Went here on a weekday and place was empty. Limited choices on brands and shop selections. Place is okay but will not really appeal to shoppers used to big brands and endless choices found in Bangkok.

Premium Outlet Cha Am is open air shopping mall, is located on 5/4 Petchkasem rd., Tambon Khao Yai , Amphoe Cha Am, Chang Wat Phetchaburi 76120, road side of the Route 4 ( 36 kilometers from Amphoe Hua Hin, Chang Wat Prachuap Khiri Khan and 32 kilometers from Chang Wat Phetchaburi ). An outstanding and orange colored building,totally area of 12,000 sq.m., over 500 parking spaces, is composed of retail outlets,200 brand names clothing and accessories such as Hybrid, AIIZ, Hush Puppies, adidas, Puma, VANS, Le Cog Sportiff, Reebok, Men’s, Ecotrendy, DOSH ( Descending of Superheroes ), LACOSTE, GOLF, Levi’s, Undrr Armour, Esprit, Crocs etc.and food court. During the COVID-19, this was dead place, due to the reopening of the country on November 1, 2021, official announcement, it seem come back to life place. Up to 70% off the price for the genuine goods, that create more confidence for the buyer but customers should bare in mind of such a price is not the up to date may be from few season ago.

Have been to this place since before Google Map become a thing. It's a shopping vanue for brand products. Everything about it is good. Last I went it has fallen a bit under disrepair. I remember way back when the place was so clean and well maintained you can roll around in their toilet (don't do that but you get the idea of how clean it was). Now it's not that clean but still serviceable. Lots of goods selection. I feel like Covid hit them hard but they still stand.

I just stopped by on the way back from Hua Hin to BKK. There are many brand stores and pricing is worth to buy if you can find right items. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find mine. It is outlet, variations of product may not be found such as sizing or designs. But good to go there.

Visited this place back in 2018 and it had a great selection of stores. Now it's like a ghost town, half the stores are closed down. The only people we saw were the one's working there.

Alot of stores closed down because of the covid situation. But the stores qnd outlets that are still here have really good discounts. There is huge parking space. We were impressed with the service of the staff at the UnderArmor outlet and bought running shoes and a few other items. Would definitely visit again!

The worst outlet of the world...No brands, no customers...NO TAXI GO BACK HUA HIN!!! If you use outlet taxi service, it is double the price!

Few shops worth visiting with real discounted items. Parking is outdoor but a lot of space. It was not very busy during weekdays. Food court doesn't worth the price or time, better eat somewhere else.

Didn’t expect much as tourism in HuaHin itself is already at a low. It resembles a sad abandon mall that will soon shut down if things continues like this. Prices ain’t cheap and varieties ain’t plenty.

A lots of brand name but many item are normal price not an outlet at all

Totally useless to stop here. Three generations of would-be shoppers were bored out of our minds. There are excellent outlet malls close to Bangkok (airport area) so don’t waste your time here. These outlets even have shuttle busses from downtown-Bangkok hotels.

They renovated the Food court. The food is rather expensive and low quality. The Coupon system is only for drinks and Ice-cream, otherwise you pay cash for the food. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 many shops closed for good

High quality and very high discounts. I feel lucky as I have got on the date when it was the last date of sales. I did a lot of shopping from here. All brands in one place.

The shopping experience was amazing and the service was good. Good environment to spend time with your loved ones.

Outlet is located close to Hua Hin. If you are traveling to Hua Hin, can consider a rest stop. But prices are not attractive for some brands. Need to check price tags carefully before buying

There are only very few visitors, even Thailand has opened for international vaccinated visitors still there are not the usual stream of tourists. Only few.shops are opened und their product ranges are often out of the latest fashion due to Covit 19 The food court very clean but the choices are limited. There is no coupon system anymore. You pay directly at the counter. The taste of the dishes are average. The staff jowever are polite

Very quite place. Staff from almost all shops are too busy with their phone, they don’t even care or service you, maybe because there’s not many people walking by. But the area is large, many shops.

Wonderful place for shopping, alot of brand names sale off 20-50%. Futhermore, buyers can get VAT refund from some brands.
