I got a Chai latte here today. I am very upset. A fourth of the cup had chai tea and the rest was foam. The cup wasn’t even full when I got it. For as much as I paid for it, I was hoping to get more than just milk with a splash of tea.

We come to Winans when I come home for the Holidays. We normally look forward to the drinks and chocolate. Our experience today was a bad one. The chocolate was good as always. However, we ordered one lavender latte and one Nutcracker Latte. The latte tasted like cold milk was just poured into coffee and was not good. We normally like the lattes a lot. I feel a little bit ripped off by how much I paid for them.

Now I come here and I get handed a disgusting coffee that I can tell looked nasty. It was for my co-worker so I tasted it and even said this is terrible can you remake it and got told well this is what you asked for. Will not be coming back terrible service. If it's the blonde girl working just turn around and leave or you're going to get some of the nastiest coffee ever. I've been here about 10 times and every time she's working I get the nastiest and I get to pay for all three even when I clearly state that they're disgusting. Terrible way to do business when people say something is terrible and you get told that's how you wanted it. In my job usually I have to redo it and make it right :) Also love that she's training people how to make nasty coffee lol

Such a neat little coffee and chocolate shop. The service at the Springfield location was very nice. The store itself is neat; all their goodies are set up, and it smells so good in there! I only had the iced coffee and it was quite tasty. I will be returning for sure.

The two younger baristas seemed a little too immature to be working with customers. My fiancé and I sat and watched multiple poor customer service interactions. Love to come by here but probably not while they’re working.

Want to give a big shout out to Audrey! She is working by herself and she is handling things like a PRO! Awesome customer service. Thank you Audrey.

I have been around a long time and I have been a coffee person for over 45 years and can say that they are very over priced on everything but their coffee. The coffee is ok if they would take the time to learn to make a drink professionally then that would make them stand out. Understaffed most mornings, I have had to leave without getting my coffee to get to work on time after waiting sometimes as long as 20 minutes for a drink and I am maybe only 1 of 4 or 5 people there.

Big shout out to the barista that was working the drive through and inside counter during a 4:30 rush. She was the only employee and did an amazing job. Was very friendly even though she was extremely busy running both areas. Winans should do a better job at scheduling. I did wait over 15 minutes but again, understandable given there was only 1 employee working during a busy time.
