The
rice
noodle
soup
is
garnished
with
shredded
carrots,
minced
meat
and
coriander.
It
tastes
pretty
good
and
quite
satisfactory...
As
for
the
tea
eggs,
I
personally
don’t
think
they
have
much
tea
aroma,
and
are
similar
to
the
tea
eggs
from
FamilyMart~
It
seems
that
local
people
always
order
a
set
of
dishes
(rice
noodle
soup
+
black
tea
+
tea
eggs)
with
meat
(dried
meat)!
You
even
have
to
mash
the
tea
eggs
and
add
them
to
the
rice
noodle
soup,
and
add
some
chili
pepper
and
black
vinegar
to
make
it
authentic!
But
I
personally
prefer
Piaoxiang's
50-year-old
"Datong
Lanyang
Rice
Noodle
Soup".
