If breakfast isn’t included then you have to pay 400 baht per person for breakfast buffet. The breakfast is ok but nothing special and rather limited, it is not worth to pay 400 baht, overpriced. The biggest mistake is that the toilet is integrated in the room with a glass door and there is still a 20cm opening. No privacy when doing more than a pee. Bad location, you need taxi every time you want to go somewhere.

There may be another hotel in Hua Hin that is as good as iSanook but I can say with a large amount of confidence you won't find much better. Modern rooms and great location is something you expect from a good hotel and this has it but even by Asia standards the service and quality of staff set it aside. The pool is awesome and the floating pool mattresses a nice touch. Breakfast is worth paying for and the pool bar (incl. alfresco seating) is addictive. If you're reading this review because you're wondering whether iSanook cuts it... the answer is yes. Quiet location, peaceful atmosphere, walkable to all your necessities - beach, restaurants and massage. That's if you can bothered leaving. Do yourself a favour.

Superbly professional and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained daily. The gym had a great selection of machines and free weights. Within walking distance to dozens of local restaurants and bars. The largest and nicest swimming pool in Thailand. Amazing breakfast featuring a wide array of Western and Asian food. Staff and Management made efforts every single day to ensure my stay was memorable. I will cherish the memories of my stay at iSanook Hua Hin; the highlight of my 3-month travels across Europe and Asia.

Stayed 3 nights in private pool room 2605. Very large and spacious. Rented a scooter for 4 days at the hotel and there is also a shuttle service. Nice location and close to the beach by scooter. Walking is a bit too far to the beach and waste of time. That's why rent a scooter or car. Good local restaurants nearby. Sweet and helpful ladies at the reception. Clean room and quiet on floor 6 with private pool rooms only. Great stay and I was lucky it was quiet. Only stayed in my private pool and didn't go to public pool. Breakfast standard like any hotel. My room included breakfast. Big price difference between standard cheap rooms and private pool rooms. If you are on vacation and you want to spend money, you also have luxury. But if you go for the cheapest and are stingy, you shouldn't complain in the reviews. Top hotel and take the private pool room. If you want to act cheap, you will also get cheap people on your floor 😂. Floor 6 are only decent people with private pool rooms. Based on many good reviews I decided to stay here and take the private pool. There are also some bad reviews like no full length mirror or noisy floor or far from everything. What do you expect if you take the cheapest room? Then you also get the cheaper people on your floor. My mirror was so big it covered almost all of my wall. I took the most expensive room and had everything and lived like a king. Rented scooter for 4 days 300 THB per day and we got everywhere. The bottom line is that you need to spend money in your vacation and do your homework properly before going anywhere. Nothing is free in this world. If you want to spend little money, you will also get little. If you want to spend, you also enjoy. I therefore find such low reviews unjustified. People don't think with their brains. Unfortunately, we live in a world where people think they want to spend little money and think they should be treated like royalty. I will definitely come back and book the private pool room again. I was so happy and satisfied that I tipped 4x 100 THB during check out 😉. Thank You iSanook Hua Hin 🙏

😀 Nice hotel and cozy room, also great breakfast, The room is clean, comfortable, big bed and good price rate. The staffs are good service mind. ⛔️ there are no slippers in the room and the phone is not available to call front desk or house keeper so i have to get down to ask the staff at the front desk

Fabulous two week stay. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good rooms with small balcony. The only gripe we had was the breakfast. Quite expensive at 400 bhat each and we only tried it once. Not much choice for non Thai guests in our opinion. Such a shame as everything else was near on perfect. We'll definitely be back! But sadly, we'll miss the breakfast option. 👍🙂🙏

This hotel is a real gem, it's location between two popular beaches, facilities and relaxed location make it a must place to stay. I highly recommend the 54 metre pool for your workout. The hotel facilities are excellent, well maintained and spotlessly clean. I want to thank hotel manager Nick, reception manager Nethie, cafe supervisor Amy and all the exceptional staff for making our stay enjoyable and truly memorable.

Great hotel. Not far from the beach. Takes a short walk, or their minivan drivers are glad to take you. Luxurious rooms. Everything is rather recent. Lovely, clean swimming pool. Be sure to include the breakfast when you book, many delicious items are on offer. The location offers wonderful views of the mountains and temples. Many things to visit within walking distance.

The Hotel is located far away from Downtown. depending on what you are looking for you might like it. Room was clean and tide. Staff is friendly. The Restaurant i definitely can't recommend, the best on our order was the Ceasar salad!!! The Appetizer, Octopus legs were chewy!!! The first Australien Sirloin Steak (649thb) was served together with the Appetizer and was totally over salted. the second Steak was like a old water buffel also chewy, the side veggis were cold. For this price I expect a bit more!!! the Pizza is a small frozen cracker which was topped and warmed up ( 249thb). so rather avoid this restaurant to being not disappointed like us

We fell in love with iSanook Bangkok and decided to give this location a try. It has a much more hotel vibe than compared to the backpacker vibe you get in Bangkok. The location is perfect, close walk to the beach, 7eleven, and many restaurants. The pool, rooms, and facilities felt new and maintained. Staff was plentiful and accommodating. Breakfast had plenty of western and Asian options, the fresh bread was especially nice. I really loved having a private balcony with a clothes line. I was too short for our mirror in the bathroom so had to end up using the mirror in the gym on the 2nd level. Room lacks bathroom privacy when traveling with other people. Would stay here again for location and breakfast alone.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Instead of making an effort to provide a better room, they gave us a room with old towels and missing listed items. Be careful when checking in; ensure that all listed items are available in the room, as charges may apply if anything is missing. Additionally, the toilet and washroom in the room are divided by a curtain, resembling those in a hospital.

2 bedrooms suite really suits family group. The mountain view from the room was lovely and you can also see the pool down below. Everything was clean and great facilities. The hotel location is handy with shops and restaurants around. 10 mins walk to beautiful Kao Takiab beach which is a good exercise for me but might not suit someone who do not like walking. Swimming pool has good length and size. Would suit someone who want to do a proper swimming exercise. Staffs were nice & accommodating. Breakfast was superb (better than some 5 stars places I was in). Good selections, quality and tasty.

First off, the staff was absolutely amazing!!! Nick, the manager was next level helpful!!! Our room was nice and spacious on the 4th floor. The gym was pretty good too with 2 treadmills, an elliptical, weights ans then some. The pool was good and they also have rooms with pool access on the ground floor. We didn't really eat at the hotel except for a dish or 2 but that was pretty decent. Location wise, it's in a quiet little nook and a walking distance away from the beach, monkey mountain and some restaurants. You get the shuttle from the hotel to go to the Night narket which is great for food and entertainment (they have a live band and a place where you can play pool) If you want to unwind, Hua Hin is a great place just 3 hours and 20mins away from Bangkok. Definitely worth a visit.

Stayed here for a week and had a great time. The pool is very nice and clean with lots of chairs and great umbrellas for shade. Pool bar is reasonably priced and the service from all the staff was superb. Great value. A little walk to the beach but you can rent a scooter for $10 a day.

Very nice experience at the iSanook Hua Hin! We stayed in two adjoining lovely rooms for our family with 2 adults and 3 children with a connecting door. Unfortunately, our ouldest daughter became ill and had to stay in hospital for 6 days. For us as parents a unpleasant time but we have felt very supported by the hotel manager and all the other staff. In the morning we could take breakfast to the hospital, we were brought to the hospital with the shuttle bus and there was a lot of attention to our situation. So thank you iSanook for the great support, we hope to come back again and enjoy your great place again!

We stayed 2 night in the Deluxe Studio Room in July 2023. At first they gave us a room overlooking the third floor sun terrace, the view was ok but not great and didn't match the photos online looking towards the hills. But the real problem was a guest in a nearby room was smoking cannabis and we could smell it on the balcony and even inside the room. We don't blame the hotel for other guests' behaviour and to their credit when we complained they immediately transferred us and this time to a room with a view over the pool and towards the hills. The hotel is fantastic, especially considering the price (we paid app. 1300/n at time of staying). Actually if you want to save some money I think the cheaper rooms adjacent to the sun terrace would be perfectly fine. The gym is excellent, with two quality treadmills and a range of other equipment with leafy views. The pool is huge and very nice with deck chairs placed in the water which I love. Also a gentle salt water rather than chlorine which I also love. Good pool bar adjacent and hotel cafe near the pool towards the lobby. Location is far from the centre but you have two lovely beaches less than 10 min walk away, good street food, cafes and restaurants all nearby. End of green songthaew line is a pleasant 600m walk away, and costs 15 baht per person. Hotel also runs a free shuttle to the city centre three times a day. The only negatives, and these are minor, is the entrance is not pedestrian friendly, you have to walk up the drive. Could be easily fixed if they installed some stairs from the footpath directly opposite the lobby entrance. Also car park right next to the pool, again could be easily fixed with a facade or hedge/plants to obscure it. Otherwise fantastic hotel, highly recommend.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights and had a amazing 2 bedroom suite. The rooms was enormous...really cool. Kids loved the bathtub in the middle of the room. Upon checkin the manager greeted us and gave us some helpful tips. Overall the experience was super. The offer a shuttle service into town, and we went to see the night market.

Interesting accommodation proposition near Hua Hin, actually outside of the Hua Hin District, close to Nong Kae really. The hotel is near Khao Takiab beach. Good bed and good service for the most part although some/most staff don't understand English well enough. Expensive average breakfast, I would advise guests to find nearby eateries for a more local and authentic eating experience. Coffee shop in the hotel opens at 10AM after the restaurant for breakfast is closed, probably to sway guests buying breakfast together with accommodation. It'd be nice to have the option, not everyone wants to stuff their face with food everyday... Very good gym facilities if you want to keep fit while hollydaying. Feedback wasn't requested on check out probably because of the lack of/low level of English by the staff (Native desk manager P could benefit from a crash course in English). Internet isn't reliable and is only fast in the lobby area. No available office space for work calls should you need to (Big meeting room on the first floor was unavailable); the space in the lobby isn't air conditioned. The advertised free shuttle to Central Hua Hin and other PoI runs every few hours (thrice a day only) so prepare for tuc tuc or taxi rides, we couldn't manage to use it once in the week we stayed at the hotel: it wasn't frequent enough. All in all an average and satisfactory experience. Would I come back..? 🤔

Super nice hotel. Stayed for one week in a slightly bigger Room with two persons in the main building 6th floor. Very clean and new. Personal including the cleaning crew are super friendly. Cleaning crew was always ready to fullfil any special wishes like extra towels. Highly recommended. We will stay again next time in that place for sure.

The room is clean and new, comfy bed. Shower and toilet are separated. I don’t like the step when entering bathroom part. It’s better to have warning sign. Breakfast is average. Staffs are not quite friendly. Others are fine
