The
hotel
feels
like
it's
in
a
sharp
financial
downturn.
There's
a
lot
of
staff,
but
not
many
guests.
Very
quiet,
even
eerie,
and
feels
overstaffed.
The
staff
is
actually
working
on
the
hotel
constantly
and
the
place
looks
nice,
but
the
experience
still
stays
somewhat
underwhelming.
The
staffs
lack
of
English
skills
can
make
communication
difficult,
especially
when
some
feel
underqualified,
for
example
having
problems
with
basic
front
desk/reception
duties
and
equipment.
The
front
office
manager
speaks
good
English
and
will
do
her
best
to
help
you.
Everyone
is
really
nice
and
attentive.
The
staff
will
respect
guest
wishes
and
help
when
needed.
They
are
flexible
and
understanding.
The
local
community
is
really
active
as
well!
We
for
example
got
a
motor
tour
of
Sam
Roi
Yot
National
Park
from
a
local
couple.
