My boyfriend stopped in to place an order. He ordered spinach bacon soufflés, photo will be included. It is laughable what panera apparently considers a spinach bacon souffle. 1 tiny piece of bacon on top of the souffle is the only morsel of bacon 🥓 in this dish!!! The pastry ring ,he was told had already been sold today, so ,now we know that there is only 1 pastry ring ... per day? Week? Month?? We are not happy with this experience at all. No. We don't recommend.

This is an updated post with photos. Went by for some breakfast and found the patio unusable due to the passed out intoxicated people on the patio, and trash and empty bottles surrounding them. Service was slow due to low staffing, but they were pleasant. The food spinach bacon and egg souffle was not good at all, but the Cinnamon crunch bagel toasted with cream cheese was good. ---- Panera bread is Panera bread. Service was on the slow side. Food was alright, it was just thrown into my box. The pizza is really good, you should try it. I had the chicken Is Chipotle avocado melt and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. I tried They're chicken bacon pizza. All was tasty, Presentation was kind of off. I think they are have trouble keeping employees at this location.

It was a friend of mine who ordered this for me. I've been to other panera Bread locations and rarely have anything bad to say about them, but this one irked me. Friend said she didn't get her cinnamon roll either and it said it was available at this location.

Placed my order and asked for no tomato Get down to pickup and then they tell me don’t have one of the items then apparently they find it Words “I’m sorry” don’t come from anyone while they argue with the manager behind the counter on why they told the customer they don’t have an item they actually have Get my order with tomato on it Then no napkins available

Went to order carryout ordered two bowls of soup French Onion, and Chicken Noodle didn't get the chicken noodle got something else which I'm not even sure it was. French Onion came without croutons or cheese so it was just a bowl full of onions and broth.

This was one of the poorest managed Panera’s I’ve ever been to. The menu board is impossible to understand, especially for the Take 2 menus. When the order total seemed too high, we asked the cashier how much the items were and he literally did not answer. Finally, when pressed, he called over the manager who could not tell us either. At that point, we decided not to bring the poorly trained cashier’s lack of response to her attention because she seemed poorly trained herself in customer communication. Someone at a higher level of management should intervene and fix the training and communication problems at this store. Lastly, we were never asked which of the 3 side item choices we’d prefer.

Always fresh and good. I always prefer the value duet for my breakfast here.

Came in around 10:30am and had a wonderful experience, staff is extremely friendly and kind. I had an issue with an order and the red headed manager with all the tattloos went above and beyond her duties to make it right. Wanted to show my appreciation for her hard work!
