Love the doctor, but this year the staff were not that great. First the receptionist told me she could not bill my insurance for the contact exam which I had to go back to have corrected twice. Then the guy that placed my glasses order didn't ask me which anti-reflective coating I wanted and changed it from what I had the previous time, which was not covered by my insurance the one I had the previous year was covered 100%. Then when my son picked up his glasses the receptionist doesn't even offer to let him take out his contacts so he can comfortably try on his glasses. My son's glasses were not made correctly. Now I have to make a 3rd trip back to this office for a correction that was their mistake again. I asked for them to make a consideration for my time and it was denied. I will file a complaint else where and we won't be back again.

I LOVE this office! Absolutely amazing staff and the efficiency with processing orders! Erik has made my daughter’s experience with getting glasses a blast and she absolutely adores seeing him! The prices aren’t bad (even though I gave Erik a hard time about cost)! The prices are really affordable especially for my daughter and myself with one of us getting transitional lenses. I highly recommend Collins Vision Care. The employees are so kind and helpful. Dr. Collins is also kind, professional, and thoughtful. I feel so comfortable to ask him questions I have or to talk about any concerns. It’s evident he really cares. I recommend him to everyone I know. My family and I have been seeing him all 4 years we’ve lived in Ohio and that’s not going to change.

My visit to the office was great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! It is easy to have conversations with Dr. Collins or the rest of the staff and tell them any issues that you are having. They will do whatever they can to help! Highly recommend visiting here for any of your vision/eye issues!

Wow!!! Everyone I met in this office today was incredible! Audrey at the front desk is very sweet and ready to help in whatever way she can. And she was very pleasant over the phone in scheduling as well. Trudy was very kind in doing my preliminary eye and glasses exam. Dr. Collins was very friendly and had such a positive attitude. And Eric was both funny and knowledgeable about frames and lenses. This is one of the best optometry offices I have ever visited. I truly appreciate the time they took with me and their genuine concern for making sure I had everything I needed to see well. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I cannot wait to come back again :)

The staff at this office go above and beyond! We have only had great experiences with the care our children have received. Our youngest has Down Syndrome and is nonverbal and everyone went out of their way to make sure he had a great, thorough exam. He loves going. Highly recommend!

Doctor Collin’s and his staff are top notch when it comes to their service and kindness. Not only is everyone extremely helpful, the level of care I get from this office is better than any place I’ve been in the past. I drive almost 40 minutes to see Doctor Collin’s a couple of times a year and wouldn’t hesitate to drive twice that amount to continue to visit his practice. Everyone in the office works as a team and offers a very pleasant overall experience. I highly recommend Collin’s Vision Care as a whole.
