I was very satisfied with the service I received here. Property manager was very knowledgeable of her job. Very helpful in getting all my paperwork together. Everyone here is so nice. The other residents are too. I am very happy to be at John Sale Manor.

I left a voicemail, and received a return call the same day. Melissa was easy to talk to, and she was available to answer any questions. In fact, Melissa contacted me to let me know she received the application and provided references to similar housing in the area!

Melissa, the office manager, answered all our questions and was extremely helpful and a delight!! This place is bright, clean and the apartment is wonderful with plenty of storage and updated. So happy my sister found this place to call home. Love everything about it.

Very happy with Maintnance staff and their fast response to even the smallest of tasks, they really keep up with the building efficiently

So far so good. My mom seems ok. The residents have been friendly too. The only issue is parking. You can't park on site if you're visiting. There are 2 spots in back for unloading max 30min.

I have lived at John Sales manor for almost one year & I'm very pleased with everything. The manager Melissa Banks does a great job & is on top of everything. Any maintenance issues r taken care of immediately as any grievances. The staff is always polite. It's a great place for a senior to live. They always have some kind of activity going on so there's plenty to do. So glad I moved here.

I'm terribly sorry! I left a bad review that I have since deleted. My mind was elsewhere when I wrote that. In fact, I was thinking of a completely different building. This building DOES NOT have bed bugs to my knowledge. The social worker in the building is to quality and supports the tenants in this building in any way that she can. It is an older building, but the maintenance staff seems to do their best to keep things up and running! Again, my sincerest apologies!
