Three receptionists, 1 treated me nicely. The other two were rude, unprofessional and unorganized. I scheduled for 11am, came in was told I had been called, I showed my call log to show I had on fact not been called but the two receptionists just laughed and snickered while insisting they called to reschedule me. Asked me to wait till 1 pm. I had to walk home as I was unable to get my insurance funded taxi ride back home. I wouldn't go here for treatment if my life depended on it after the way I was talked to today and treated. Just all around unprofessional, rude and obviously unorganized and unable to manage appointments. The lady with long braids and glasses was the only one with manners and home training. The other two feral gremlins working in the office obviously weren't raised right nor do they seem to know how to handle simple office tasks.

Receptionist was rude and offered no solutions to a situation which could easily be resolved. I asked to speak with a supervisor and staff was unwilling to address the rude communication the reception delivered. I could not believe because of being 4 minutes late( because of a detour) would cause someone to greet a client with mental illness that way. very rude social skills and I will never suggest this establishment to anyone. We never did have any success with seeing a doctor. Never received a called from the director as I requested either . I hope the issues get resolved and the mental health illness that needs addressed can. Be treated!!!.

This is the worst of the worst. Iā€™ve been going here close to 2 years. Iā€™ve had 2 physiatrists and a therapist quit with no notice. My current therapist wonā€™t even tell me her last name or credentials, which leads me to believe she isnā€™t a licensed therapist. Whatever you do, do not go here. I saw my nurse practitioner two weeks ago and she still hasnā€™t called in my meds

They told me that they took Medicare. I drove and hour and a half to see them for intake...They didn't take my insurance. They told me I could add United health care and then they would do a charge back to me when I get it. That was also incorrect. I did phone calls with Wes Bass and paid out of pocket for weeks. Didn't get much feedback, he just listened and said Uh huh, most the time. lots of long pauses waiting for him to say anything. I got nothing from this therapist. Should have listened to the 1 star reviews.

This place is a joke I've gone to several Appointments sat there for hours each time and after a month my medication still hasn't been called in I contacted them again yesterday and this time they didn't even bother getting back to me I am going to find another practice and start this whole process over again obviously this was a waste of time. Clearly they don't care about the patients whatsoever.

Yea this place ainā€™t it. Nurse Laurie and the front desk lady are great but the nurse practitioner I met with was absurd. She literally told me to NOT use correct terminology during our session and that ā€œclearly youā€™ve worked with therapist and psychologistā€ but that I need to use ā€œnormal wordsā€ after I said the word ā€œruminationā€ to herā€¦ā€¦ Like, sorry Iā€™m educated and know what im talking about. So if youā€™re actually educated in mental health I donā€™t suggest you go here. She was very impersonal and they donā€™t tell you whether your appointment is face to face or zoom. Why have me come into office to talk on a tablet??? Thatā€™s information I need to know before hand.

Before the tornado hit a few years ago, I went to Mahajan for one on one treatment. Then the only reason I liked going was because of the relationship I had with my therapist. I recently started back a month or so ago and even though I don't have my old therapist, I got a new one. Every time I have an appointment I get a reminder call and when I am in the office everyone is always nice to me. I have always felt cared for and never had any bad experiences.

I go to both the AOD and mental health side and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the AOD side! Everything from the receptionist to my therapist to my caseworker is amazing! They truly do care and will do whatever they can to help with you and theyā€™ve always been great at working around my schedule. The mental health side is pretty good too but the only reason it isnā€™t 5 stars is because the receptionists over there can be a bit unfriendly and cold and they make it really hard to change therapists over there.

Being a patient at Mahajan Therapeutics has quite possibly saved my life. I receive mental health support on one side and substance abuse treatment on the other. Everyone there cares so much about the people they help. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of help.

Terrible service. We had an appointment and they call you every single day to ā€œconfirmā€. I confirmed 3 separate times and they still call. The staff is rude when you call and they donā€™t even speak with you before putting you on hold. Terrible government funded garbage.

My sister started outpatient therapy services at Mahajan fresh out of prison with a new ā€œlease on lifeā€ her therapist was absolutely amazing and the group settings helped her out tremendously! Her therapist was always available to talk to her when she needed someone during difficult times to talk to. She started on the monthly Vivitrol injection/regimen and everything has been spectacular with this company! I cannot express enough gratitude for all the assistance and comfort they provided while she remained in outpatient therapy! Mahajan is the perfect outpatient therapy service for those who want help! This company really cares about their clients!

I've been here at Mahajans for 3years now and they are like family to me. I don't do groups anymore and I'm stable in my recovery. I just come in now to get my scripts see my therapist. I rate this place A 5 star because of the service and they everyone is very loving and professional. I recommend this place if you are serious about getting yourself together and want a new beginning. No one comes close to the service and treatment you will get here.
