***Suan Son Beach Very nice beach, sandy beach, very clean, With plenty of shady spots... you can enjoy panoramic views of the islands of Ko Tao and Ko Chingtu. But the public beach belongs to the army! There are enough beautiful trees

Nice beach run by the army. Mostly used by Thai people. The beach offers a lot of shadow and you can rent a beach chair for 40Bt. Shops and a small food stall is nearby

Great spot ; easy access, shady areas to sit all day with lounge chairs/ tables to rent for tiny money, a handful of vendors selling dryied squid, roti and other snacks.Enjoyed watching the kite πŸ„β€β™€οΈ surfing, jet skis with banana boats in tow and the waders/ swimmers delighting in the cool surf.Plenty of sand and a long beach !!! We spent at least 3 hours here from mid afternoon till dusk.

A lovely beach, has chairs and little tables for rent, if I can remember: 4 chairs were 100 baht? Has a little restaurant with thai foods you. an enjoy by the beach, together with a bunch of small souvenir shops and beach necessities. The water is really good in the mornings before 11 am, not much shells nor sea creatures.

Beautiful beach, about 5 mins from centre of Hua Hin and 20baht entrance but well worth it. If you are looking for a location away from the tourist spots, this is the place. A few shops and facilities close by.

I haven't been there for a very long time. But it is a very good place to be with much much more reasonable price compares to other hip places. You can bring your own food and drinks, or buy some from the local vendors. Renting the seat is only ΰΈΏ20 per person. We enjoyed it during 1 winter afternoon.

Nice little area at the wide beach where you can rent chairs and tables to rest in the shade of lots of trees. It's 50m to the parking lot, 100m to a food court. At the very entrance you pay 20THB per car.

Very nice beach, large and clean. Lot of trees giving shadow. Possibility to buy food and take a shower but not for free.

SUAN Son Beach connected to where the video is taken. In the south part, the beach is empty. It is beautiful because it is lined with Seapine. After you pass the golf course, there are a lot of restaurants and massage vendors. Note: when the tide is high the beach from the golf course to the north is completely covered by water. But we walked through the water. It is safe. Just have to be aware of some huge jelly fish. The photo shows the fresgest seafood and real crabs meat fried rice in a restaurant on the beach.

One of the best beaches around Hua Hin,plenty of shade in the trees if needed, a long stretch of beach about 7 km, safe swimming, plenty of deck chairs available. Beach restaurant and food hall near by. There is a cost for cars and motor bikes. Of 10 barts for bike, 20 for cars, plenty of parking spaces.

This is a nice beach run by the Thai Army. There are vendors for everything you need. It's not as crowded as the beach in Hua Hin. They have hotels and restaurants. They also have a golf course.

A very peaceful beach (if you're lucky enough to not sit near a group of teenagers who are either loud or come equipped with a loudspeaker for some reason). A one-day train trip here is a nice and quick getaway for Bangkokians looking to relax for the weekend. Not to mention that the round-trip fee is awfully cheap (240 baht/person for air-conditioned car and just 120 baht/person for natural wind car, meal excluded).

Very excellent Army Beach, which is available to the public. Very correct prices and top service. Shadow everywhere. My favorite beach in Hua Hin.

Previously part of military land, but now privately maintained by a new golf/hotel resort, it now costs 20 baht per car to enter the area. However, it's a lovely beach with clean seawater, but later in the evening of our visit I discovered that I had been severely bitten all over my back by sand mites or similar, which still itch like hell 3 days later! Deck chairs, parasol and table are 20 baht each to rent, so 4 chairs are 80 baht, plus table and parasol totalling 120 baht. "Restaurant" food is good, but pricey, suggest you bring your own and picnic.

A great beach shaded by giant trees in the afternoons. Perfect place for a family. Well worth the 20 Baht parking fee to pay to have this place maintained. Thailand needs more places like this.
