Did not give me what I asked for and then ignored my messages following the appointment after she stated that she would remove the lashes and most of them fell off in less than a week. I usually do not give bad reviews but I believe in ethics and fairness as a whole. I was disappointed and willing to work with her to fix it but she did not do what she stated she would to resolve the issue.
