Located on the main highway right opposite the Sheraton entrance road. Quite huge, the sports brands are on the left side building and the high end brands plus the local brands, house wear, etc are on the right side building. Parking is easy as they have their own dedicated parking, staff are friendly and informative albeit language can be an issue as most of them don't speak English.

Wow, this place looks like its about to go out of business. Very big out door mall but only one restaurant. The only restaurant ,Suzette, that serve pizza and other things but don't have Pepperoni pizza, the pizza tasted really bad the one they offer us. This place need a better chef for pizza making. There are not lots of good shopping stores. I would skip this place. A waste of time. The only cool thing are the hundred of plastic flamingos.

Tired old outlet mall with few customers, loads or staff just hanging around looking bored and gossipping. The prices are ridiculous and it is not really an outlet mall at all. The tea room looked ok but did not try it. There are some nice features like water and some sculptures but the place needs an overhaul. Put simply, go to the other proper outlet malls in Hua Hin as there is nothing of interest here

There are always bargains to be found in one of the many shops. The garden in the middle has a small lake or big pond as you will with koi-fish. At the time of these pictures there was some kind of art exhibition. I like it, because it is never too crowded.

Nothing left there. More clothing for elderly, maybe you'll find a good pillow or a pair of sneakers but that's about it. Prices at other outlets are more interesting.

Place almost dead, almost no offer, apparently under repair but only 2 stores open, not worth the trip to get here, if you are looking for good deals and great place this is NOT it, plus the staff was sitting the whole time I was walking around.

Not much available at the outlet. Much better going to bluport or market village to shop instead, similar price range if not cheaper and more variety. Also it is relatively difficult to get a taxi (even on grab) to leave the location.

Bit of a ghost town here, looks like an office building until you enter the car park and you meet the 100s of pink flamingoes on the steps up to the entrance protected by the full size (i think) multicoloured dinosaurs hiding in the trees.

Renovations are ongoing, not much open right now but Adidas is and is pretty good. Staff are friendly and helpful

It used to be a lot better in the past. But for now this place need revamping, and salvation. Back then, clothes here has really quality products with outlet prices, but for now you can buy similar quality stuff online with half the price. So sad

An outlet worth visiting near the city of Hua Hin. Goods of impeccable quality, mainly in the clothing and furnishing sectors. Some big price reductions on selected products. Attentive and friendly employees. The pretty The' Tea House Café is also worth a visit.

Not all stores have recovered from covid but there is still a lot of choice at this outlet branch. Some great bargains to be had on branded goods and a fun place to experience.

Not worth a dedicated trip, but still a good stop for new shoes (New Balance, UnderArmour, Adidas, Sketchers) or sportswear (got me Sketchers at 1.200฿). Best for kids seems the dino zip line tour, see pics. Obligatory food stalls outside (awesome fresh pineapple).

Outlet shopping offers discounts to branded items, wuite faraway from downtown. If you're going to Santorini's Hua Hin, this is a good check point to rest.
