Very clean . they have everything you need to go camping fishing and hiking. The employees are super friendly and very helpful. It would take you 3 days to look at everything that they have for sale. You wouldn't believe all the different fishing lures and flies they have for sale. Fly fishing is a must for most people.

Austin Landing has so much to offer, from a walk-around path to all the shops, food, movie theater, various shopping locations, and hotels. This area offers it all in one location! I would definitely recommend this area to anyone looking to enjoy the out doors, get a bite to eat and see a movie. They also have various businesses in the back area of this location. They also have a park right across the street. Most definitely a good spot if you're stopping off the high way for the evening, or live in the area planning an evening! A very therapeutic experience for me. Will visit many times and fully recommended!

The food is more expensive than most restaurants, but the food is much, much better. The fries are even seasoned!

I went to the broken egg cafe!!! The food is delicious! It came out hot and fresh. I got the supreme omelette!!!! I am going again. Make a reservation because if you walk in you may have a wait!!!!

Definitely a nice place. Could be better. Landscaping has fallen sub par for the area. Nothing to do there anymore. I don't know if the rent for businesses is outrageous or what but they need to add more things to do. Definitely not a Liberty Center or The Greene. Lot of empty businesses there. Looks like a little ghost town.

The place as a whole is convoluted. I want to know who designed the layout and what the hell they were thinking and how much those drugs cost that they were on. It is so hard to get in and out of any shopping center. Sometimes I feel like I will just live in one of their parking lots.

Ever since I moved to Dayton, this place has been close to home. I love how much options they have when it comes to dining out places like this have become scarce in America the movie theater. It’s very comfortable very intimate and I will definitely come here.

Great family friendly events. They had a great Easter egg hunt for kids. So many businesses participated and my kids had fun!! Only thing about these events that can be off putting is the crowds. We went at the end of the event and there were less people.

Really crowded drunkfest....the music was great but the lines were insane. Probably would have given more stars if I hadn't just quit drinking. Lol.

Another favorite of mine . Just need a cup to catch the drool from check-in out all the cool man gear I sadly can't afford . There's alot of high end gear that's great but you can still pickup some fishing lures or tackle without putting ya in the poorhouse ..I'd recommend it just for checking out all the stuff ..😉

Very nice assortment of stores and restaurants, but the parking lots are a nightmare to navigate! There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to the accessibility of the lots in relation to the stores. I've seen many near collisions and lots of angry drivers. Just beware and drive carefully if you find yourself needing to travel here

Lots of shopping and dining. Easy access. 1 1/2 blocks from grocery. Everything you might need for a household is walking distance.

More of a clothing store, slim choice on fishing gear and it's expensive compared to other outdoor stores

This is such an exciting place to be....You won't want to leave! I could spend a whole day there....and it still would not be long enough to experience everything this place has to offer. It's Convenient, a safe environment with all the amenities you'll need to enjoy your visit.....just remember to take some photos of your experience.

I don’t go into Austin landing much ( unless I have to). Because of the way it was designed! I dislike the traffic, and overall set up. Who puts luxury apartments square in the center of bunch of businesses? You put it in the sideline lol. Then you have grocery and gas station traffic and dashers EVERYWHERE with basically two exits and 6-8 lane traffic! You don’t know when to stop and go it’s just confusing! Please don’t hire that designer anymore my 5 year old could of design that a lot better. Variety of shops, good.

I would not dare take photos because they could never do it justice... I love Austin landing! It's so beautiful at night especially. It's amazing, it has everything, even a Krogers. I live about 8 minutes away from it and I frequent Austen Landing. I'm mesmerized by it personally. I don't know why... I think it was just a very novel idea putting everything together in such a beautiful way like that. It doesn't remind me of a strip mall or you know a shopping mall aesthetic. I literally would love to live inside Austin landing 😂. Because the way it's set up, my imaginary house would look completely normal sitting in the middle of it. That's how everything is made to look in that area, like it's supposed to be there. 😁

Great place if you like nothing to do. There is absolutely nothing down there. I don't think they can attract anyone when rent is as high as it is. Several empty stores. Also Austin isn't that safe anymore. Cars being stolen. 2 - 3 nights a week there are group of cars doing donuts and burnouts in the parking lot. You think they would have some type of security here or even cameras.

We went to BJ's. LATE night Happy HOUR and sat at the Bar. THE SERVICE WAS Fantastic! Food was Top shelf For bar food. I never like the food when we eat. Out because I'm. A fabulous cook, But, I likes these appetizers. WE LEFT with Leftovers and we had a great time. Our bill for 6 appetizers was under 50 bucks and My son had a beer. $ WELL SPENT.

Good place to use as a meet up, top off or pick up while traveling. Hilton Garden is nice, Kroger gas station present, a few restaurants and right off the exit.

We had lunch 😋 at Shaquille O'Neils new chicken place and the food and service was great 👍 nice atmosphere

A great place to view a parking lot design failure. For example, check out these four painted "Stop" signs on the ground at the Kroger lot exit near the gas pumps. Someone actually designed this!?

It is a great place don't get me wrong. But it's hilarious to think of this as the premier walking/ work/ live/ shop/ eat/ play location of Dayton then you look at it on google maps and 50-60% of the surface area is PARKING LOTS. It's just pathetic our country's mindset of driving/walking/commuting. I shame the developers they could increase the green space or build more housing or parking garages. Instead we all fight for parking to walk to BJs or be closer to our fitness class. this place would be SO MUCH cooler without all the parking lots. Even its own bus system would make sense with how many people live work and visit here.

I have been apartment shopping the past few weeks & the 1st thing that made me feel good about this place was Miss Ann, Leasing Specialist. Our 1st conversation was over the phone & she took her time to really understand what I was looking for. I spoke to several other leasing agents during my search & they mainly just rushed me off the phone & said we can discuss more in-person. Miss Ann did the exact opposite. I never felt rushed during our call & during our conversation I could tell that she really cared about finding the right fit for me. I am so excited to call the Flats at Austin Landing my home 😌

I've done a lot of roof work at this place in the past. No longer do roofing for work tho. This area is super nice and grew tremendously in a short amount of time. Easy to navigate around just pay attention to the traffic signals it's a little bit different than what I was used to.

  • 4/5 Jim A. 3 years ago on Google
Whatever civil engineer designed the traffic patterns at this place must have been high on something...

My favorite area to hangout. They have nice restaurants, cinema, shopping area, walking friendly, and a mini park. All is perfect! I always enjoy my time there!

Nice prices at all the different stores there... There is a lot of parking... The last Saturday of the month, right now, they have car 🚗 and coffee ☕️ car 🚗 shows, and they are pretty darn nice people there they have given me ideas to work on my vehicles...

BJs has been one of my favorites since the first time I tried their chicken parmigiana. I’ve never had a single complaint, ever. If you like orange cream soda, they brew their own and it’s amazing. The lemon pepper wings and avacado rolls are the best I’ve ever had

My experience with The Flats at AL has been wonderful so far. Ann has been very helpful and answered all my questions with a smile and laughter. I think we have toured every floor plan they have lol! She and the rest of the staff are very nice.

Great high end restaurant. Loved the atmosphere and the food was great. Attended as a group so we had a standard menu rather than the normal menu. I enjoyed the seafood dish which had almost every type of seafood available in it. Delicious and good amount.

Almost 5 stars if it wasn't so difficult to get from one store to another. There should be 4-way stop signs. It takes too long waiting for the steady stream of cars to go by for the next lot across the street.

~ Great place to live. Nice, clean area. Proximity to stores, food, fun. I've reviewed a few places here, so won't repeat myself in the comments here. • I've been living here for about 5 months now, I love the convenience of having a grocery store, gas station, an optometrist and plenty of places to eat so close to my doorsteps. • The management/maintenance of the entire Landings keeps the area very clean and neat. During these past few weekends, I've noticed ladder golf, corn hole and other yard games available for people to play for free. It's nice to be able to do that aside from shopping in the area. • Can't wait till the theater (which has been delayed multiple times) gets finally opened and I can go check out some new releases.

Good Kroger to shop at. Store has so many different items to choose from. Able to always find what I need. Great wine and beer selection, for those who enjoy adult beverages. Nice fruit and vegetable selection as well. Getting to the store can be tricky for first time shoppers. Store is clean as well.

Nice place, but it feels as though it has lost its excitement very quickly. If it wasn't for my job and Kroger being located in this center I would probably never stop here. Fingers crossed it will get better.

Austin Landing is similar to the Liberty Center in that it provides tons of things to do. However, an overpriced movie theater and heavy traffic during peak times hold it back. Still it's clean, well maintained and new, and I hope it continues to grow.
