bit of coriander. No taco flavour what so ever. You get two tiny tortilla bread with 2 1/2 tablespoons of filling in each. Finished the first one in two bites and took a tiny bite out of the second but I couldn't finish it due to the aftertaste. The aftertaste was kind of like the smell you smell when you enter a barn.

Best Mexican food I have ever had in Asia. I highly recommend the Cabeza Taco. It’s a little drive from down town Hua Hin but definitely worth the drive. I drove from Cha Am and it’s so good I’ll be making the drive again and again. Thanks again for opening a wonderful restaurant.

The most authentic Mexican food I’ve had in Asia. All the meats and sides done very well in traditional style. Owners/staff are very nice and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants good Mexican food

At long last we have found a really good place to eat tacos in Hua Hin. I have eaten tacos everywhere, I know good tacos and these are good tacos. My wife and I both agreed that the Camaron (prawn and mango) taco was the best one. But I also loved the chorizo taco too. There are 15 different tacos, we had 5 and each one was fabulous. The corn in the cup is really tasty too. Just what you need to add to your taco meal. The chocolate bread pudding is amazing but the Carlota De Limon is about the best dessert I have eaten. The only way I can describe it is that it is like a key lime pie, but not so sickly and much more tasty. These is going to be a regular place for us to come and eat.

Excellent tacos! Probably the closest thing to the authentic taco that I've had in Thailand: grilled meat, onions, cilantro, salsa and lime, all done with good taste and care. Good choice of meats, from vegetarian to beef cheek. They even have horchata! The shop also has a good atmosphere for eating and hanging out. Highly recommended. *One recommendation: can you make corn tortillas? :D

I walked by this place and everyday I hope they would open. Spoke with the owner Tommy and he was covered in paint and sweat I can see he is working hard to get this place open quickly. The amount work they put in was a lot you can tell by the details. Look forward to try the food and drink.

Don’t listen to Hampus Gunnarsson. He is a bitter, sad human with an agenda. This place is legit. Why anyone would post such a review is beyond me. It sounds like he has some major issues with himself that he needs to address. Best tacos I’ve had in a LONG time. One of those meals that leaves you feeling sad when it’s over. I had to resist the urge to order more! I will be back! Tacos vivos!

Absolutely delicious Mexican food. Everything is homemade and I feel like I'm back in Mexico and sadly I won't be here tomorrow night to continue the fiesta. Highly recommended!

At the recommendation of a local hotel, I stopped in on a Wednesday evening and was impressed on every level. From the tacos (get the beef cheeks) to the house made salsas and elotes in a cup! I have raved about Manaw Taqueria to anyone who would listen, even the flight attendant on my way home had been there and loved it! Do yourself a favor and taste flavors you can’t find anywhere else in Thailand.

The food was delicious and good value for what you pay. The place has a very nice Mexican vibe. When i visited in the daytime was a tad dark inside and you could hear an echo because it's a big place but probably in the evening and it's full of people has a different feeling. The pickles on side, the roasted chilli and the delicious signature sauces were a very nice surprise. The They are trying to accommodate everyone so if you don't specify to have your soft tortilla wraps a bit more done they will come a tiny bit uncooked at least for my taste. Overall i enjoyed it and will come again. PS.. The shop is next door to the pizza place.. Google Maps shows it about 100m further down the road. Enjoy!

Cool little spot a little bit outside the town center, but easy to get to if you're driving, and well worth the effort and price of a taxi otherwise. The menu is relatively limited yet has a good variety of authentic "street tacos" served on homemade tortillas, which is very rare in Thailand. The salsas were also awesome. Margaritas aren't the strongest but still a great value at 80 baht for "Mexican style spirits" or 140 baht for real Tequila, and I imagine you can add some shots for a very fair price. The owner said he is pricing everything in accordance with similar-sized Thai dishes; for example, one taco is 40 baht, which is about the same price and portion of meat you would get in a typical Kra Pow, and 130 baht for a value meal, which is similar to what you'd pay for a Tom Yum, etc. My only "complaint" (suggestion) would be that, while I like the casual feel of the fast food style concept, I didn't feel good about all the plastic waste we generated from the meal; perhaps the simplicity could be preserved while also finding a more sustainable way of serving those goodies. In any case, this place is a big WIN and I'll definitely drop by next time and every time in Hua Hin.

We ate here a couple of days ago and really enjoyed it. It's perfect for families because you ordered by the taco, so if your child only eats one taco you don't have to pay lots of money for a big portion they won't have. We ordered several tacos, two quesadillas, a horchata, and a tostada and our bill was still under 500. We can tell the chef cares about the details, even making house salsas and sauces and homemade tortillas. The tostada wasn't our favorite, but this place is still worth visiting. The carnitas was my favorite taco. We definitely plan to return in the future!

Food is good, but! Portions are extremely tiny, staff is not very friendly and they make you pay right away before serving - as you were going to dematerialize after eating 🤣

There’s a new kid in town and it’s called manaw. Great food and great cocktails. This mate is the best Mexican I’ve had since leaving Australia. Friendly owner Tommy is and also hardworking. Bussing taking out food making cocktails and taking the time out to speak with me and other guests I’ve seen. If your in hua hin this place is the real deal. Great sauces as well and there free.
