I've now lived at Redwood's White Oaks Landing for a little over a year. To begin, my apartment is BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't ask for another feature! What has been extraordinary from the very beginning is the compassion and professionalism exhibited by the leasing staff!

As always, maintenance is wonderful. Very helpful and timely. Appreciate them and all their hard work.

Elena helped us be as ready as we could be. She was incredibly helpful and friendly no matter how many emails we sent. It was a wonderful introduction to the welcoming spirit here. Eric met us with keys and information and we were ready for the movers. We love the apartment and look forward to making it our home.

We lived in our apartment for two years and loved it. We had wonderful neighbors and a beautiful location. We just moved out after purchasing a house. We have a well behaved cat that does not spray. We received a bill for 800$for carpet replacement. We discovered that if you have any history of having pets or suspicion of pets they will pull up your carpet to look for stains. If there are stains they will charge it against you. This happens even if there are no stains on the carpet visible upon move out. We just want people to know about this practice.

Maintenance responded within a few minutes of my call reporting a problem with my dishwasher/drain line. They fixed the problem within minutes. Great job!

I came from an apartment in Springboro. I wasnt that happy there. My mom heard about this place so she and I came over. Tera greeted me and showed me the place. After the tour my mom and I explained some things to her. Tera was more then happy to help out in anyway she could. I couldn't ask for A better manager then Tera to help me out. And Josh is on the spot. I had slow water coming from my sink. It was around Lunch. In stead of going to lunch first. Josh came over and changed all my faucet screens. I only had one problem but he went ahead and changed them all. He also recently did that with my fire alarms. One was going off so since he was there he went thru the whole place and changed them all. He is a pretty great guy. Thank you Eddy

Work done on repair was excellent. Clean up and attention to my belongings was exceptional. HE was there when he said he would be and done in timely manner while being courteous and respectful.

We absolutely LOVE Redwood apartments! The staff is phenomenal and always go above and beyond to help out in any way they can. I recently locked myself (and 3 small kids) out of the house, and they promptly came to the rescue and we’re so nice about it. Maintenance is always on their “ A game “ and willing to help whenever needed. Redwood truly has a community feel. Out of all the places we’ve rented, this is by far our favorite. (We’re a military family and move around a lot)
