What we loved here... Comfortable bed Breakfast buffet was amazing, everything you could want. Comfortable seating around the pool. Very friendly and accommodating staff. What we didn't love... No balcony Location was in town and not peaceful, lots of traffic noise, and busy area. Room wasn't very big, but probably because it's a newer hotel. Not enough shade at the pool, really only 2 lounge seats that had shade and those got claimed really early! The gym was very small and very limited on equipment, on 2 occasions I went, the AC was turned off and it was like a sauna in there. Overall it was the 1st place out of 3 stays in thailand that we had a Comfortable bed, so I may return because of this and the breakfast.

Very beautiful hotel. Pool is amazing. Pool is on the 6 floor with a great view and lounge zone. Easy place to felt asleep. Enjoyed the room and staying there. The only moment I personally didn't like is a breakfast. A-la carte. It takes long time to get what you want. I prefer classical breakfast.

After staying here quite a few times, and getting food poisoning twice in the same stay, one from a beef burger and one from the breakfast eggs. They refused to take off the bill the beef burger and gave a weak apology saying they checked with the chicken that all ingredients are fresh. It just so happened that my colleague tried ordering the burger and they had run out so it was obviously the last bit of old mince meat they were using up. I've never complained before in a hotel but not showing a simple gesture of good will having spent hundreds of euros there over the last 6 months just shows what their priorities are. The staff are lovely but the business principal behind the hotel is dreadful. Another thing they also charge the staff 50% of the food bill if they do not get a signature I recently found out which again just shows the money grabbing ethos behind this hotel chain.

This is such a good value hotel in Huahin. If you are not concerned with staying at the beach front, this is the place for you. The hotel staff from the front desk, staff in the dining room and the rest are so well trained. They are polite, courteous and will go out of their way to accommodate you. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast spreads are a delicious.

This was our last stop on a trip taking in a number of seaside locations and it was the best hotel on our trip. Google maps took us to the soi before the hotel :) Next road entrance no problem. All the public areas were clean and well maintained. Our room was large, modern and spotless. The small roof top pool looked inviting, next time. The range of food on offer at breakfast was both good and plentiful (could have been a little more choice of fruit?). We also ate in the restaurant for our evening meal which was very good. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful making our short visit very enjoyable. Would happily stay again.

Front desk service was poor. We had several billing issues. They didn't speak English so didn't understand us when we tried to explain the billing issues. The hotel is pet friendly which is lovely, but we didn't think about what that meant for the rooms! They smelled of dog and because the windows didn't open they were quite humid. The staff in the dining room were superb and the breakfast was delicious. Location is near a mall and two nice night markets. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

The hotel is new and modern. The room is perfect for me and my bf, not too small. Staffs are lovely and treat us so well. Especially, the receptionist Mr. Saharat aka Mick who stand by during night time had inform us with vehicle info, tourist attractions, etc. He explained to us with patients and caring though it was late at night so we feel thankful. The breakfast buffet also a bomb. We loved it. We're definitely coming back.

The overall was delighted. I appreciate how the staff take such a good care of us, Rak greeted us with joy and caring. I love the swimming pool though it isn't beach front, you can feel the vibe. Foods was great too. Also, I can say that the room is worth the price. It's new, fresh, and modern. Love to visit again.

Overall, a good stay spending here. Low rise building hotel is simply nice with greenary. Feel peaceful with nature sound. Room is Clean with city (mountain) view. Playroom for kid is nice. Swimming pool for kid is 40meters at 1st floor. 4th floor breakfast is okay. 6th floor swimming pool is very chill at night along with drinks. BOGO promotion Buy1Get1free drink is very attractive.

Spledid hotel, gorgeously designed and pretty clean. Kinda small pool. Awesome service. Standard breakfast. Comfortable and clean beds and rooms, mucho recommend. Only a little behind Bluport, so location is good too, but it is FAR from seaside.

Cozy stay. Spacious room. Super comfy bed and pillow. Convenient parking lot. Friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast. Swimming pool was nice but only open til 7:00pm. Som pool bar happy hours during 5-7pm. Pet friendly hotel.

Low quality breakfast with High quality room and service. A picture of last year breakfast brought me here.. Brie, Salami, Grilled tomato, Baked bean, Chocolate croisant etc. No such things today!?! I found only pink bologna, jelly jam danish and peanut! Just like 2 stars hotel. I'm so glad I stay only 1 night. I give stars for all your great staffs and well designed room. The location is far from the beach.

Nice looking hotel with a rooftop pool. The rooms were comfortable but not particularly clean, with cobwebs everywhere. Breakfast was generous, but not the best quality, and got very busy on weekends. We lost WiFi completely during our stay, which wasn't ideal. The pool area is nice, but there are no sun loungers in the sun. Overall, our stay was fine, but it could be improved.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast bufe rich and various. Pool at the top floor. However if you are hungry when having dinner I recommend you to eat outside the hotel since the gourmet restaurant serve VERY small portions.

Looks and feels like a 4.5 star hotel: modern looking, water pressure excellent, air cond strong. Lots of 5-star frills: motion sensors in the room, fancy (and maybe purposeful?) lighting. But operationally, the place is only as good as the people a hotel hires and trains. After checking in, I took a shower. Then in came a member of the house-keeping staff, without knocking or bell ringing, but with a replenishment for the mini bar. Should the hotel management be reading this, there is no need to say “… thank you for your patronage and valuable comments … sorry for the inconvenience… we strive for continuous improvement… please come again…” Just do something before someone is injured by a design flaw in the coffee / icebox area. The upper shelf is placed in such a way that, when one reaches for something, one’s head is greeted by the steel frame first. Since this accident has happened twice within a few hours, paper towels are placed there, not as a cushion, but as a reminder that the skull is no match in stiffness, rigidity, and tensile strength as that of tempered steel.

Great facilities, great services, great breakfast. Superb!! Surely, worth the price. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was very clean and comfy. The vibe and atmosphere of the hotel were 5-star. The room with a garden view wasn't bad at all. The swimming pool area was quite small, though, since it's on the rooftop, 6th floor. Other than that, everything was impressive. I will definitely be coming back again.

Location is great, it's near malls like Bluport and Market Village and also walkable to beach. Underground parking space is small, most of cars have to park in front of hotel which no any shelters and proper parking slots. That's made customers feel negative since first touch point. Room and bed are really comfy. They use good quality equipments in room. It will be better if there is room balcony. Tv is big but cannot mirror to watch Netflix or Youtube, it can be connected for music only. Staffs here is quite good in overall.

Had a nice stay here . Room is nice and clean . Friendly staffs . Pet friendly ! Price per pet is a bit pricey for each night . They get their Own dog bed and provide essientials like treats , pee pad etc . But location is super convenient . Walking distance to bluport mall and restaurants etc .

My experience in a hotel was great. They have everything for our dog. Even dog bowls and treats were provided in the room. Management and staff are super friendly. Service is on a world class level. I was even given an HDMI cable to watch movies while in a room. Amazing, I would love to come back here again.

We have visited this hotel for just a short business trip stay. It was very good experience. The decorations are outstanding! The staffs were very helpful and good information enough around the hotel. We will come back again for next holiday 😁👍

I want to say that I spent a wonderful time in Dusit D2 in Hua Hin during 5 days. Everything is nice. Everybody is professional, and is listening to the customer to give the best appropriate service. The room is wide, clean always at any time. The breakfast is great, food is high quality. I will give this address to my friends and my family to spend vacation and having a peaceful rest. Nice staff overall but check in was 1 hour late and needed to remind about welcome drink, probably due to new year traffic. Great room and chic facilities but certain common space is rather small/compact i.e. the gym was smaller than the room's bathroom. Great live music, it should be publicized more. Location is okay but needed to walk in for a bit.

Small but nice! The hotel is wonderful and very good for relaxing. Close to blue port shopping mall but a way from nightlife. The room is new and very clean with great stuff. Thanks to all front staff and housekeepers for good recommendation and excellent services. We had a great time here! will come back again !!!

The room was vast, clean, and beautiful with tranquil designs. Amenities were fulfilling and more than enough (lots of drinking water, soda, and snacks). The staff is also nice and very supportive. I have had a great time during my stay =)

Excellent stay overall. Rooms were nice and indeed very dog friendly. There is a nice mini garden for your dogs to run around which leads into a small kids swimming pool. Breakfast buffet and dinner sets were amazing! Very typical of Dusit Thani’s style. The Signature cocktail was amazing. Had the check in process been faster, this would have been excellent. The check in process was too slow this time round although not really a big issue overall. Parking - we had the privilege to park downstairs in the basement. Looked very fancy and well protected by the security guards. The staff were courteous and polite. Excellent training and discipline there. Would we come back again? Most definitely 👍

The hotel is very new in Hua Hin. Service is extraordinary. Staffs very helpful. The facilities of hotels is very cool like swimming pool is not like others. Light and the sky in the evening is stunning! You can enjoy music at the Som bar at night. Besides this hotel is pet friendly and one more thing is the kids room is super adorable which very match for the family for resting here! About food is very authentic Thai, you can get the best taste of Thai meal here. This hotel is modern design with the giant garden in the middle of the hotel. Last bu not lease, there ton of corner that very Photogenic, you can enjoy taking photo for posting on your social media for sure!

100/10 Just love everything in this hotel; service, facilities, hygiene and location. It is a brand new hotel and you can see from furniture and decorations. Staffs were friendly and they love their jobs and knew how to make you feel taking care of but not pushy. We had a lunch at the restaurant which you got complimentary coupons for 200THB so we gave it a try. As Thai, I’d say the taste of dishes are mildly cooked. It is okay but not wow. Breakfast was delicious. You got a REAL morning coffee from a REAL coffee machine, just a perfect start of the day. We traveled with a toddler and kids club was our life saver! It’s well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Our daughter loved every single day playing there. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Our stay here was perfect and I would say I love here to the max. Even I am staying at a 5-star, fancy hotel located at the river in BKK right now, but I still miss this hotel. we would definitely go back here again.

The hotel is not beachfront hotel but not far from the public beach. Service is super, staffs are very helpful. I like the garden and the swimming pool. Also, I love the food at Cafe Soi, the restaurant serves very delicious Southern dishes. I highly recommend you to try.

The room was clean and modern, front desk and security guards were very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The swimming pool is on the 4th fl., not like the others. The front desk staff Mick drove us to Cicada, and the night market was very friendly and helpful. The front desk also assisted us with a smooth check-in this weekend with a special set dinner and late checkout without any hassle!

Great Service is excellent as expected from Dusit. Room is new and clean. Overall design is very stylish and cozy. Beds are soft not bounce, so if you want to have a good rest then yes ;) If you don't care to stay close to the beach, this is probably the best choice out there.

A Very pretty boutique hotel. Dog friendly. The interior and furnishings are satisfactory. The whole VI is to a high standard. The “D” curve is applied to many design details. Staff are helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this place.

Newer hotel. Room was nice and clean. Bed was ok on the soft side. Pillows are very flat and too soft. The designated smoking area is crammed in a small corner. There are no chairs to sit and have a smoke. The two tables in the smoking area are not secure and fall over easy . The breakfast buffet was ok. I was told there are sausage’s in the buffet. The sausages are small hotdogs not typical breakfast sausages . I was asked too many times in the buffet for my room number. I think they should just ask once at reception of the buffet breakfast. The location is very far from the beach.

The property is new, young and modern design which fits my style and purpose for work and leisure. All staffs are well trained and I received lovely responses from everyone there. I’d say I trust this property to be my go-to when I visit Hua Hin. The location is what you ask for because it’s located in the middle of attractions like, Cicada market, walkable from the beach, malls, night markets. But! I wish the hotel had screen mirroring function in the big flat screen to cast youtube, video and etc. It will be perfect for work and entertainment.
