Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Should be 4 star or 3 star. Our check-in was delayed by 30+ minutes although we were supposed to check-in at 15:00. The "Beach" view room was an absolute disappointment, and we felt lied to considering the pictures shown on agoda vs what the reality was. Certainly not a beach and construction equipment right in front to make it worse. They did agree to change our rooms though, which was appreciated. Day 3, I was slightly sick and when asking the room service for something as basic as paracetamol, we were flat out refused with no concern or regard. Food was just average including the breakfast (low quality sausages) and the pizza we ordered in room. Definitely not 5 star and definitely not worth the money spent.

Nice services rendered with smile and politeness from each and every staff. All are friendly, greeting with smile. Perfect strong hot water flow in the shower, plenty of power output points/plug sockets in the room. Very clean, and still in new condition. Further betterment may be; • Some small plates in the room would be nice for some snack time; • Asking for an ice bucket, and it was quickly served to my room, however just a bucket of ice, without ice tongs. • A hook for cloth hanger on the wall of the toilet would be nice, and another one near shower room would fit for 2 (not 1) bath towels. • No tea spoons for grab at breakfast, had to ask for one when having koko crunch.

I don't believe you can be rated as a 5-star hotel; I would say you're more of a 4-star or below. During my stay from October 21st to 23rd, the check-in process was extremely time-consuming. Your staff requested my ID card, and upon returning, they seemed to have no recollection of me. Additionally, asking guests to forward booking emails from well-known platforms is not customer-friendly. It seems more like a lack of trust, requiring evidence from guests. We had booked a Deluxe Sea View room, but to our disappointment, the view was of the hotel's restaurant! On the second day, I went to the restaurant and ordered a hot coffee. When it was served, the staff asked me, do I wanted to order anything else? I needed a moment to decide as I was waiting for my wife to join, but they promptly mentioned that if I didn't order anything, they would bring the bill. This approach doesn't prioritize the customer; it's more about your convenience in settling bills promptly. On the evening of my return to the hotel around 9 PM, I had to honk three times before security came to remove the car fence and provide a parking card. Finally, on the last day, I called to order a hot coffee and some water. Again, they brought the coffee and informed me that they'd inform housekeeping about the water. What! A 5-star hotel shouldn't overlook such small details that can significantly impact the customer experience. I had to wait for 15-20 minutes just to get water after being served coffee. While I appreciate the quality amenities and spacious rooms, along with ample parking space, it's essential to understand that service is paramount in elevating a hotel to a 5-star level and beyond. I've stayed at many hotels in this category around here, and they consistently provide service of a higher quality."

I booked “ beach front villa “ but the villa they gave us is really far away from the beach. I can’t even see the ocean from my bedroom. They should have charged this room as “ sea viewpool villa. My other friends also experienced this issue. This hotel just want to charge you at a higher price, not being realistic with the room type.

A Serene Escape: VALA Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotel Review I recently had the pleasure of staying at VALA Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotel, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I was captivated by the hotel's serene atmosphere, attention to detail, and impeccable service. Nestled in the charming coastal town of Hua Hin, VALA offers a refreshing blend of luxury and tranquility. The hotel's unique architectural design seamlessly blends traditional Thai elements with modern aesthetics, creating a visually stunning and inviting space. The lush gardens, tranquil water features, and serene outdoor seating areas provide an oasis of calm that immediately whisked me away from the outside world. The rooms at VALA Hua Hin are a true testament to comfort and elegance. My accommodation was spacious, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed with a contemporary touch. The plush bedding and luxurious amenities ensured a restful sleep each night. The attention to detail was evident throughout the room, from the carefully curated artwork to the well-stocked minibar and the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavors and beautifully presented. The attentive staff provided excellent recommendations and ensured that every meal was a memorable experience. For relaxation and rejuvenation, VALA Hua Hin offers a range of top-notch facilities. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a tranquil oasis where I could soak up the sun while enjoying breathtaking views. The spa provided a haven of serenity, offering a wide range of treatments and therapies to pamper both the body and mind. Located just a short distance from Hua Hin's beach attractions, VALA offers the perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility. Whether I wanted to explore the lively night markets, relax on the pristine beaches, or visit the nearby cultural landmarks, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to immerse myself in the vibrant local scene. Love the chill vibe, wide open space, modern and minimalistic architecture, hospitable service and the simple yet luxurious room. We stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the beach. Nice view of the sea from the big window. We almost got the ground floor room but luckily we didn't. The beach area outside the room was very small. If you really want to go to the beach near the sea, you will need to go down. Food was good, had dinner (tapas) and breakfast there. They had HDMI to borrow as well if you wanna use their TV. The bed was really comfy, to the point that I'm curious what brand are they using. Tried the massage service. They do it in our own room after they set up the massage bed. The masseuse was so good. Slept very well that night after the massage. It was the best Thai massage I've had so far in recent years. A lot of other reviews mentioned about many people taking photos or videos for IG / TikTok, and we can corroborate that. But perhaps it wasn't that annoying during our stay because it wasn't too crowded. We stayed on Friday til Saturday. Can imagine if it's Saturday-Sunday there might be more of this social media enthusiasts in the hotel doing their photos or videos in public spaces. If you want to avoid that, pick weekdays or at most Friday to stay at the hotel. They have bikes that you can use for free and a bunch of other resort activities for your families and kids inside the hotel (like painting etc). So check with the hotel staff if that's your interest! Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Came here for a little retreat from the busy bustling Bangkok. We were overall really happy with our experience and will definitely be coming back to this place when we think of Hua Hin. Upon driving into the location, we were met with the security guard at the entry gate - he was very friendly, smiley and radiated good vibes; we were impressed and never seen any happy security guard like him before and left us a really good 'first-impression' of this place. Staff at the reception were also friendly and welcoming. The welcome drink and towel was very refreshing - my partner really loved the smell of jasmine from the cooling towel. Rooms were clean, spacious and the view from our room was spectacular. Everything at the breakfast buffet was very delicious (even the little cake slices were delicious!) and offered lots of varieties. Lots of trees and greenery in this hotel location which is calming to our eyes. Thank you Vala Hua Hin! You've made us feel re-charged and we can't wait to visit you again soon.

Everything is perfect! All the staffs are very polite and helpful. They always say hello and ask if we need anything else. It seems they train their staffs so well to have service mind. Especially Khun Prim who was taking of us. We stayed at the beach front pool villa. The scenery is impressive but their service is beyond our expectations. We would love to come back soon.

I mean I didn’t expect it would be this great. Me and my boyfriend really had a wonderful time staying here. The staffs are so friendly and nice. They always greet us with smiles. The places are absolutely stunning and peaceful. It’s a perfect one for relaxing. We luckily got upgraded to the sky beachfront corner room that we can enjoy the pool and the sea view. Highly recommended!!

It was an amazing experience. The hotel/resort is situated right next to the beautiful ocean accompanied by an infinity pool overlooking the stunning beach. We stayed in one of the cheaper room “not the villa” but the quality and finishes of the room is as high quality as you would get in a 5 star hotel. The pool is huge and it’s a great place to swim even with young children. Breakfast has variety of food such as Thai, western, Chinese, Japanese. Food was good but not excellent. The service staff is of the highest standard. Overall, from the moment you enter the hotel, you will be in awe of how aesthetically nice the hotel is. Receptionist will come over immediately upon noticing you and will accompany you directly to your paradise. It is a beautiful place to enjoy couple of days off the city.

I can say A perfect Vacay Checking in deluxe beachfront on second floor. Very friendly staff >> well-trained -Great! Good amenity inthe room from Panpuri>>feeling like spa vacay :)) Jacuzzi is just right in front of the room in the corridor with beach view. And morning refresh with cute horse view ^^ Breakfast was great with international line buffet (dont compared with Big hotel in town) , u can get full enough to craw back to ur room ;). another thing is I can ordered unlimited less sweet Thai tea with milk(Chayen) - Fabulous! Outdoor terrace at buffet is great, I do like it.

The beachfront Villa is well designed and great atmosphere. The F&B staff, Khun Peter, is very helpful, introducing beautiful locations for photos in the hotel. During Private dining for our anniversary was so memorable &comfortable, Khun Peter introduced each dish also recommend more menus from the hotel restaurant and Bar.

Amazing place ...had the beach front pool villa 😜 not cheap compare to an view other beach front pool villas hotel/resorts but worth to book it and try it out as there is ofcourse cheaper rooms and Villas available as well. Service in this hotel and quality is high end the whole set up of the hotel and Villas are amazing. It's 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and that's what you pay for and get. The main pool is nice and especially when you have kids it's good to play with them in the shallow water and as well enjoy the view of the sea and garden. To enter the beach itself isn't easy as the hotel sort of fence that off for people's safety as i seen the high tie coming in quick and there is no stairs or easy access, for that i believe the hotel want to protect their guests which should be appreciated. The restaurant and foods and all extras you can order and enjoy is amazing great taste and freshness and as well nice view at the pool! In general an amazing place and the people working in the hotel will pamper you with kindness and guidance! Amazing management! Well done!

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful and professional. Wide selection for breakfast. Only negative is that I thought the hotel was connected to the beach but there's no sand you can walk on, just straight into the sea

Stayed here for two nights The staffs are all friendly and nice!! Though the location is far from the downtown area the view is so pretty. You can spend whole day staying in the hotel and enjoying the beautiful pool. The waiter Tong who works in the breakfast restaurant always keeps smiling which made me feel welcomed 😃 Overall, I love this hotel!!!!

Literally one of the best experiences for resort style hotel at Hua Hin. Checking in was flawless and comfortable, served with drinks to start relaxing. Hotel staff is attentive and communicates very well in English, always very helpful if you have any questions or requests. I got the Sky Beachfront room with indoor bathtub. Never in my experience have I had 2 room cleaning services (morning and evening) to ensure that your room is clean and tidy. Hardly felt any dust (I have a sensitive nose) in the room, no constant sneezing for me The beds are just so comfortable, it’s custom made mega king sized, linens are sooooo fluffy and smooth, it makes it harder to decide to chill by the big pool or just stay in my room The facility is designed so well to be calm and relaxing, every detail serves a purpose. The colours of buildings and furniture used at Vala are synchronised for a calm and relaxing visual experience Even the ceiling fans at the lobby is slow and calming, it’s the perfect experience for a relaxing getaway for sure. Will definitely return, that’s a certain!

Modern tropical, cozy and Muji inspired mood and tone for guest room. The pool and room are larger than normal Huahin 4/5 star hotels. Highlights are architecture along walkway, pool bar and the pool itself. Restroom and bathroom may not proper close for senior citizens. Staffs are attentive, follow the requests efficiently and provide quick checkin.

Had a lovely stay this time for my boyfriend’s birthday. We had arranged a private dinner at the villa and Peter took really good care of us during our dinner time. Keep up the great hospitality and will definitely come back to stay for the third time next time.

Greetings, We are family of four (2 adults and children) who had stayed at Vala Hua Hin from 13 December 2023 to 16 December 2023. We had a pleasent stay and the service of the staffs were really good. However, when we had checked out on 16 December 2023 at about 12.45 pm, we were disappointed by the way we were treated. In gist , the porter had came over to our room 103 and had assisted us to transport our luggages. At that time, the porter noticed that we had 4 Crystal brand mineral water bottles in one of our bags. The porter presumed that the 4 mineral water bottles were taken from the hotel and had informed us that we are not allowed to consume the those waters outside the hotel premises. Actual fact, the 4 mineral bottles were purchased a day before from nearby restaurant " Family Restaurant & Bar" as we were preparing for our 3 hours trip back to Bangkok with a stop over at Maeklong railway market. Despite explaining the situation to the porter, he shook his head and walked off to the lobby with our luggages. Thereafer, at the lobby around 1:10 pm, initially the front desk officer informed that everything was settled and we were good to go. However, within seconds the officer mentioned that she had received message from the house keeping that the mineral waters that were kept a day before in the room were missing and the officer had checked with us if we had taken those bottles out. The same explanation that was given to the porter was given to the front desk staff but the officer had then showed us another Crystal brand mineral water bottle and clarified again if we had taken the bottles from the room. We assured the officer that the bottles were indeed bought from outside the hotel. We had also explained that the bottles that were replenished a day before had been consumed in the morning and the bottles were disposed. Moreover, when we were boarding into our transport, the porter had shook his head and expressed an unhappy face. We were very delighted with all the services rendered by the hotel staffs. Nevertheless, this incident has caused us unnecessary stress as it made us look like thiefs as the hotel staffs had assumed that we had taken items from the hotel despite giving our explaination. Such actions are never acceptable by a 5 star hotel. Hence, we may be reluctant to visit Vala Hua Hin again or even recommend this place to our family and friends. We hope that similar incidents do not reoccur to other visitors. The 3 star is given due to this incident.

Hotel staff members are very nice and helpful. Especially the staff named 'Q' who serves customers enthusiastically and friendly. Smiles are always on his face. Hope to see him again for the next Thailand visit.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed in the Sky beachfront room, the view especially during sunrise was to die for! Room was clean and spacious. Also their hotel restaurant WOODS serve the best breakfast buffet, there are a lot of choices. During lunch you can enjoy afternoon tea time as well while night time they have Tapas and other mains. Overall it’s a very beautiful resort 💯 Every single corner is instagramable & service was great!

A very beautiful and relax hotel to begin with but was soon disappointed with the room that I was given. I booked a deluxe room with sea view hoping to enjoy the view while at the balcony but I didn't expect the sea view was almost totally blocked by the BIG TALL palm trees. To be honest, they did try their best to rectify it but the reservation was so full and I was only given the option to change to another room the next day. I really felt the hotel can do better. BUT overall, this is really a beautiful and cosy hotel!

A lovely little paradise 20 minutes off the town of Huahin. Excellent service, staff are professional and the interior/garden design is superb. Gym is a little small so maybe it is not so ideal for fitness junkies. The breakfast included also sees room for improvement.

Smooth check-in, guest service with a touch, spacious room with very comfy bed, spacious pool with insta-worthy ambience, lovely meal. Not to miss, the happy hour and sumptuous breakfast spread! Nearby facilities: 7-11 store a stone throw away. Worth every penny for the weekend getaway. Downside - lack of sheltered parking

    - View : This is the reason we are here. Then we would be rewarded. Delux seaview... Room... All the scenes out of the room...Gorgeous. - Location : Actually Cha-am. For the mainstream in Hua hin, you might drive for 30mins more. - Service : Overall good. - General review : This is 5stars-hotel. But basically it is smaller than Marriott or Intercontinental or Sheraton(Price is similar) . Very well organized 4stars-hotel will be perfect describing words. In spite of the above, the reason I can recommend you is... The Mood. If you want cozy, peaceful not messy mood with beautiful swimming pool & gardening, this place will be perfect to you. * There is not enough long beach to walk. If this is huge portion, you must choose named hotel-chain.

Regent ChaAm was my childhood beach hotel with my mom. VALA is truly its next chapter. Well decorated room with the appropriate functions. Hotel staffs, don't know if they were from Regent Hospitality School, give us a just-right level of services, not too much that made us feel uncomfortable. Breakfast provides plenty of choices.

Enjoyed a beautiful Beachfront Villa (unfortunately no beach) with a nice small pool in front and beautiful sea view. Very green and well maintaned garden areas and especially the super friendly and attentive staff make this place really great. Food in the Woods restaurant was fantastic. Enjoyed the stay and will come back for sure!

Small luxury hotel with beautiful garden and swimming pool. The staffs were attentive and friendly although the check-in process was quite slow. The room was spacious and the amenities were Panpuri Lemongrass & Mandarin which smelled sooooo good.

Beautiful small-scale resort hotel at the border of Cha-Am and Hua Hin. Less than 2 years old and well-maintained. Beautiful clean rooms, delicious food, and an amazing pool (huge adult pool and a great children’s pool). We stayed at the pool access mini suite. Amenities by Panpuri. Highly recommended.

I really enjoy staying here. All the buildings, restaurants, rooms, and facilities are beautiful. The beachfront room is large and cozy. Beddings are good and you can ask for more pillows from the menu. The breakfast here is in top 5 for hotels in HuaHin - Cha-am area in my opinion. The staffs are polite and nice. Only one thing ... the beachfront rooms on ground floor are not really private ... the balcony (beach access) is partially shared so you can see the other guesses nearby when you are using sunbeds and bath tub. The other guests are also free to walk by the beach in front of your room in close distance.

Staffs are perfectly stars here, they are making our stays more comfortable. (front desk, pool side, restaurant, house keeping and gaurds) The hotel built on photogynic based. Main customers are one night stay and taking pictures every second of their stays. The concrete and rocks are used mainly around the whole hotel makes the area heats up and not pleasant to hang around. Neither peaceful nor relaxing on our stays. There is no nature sand beach. The advertisement is misleading. Breakfast and food are good, tasty and lots of choices. After all, very expensive, not worth the money.
