Flavours has been on my list of restaurants in Hua Hin to visit for a long time. I am so happy that I finally ate dinner there. First, the menu is attractive and interesting with a variety of starters and main courses that you might not find in other restaurants in Hua Hin. Still, as I brought my daughter with me, we opted for more familiar dishes. We started with the Mediterranean Salad which is similar to a Greek Salad but it includes Avocado and it has Italian dressing. We also tried the sizzling garlic shrimp and chorizo with garlic bread. For our main courses, I had the Rib-eye steak - ordered medium, but it came slightly well done - and the potatoes gratin dauphinois as my side dish. The steak came with some excellent sautéed vegetables and I selected the mushroom sauce, buthonestly, the steak had delicious, natural flavor and it was very juicy. My daughter had the pulled pork sandwich with large fries. The pulled pork sandwich has a delicate coleslaw on it. I think there is Dijon mustard as well. For dessert, we tried the Chocolate Lava Brownie with ice cream - we shared it. During the appetizer round, I relaxed with a well-mixed Bloody Mary and then I switched to a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon during my steak. After the Brownie, I ordered a small glass of Peroni draft beer. (During the low season, they only have Peroni and Leo on tap.) The service was excellent and friendly. The staff members here are great! (It was actually my birthday and the waitress conspired with my daughter to bring the chocolate brownie with candles - they gave us the brownie complimentary.) The atmosphere at Flavours is classy but not pretentious. They obviously used a competent decorator for the interior and there are real candles on the tables. A guitarist played soft rock/easy listening classics while we dined. Our bill came to 2,700 Baht, but if I didn't have the cocktail, wine and beer, it would have been around 2,000 Baht. Last but not least, I always hesitated to dine here for fear of not being able to find a convenient parking space. Although the two spots on Petchkasem Road seem to be perpetually occupied, there is parking around back in the side Soi and in the apartment parking lot. Final Evaluation: Flavours restaurant will impress a date.

Nice place with "foreign" food in well designed restaurant. Not a place to visit wearing flip-flops. Felt a bit like a hotel restaurant. The menu is made up of mainly Italian and French classics, but many of them with a small Thai twist. Very nicely plated food. Felt though as the focus was more on looks than on taste, and I missed the heart and soul that is so important to me when I go out to a restaurant. Not for me, but an OK place with "European" food at a decent price. Not many similar places in Hua Hin.

As always, the staff and the ambience was perfect. Due to a food intolerance the chef went out his way to help me with the foods that I could eat. Now the down side. The wine I chose was a 2017 Chardonnay priced at 1300 baht. They brought me a 2022 Chardonnay. A younger and cheaper wine (Chardonnay is one of the few white wines that does mature with age) I pointed this out and asked if it was cheaper wine than the one advertised on the menu. I was told it was the same price. So we had to accept an inferior wine than was advertised for the same price. The meal was ok. The salmon I had was a bit under cooked in the center for my liking, but myself and fellow diner swapped and she was happy with the raw salmon. For the price we paid we expected better and left the restaurant feeling disappointed.

YES! And YES!!! Tasty food, beautifully presented at a very reasonable price. And a good choice of unconventional draft beers including Peroni. Great service by a dedicated team. On the night we came good -non intrusive- live music. Excellent English by the staffs and the owner makes it, for once, a breeze to order. Was it good? YES! Will we come back? YES, YES and YES !!!!

Deserve a 5 star. It was extremely good and well deserved. All the bad comments ignore them.. the price is extremely reasonable for the quality of food which is better than most here in hua hin. This is after 3 years of living here wish they opened sooner.

Fantastic restaurant and probably one of the best values in the area. Terrific, well plated food. Great wine selections, and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended for a nice dinner out, at very reasonable prices!

This restaurant is an absolute gem. I have been around Thailand for more than 30 years, from north to south and I promise you that "Flavours" in Hua Hin is one of the absolute best "western food" restaurants I have come across, at least outside of Bangkok. Everything is amazing, the food, the staff, the atmosphere. It's a wonder that the restaurant is not always full and with crowds waiting outside to get in. If you miss this place, I have to say: too bad for you.

Food is great taste also garlic bread is loved😋 Staff is very nice and friendly. Price is value. Singapore sling is good.😊 Parking is available. Sunday dinner is free from queue. 😆

Our dining experience at Flavours Restaurant & Bar Hua Hin was truly exceptional. From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The menu offered a delightful array of dishes, each dish made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a culinary delight ! They also have an extensive wine list and wonderfully stocked bar - the cocktails are fantastic 🙂 The service was attentive, efficient and very accomodating. We especially loved the live music which added to the lovely ambiance. Personally, I can’t wait to return to explore more of their delicious creations. The standout for me was the Cajun shrimp & corn chowder - this creamy, comforting soup is made with succulent shrimp, diced potatoes, corn, and just the right amount of spice. We had two starters, two mains, two desserts and two glasses of wine , total cost was 1,510 baht. I highly recommend Flavours 😊

Very nice restaurant located in on the main rd close to bluport shopping mall. Food is very reasonable and very high quality. Great drinks list a d again very reasonable. The owner looked after our table and was really friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Attentive staff and marvelous dishes - hardly expected by the looks from the outside by this easy overlooked gem of place to eat. The chef knows what he is doing. The meat to the point, veggies not to soft or to hard and a well balanced dessert.

I have been to Flavours 5 or 6 times now on my last visits to Hua Hin and the standard of food is just outstanding, every meal I have had at Flavours just gets better and better or at the same very high standard by the fantastic chef. Now lets talk about value for money, easily the best restaurant in HH for overall value with great service, nice surroundings, live music, great choice of beers on tap (inc. Peroni) and again food that you would easily pay 2 or 3 times in other restaurants in HH and probably 4 times in BKK. Its a must place to go if you want great food, great service and great atmosphere. Congrats to the owners and a great addition to HH restaurant scene

Delicious food and probably the best service in hua hin, highly recommended. Was delivered the wrong meal but promptly served the correct one and told to keep the mistaken meal free of charge.

Upscale restaurant with indoor seating in clean and nice decor. European feel to the restaurant but still very reasonable prices. Many seafood dishes but of course also high-end steak options.

Looking for a decent Euro-Thai experience so take the time to stop in at Flavors, the name basically says it all. Service is impeccable, they do go out their way to make sure the food is perfectly delightful and full of taste. Weekends they have live bands in the evening, perfect ambience to go with good food and a decent selection of wines and beers on tap, to top it off the music is loud enough to enjoy but not loud enough to drown out the conversation.
