I desperately needed a new florist since old place that I had a longstanding account became too expensive plus delivered half dead arrangement. Brenda's will be my go to florist from here on out. She's very friendly, helps in suggestions for the arrangement in a non condescending way. The shop is very cute and filled with light and displays. Plus pretty cat. What was delivered was beautiful with fresh flowers at a very affordable price. I was very happy and so many commented on it. I highly recommend her.

Very disappointed in the flowers I had sent to a friend. Below is a picture posted on their website of what Teleflora's Sapphire Skies Bouquet-Premium looks like and what I paid to have delivered to a friend. The other is what they delivered. Very poor representation of what is advertised in my opinion. I'll never order from them again.

What a great staff to work with! From a unique corsage and boutonnière to a formal corsage and boutonniere. Would highly recommend.

Looks better than picture online. They even called me in Canada to confirm and add a message as the online order blanked out message. I found this florist when my brother was in the hospital and wanted to send him something. So I sent a teddy bear. They're a local florist in Springboro, Ohio as I was having issues with the online big ones from Canada that year. So I keep going back to her. They are professional, prompt, and add a personal touch to customer service. Thank you so much for making it easy for me to still send lovely surprise gifts to my family and friends in Ohio while I'm in Canada!

I’m out of state and I wanted to send beautiful flowers to my grandma. I was struggling with putting an order in with 1-800-flowers. When I called Brenda’s Flowers the lady that helped me was wonderful! I asked her to make an arrangement that would put a smile on my grandma’s face to let her know I was thinking of her. The flowers are beautiful! I’m so thankful for the kindness that was given and shown at Brenda’s Flowers. Thank you!

Disappointed by Brenda's. My sweet daughter, a Navy sailor, spent her hard earned money and sent me mother's day flowers. The flowers are spaced far apart and the little orange roses are dried up already. This bouquet needed more flowers for the vase and presentation. It took me several minutes to position them in a manner that looked good for the picture my daughter wanted. I told her they were wonderful, but as I sit here looking at them it is upsetting that she depended on a online process to be quality as promised while she is in training states away. Disappointing. I feel florists need to be providing quality even though most of their sales probably come from online referral sites.

On my 15th wedding anniversary I turned (once again) to Brenda's for an arrangement that would surprise my wife and wow, did we ever hit it out of the park. Thank you! I am so glad I did not go anywhere else...thanks for helping to create a special memory for us. Jay & Sherry
