Great place to sit and watch local life with a great pint of Guinness and comfortable surroundings. Very clean toilets and polite staff, khun Sam is great! Sunday roast is just amazing! Can't beat it. And for the price too!

I was in this restaurant for lunch. Initially had difficulty finding it. Loved the menu and was spoiled for choice. Myself and friend had beef stew and cod and chips. Both were served very quickly and both tasted delicious. The radio was on and there was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The TV had frozen on a channel. Staff were really nice and helpful, especially the young chap who was very attentive. Prices were similar to western prices, but reasonable. For some reason there was many dogs in the restaurant. But they also seemed friendly enough.

I stopped by for lunch and I sampled the Norwegian pan fried salmon fillet. I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I washed it all down with a very reasonable 81 Baht pint of Leo (special Covid promotion price). The food was fine tasting and with decent portions. Although I was the only customer at 12 noon, I can see that Rafferty's is a proper wood-paneled pub. I imagine it would be quite fun in the evenings playing pool and socializing with the regulars. Nice atmosphere and friendly service - I am looking forward to my next visit.

Had a delicious Sunday roast here, lots of vegetables and meat. Very fresh and well cooked. Not the cheapest in Hua Hin but value for money. The fruit crumble is very tasty.

No aircon but food is good just no stuffing unless you get chicken which I marked one star down for

I will start by saying what a delightful and helpful young man waited to assist our table. I'll conclude by saying the Cod and Chips were outstanding and so reasonably priced this Friday. All washed down with Speckled Hen. Thanks so much. See you soon.

Had a couple of Sunday dinners which were excellent value and of course very tasty. Would have given it a 5 star but they forgot to put crackling in with the pork and no stuffing with the chicken but we survived.Really don't know how they can provide what they do for the price but its appreciated and saves me from slaving in a hot kitchen.Staff certainly know how to feed you.Eill certainly keep ordering their takeaways.

Good spot if you fancy some western food and a pint. Friendly staff and owner. Pool table and plenty of screens for watching some sport. Havent tried their Sunday roast but hear its pretty good especially with their Yorkshire puddings.

Now this little gem is something special indeed. Tucked away slightly out of town and well worth the short cab ride is Raffertys. It’s an Irish bar. It’s a sports bar. It does what is arguably the best Sunday Roast in Hua Hin and for quality and portion size, won’t be beaten on price. Currently (Nov 2022) the happy hour is from opening time (08:30am) until 7 pm, and during there hours Leo is only 80THB, a glass of wine is 85 THB and House Pours are buy one get the second free. It’s a fairly big place with outdoor as well as indoor seating, has a pool table, several TV’s and staff poised like coiled springs ready to look after you during your visit. Don’t be out off by the fact it’s off the beaten track, that’s it’s strength not it’s weakness. Pop by and say Hi to Mick and the staff. They’ll look after you well! Highly recommended.

Friendly owner & staff, I enjoy the Sunday Roast, choice of Lamb, chicken, beef or chicken. Beware, don't park across the road, I was attacked by a screaming woman, she blew her car horn about 20 times, she claimed to have bought the entire road 😀 A must visit, I actually drive 20 minutes to go there, definitely worth it, they have an extensive menu, apart from the Sunday Roast.

I highly recommend that you make a reservation for their Sunday Roast. This place gets packed. It wills up with the expat community. Nice outdoor terrace, and large indoor space. Parking is across the street. Food was nice a juicy (Roasted breast and beef) potatoes were excellent, some veg (cauliflower, 🥦 and 🥕 ) , the Yorkshire pudding and gravey was spot on. Well done. Price was not too bad...although no drinks included with the roast, and that's understandable with the price.
