Rating was!! : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I booked my flight to Europe in September here. The price is the same as the cheapest at Thai Airways Online. I checked the booking with the CheckMyTrip APP and everything was OK Staff is very helpful and speaks English very well. UPDATE 09/11/2018: ⭐ My flight would be on September 12, 2018 01:05 with TG970. When checking in online I noticed that something was wrong. I then called Western Tour Hua Hin (WTHH) and was told that everything was OK. At 5:37 p.m. a call from WTHH that there was a system error during booking and I cannot take the flight, they are analyzing why. The Hua Hin taxi to Bangkok Airport was already at the door and cost me TBH 1,600. The offer: I'll see tomorrow if I can fly a day later and if they take over the special edition, then I'll change the rating if necessary. Apparently there's more to come: I'm currently on the waiting list for September 13, 2018 TG970 UPDATE 09/12/2018: ⭐ Until 4:00 p.m. today, a valid ticket was not possible. The reason given was IT problems which were to be fixed by a technician from Bangkok in the next few days. The next confirmed date is Sunday 1:05 a.m. I'm currently booked back on the waiting list for Sunday. Final UDATE September 15, 2018: ⭐⭐ again no valid ticket. I then asked for the money back and got it back after 2 weeks including expenses. CONCLUSION: Booking confirmation only has meaning with a valid e-ticket number and the invoice to the airline has been paid, otherwise it is just expensive toilet paper,

Booked many tickets 2 months before the flight. When came to the airport, the ticket was finally not booked and I could not check in! After calling them and waiting.. They told ne that they will solve the problem quickly..1h15 minutes before the departure, I agreed with them to take a ticket myself amd that they will send me back my money right away. I am still waiting now 5 days later. Not even sure if they will send the money or not. Left with almost no money to leave. I really can’t beleive how can a big office like that do this to a customer! Terrible!

Booked and paid for a flight to UK for my girlfriend, 1 hour before she left for BKK WTHH called and said she had to change to a later flight with another airline, 1 hour before she left for the second flight WTHH called again and changed the flight back to the original airline but now a day later. Upon checking in for the new flight she was told WTHH had only booked a 1 way flight so couldn’t travel unless she payed for a new ticket, WTHH said they would make the arrangements but then said they couldn’t at such short notice, I paid for the new ticket directly with the airline and we have been promised a full refund from WTHH. The refund has not been paid and they keep asking for more time due to company problems. I think court action will have to be taken to recover the money, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they have a totally unprofessional manner and do not care about their customers, their only concern is to take peoples money without any explanation for their own inadequate service.

I went there to find out about a charter flight. The ladies went out of their way to help me and for free. Really great service, if you need travel agent come here.

This tour operator is really recommended! Firstly, the guide with the nickname Odd could speak both German and English at a very high level, even though he is Thai. He accompanied us and always told us funny little things and also taught us a few Thai words. Secondly the tour was well organized, nothing to notice. Everything perfect! Kind regards, Anna

I found the agency by chance. The location helped. The girl I spoke with was very informative and up to date amidst so many changes. Gave me the exact information I needed knowing I was unable to book immediately. She spent a lot of time on my questions and answered them all. I knew I'd have to return and found they're also on Line @westerntourshuahin making things even easier.

I stopped in for some info and was warmly greeted by the staff. She was very helpful in changing a airline ticket even when I did not originally book through them but online. The office is comfortable and you can have a normal conversation because it is quiet and they speak good english too. Limited parking but great location on main road near the main intersection in the center of Hua Hin.

Bookes ticket with them twice to the middle of nowhere in Africa and India. They did not even booked our return tickets on these 2 occasions. We got stranded and had to pay both time. Pretty bad when you already paid for a return ticket. They took for ages to redound the money. I will never buy again from them and was stupid enough to do it twice. Walk away !

Wanted a trip to koh talu and when googling I come across western tours and am so pleased that I did. I emailed them an enquiry from the uk and had a prompt reply giving me all the information about the trip , the cost , where they were located and opening times so I could pay on arrival at hua hin.i had an email confirming my booking and on arrival I went to the office and paid for the trip . The staff were friendly and overall I would recommend booking through these to anyone. We had an amazing experience on koh talu and stayed over night there . On our return from koh talu we popped our head in the office to say thank you which was warmly welcomed.

The staff is very polite but I had the shock of my life when I went to the check-in. I had paid for a ticket that didn't exist in the list. I must say that they recognized their mistake and did their best to book another ticket. A Nightmare waiting at the airport...
