Room was clean, up to date and nicely appointed with a microwave, nice size refrigerator and coffee maker. Breakfast had an assortment of hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly and efficient. After coming from a previous hotel that was in disrepair, it was a relief to have a comfortable stay!

I book a room for my sister's honeymoon. Paid for in advance online. They refused to allow my sister the room even though I put her name on the room. They made me come down and show proof of ID and I had to give another credit card that they charge 150.00 on for damages and would be refunded the next day after they ck out. It took them to allow my sister the room 2 and half hours of arguing with these people. It was very unprofessional I'd think twice before renting a room here! I know it'll never happen again for us that's for sure....way to ruin my sister's honeymoon night thanks alot!

Awesome staff! We only ended spending one night but the staff were fabulous from check in to us leaving. I would definitely stay here again!

SERVICE & CHECKIN Stylish hospitality staff & a Free early-checkin policy always win me over. The actual checkin process has room to grown in terms of speed & efficiency. My impression was still favorable due to how earnest everyone was + the friendly banter. No late checkout offered sadly. LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORS Cozy Cabin vibes ❤️. I like the decor a lot: intimate, quaint, & charming. Their toasty lobby fireplace was a much needed treat. Such a great aesthetic. ROOM https://youtu.be/gZ17cRkdPRs Fresh, clean, & unbelievably aromatic. This Double had generous dimension & was decorated with amazing stock. The curated vibe was consistent from entrance to room, enhanced by the tranquil wall art. Strong on design & strong on function with sliding windows, ergonomic rolling chair, a large natural wood desk, and really good lighting. Beautiful. BED A comfortable double queen configuration. All the making of a great winter sleep experience: extra pillows with a good fill, polyester linens to preserve heat, & a Serta mattress Very restful. BATH Nice aesthetic and fixtures but embarrassingly thin towels; also on the smaller side Its a smaller space too but otherwise, this bathroom was a hit: Strong exhaust, crazy-good water pressure, contemporary washbasin & eye-catching backsplash along the vanity. The shower was a traditional combination alcove-- no frills. House brand toiletries are provided but BYOB for this one. TV & ENTERTAINMENT Dated. ~30" SD Panasonic TV. Quality is sufficient, just a lower resolution than normal. The biggest pain point is the remote choice: it can be a chore to get a signal to register. WI-FI & CELL RECEPTION Rough... Very Low wifi bandwidth. Cell (Verizon) reception is in the boonies💔 --Performance-- Video streaming - bad Online gaming - poor Video chatting - poor --Nerd Stats-- 4-6 Mbps download 2-3 Mbps upload 0.3% packet loss 30 ms latency 89 ms jitter FOOD & DRINK 6-9 breakfast & DoorDash friendly. Microwave, small mini fridge, & Cuisinart mini coffee bar provided in-room. Vending machines are onsite (behind stairway). NOISE Quiet as a mouse. VERDICT Awesome property & staff. The Wifi situation isn't suitable for remote work & you can forget about tethering. Still, it was a treat to stay here & highly recommend it. 4/5 ⭐️

Kinda weird location tucked back off road. Check in and out staff were all polite. Road was clean. Over slept so missed breakfast but had breakfast from 6-930. Only down side was they had a pool but no hot tub. Walking distance to several food places.

The room looked great in the pictures but left a lot to be desired in person. My room needed a deep clean badly. Mystery stains on the throw pillows on the couch. The red chair armrests were black with filth. Under the pullout sofa was food and garbage. The door to my suite that separated the bedroom from the living room wouldn't close and jammed if you tried. The bed was super sunken, and you could feel the springs from the mattress. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, though. Luckily, I only stayed 1 night.

Stayed 5 days over Christmas, due to work, at the Country Inn and Suites. With previous stay here, I recommended to my company to reserve here again. Its location to shopping is great. The mall's very close, 10 to 15 min walk. Restaurants are close by - Chineese Buffet recommend. Had another great stay. The pool was open, unfortunately hot tub is gone, but staff are very pleasant and accomodating. Thid place is very clean. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Will recommend to everybody I talk to.

Nice hotel but hard to entrance way. Pool was closed which was a bummer. Room was nice but needs carpets cleaned. Front desk people were really nice easy check in and easy check out. Would stay again.

There is absolutely no surveillance cameras outside or night time security, so don’t stay here unless you want your vehicle broken into while you sleep, and the hotel could careless about it. Several vehicles vandalized! Stay somewhere safe!

Absolutely fantastic hotel in the midst of a not so fantastic city. This hotel is shoved into a dark corner behind a Mexican Restaurant, but is a gem so worth looking for! Everything was clean, in good repair and updated. The property immediately around the hotel is well lit and comfortable. It has easy access to connecting highways, and has a large shopping area close by. Will definitely stay there again while visiting my son at Cedarville University!

Very comfortable beds. Hotel tucked back a bit making it hard to see. But very nice staff, clean hotel, hot showers. Nice pool. Breakfast is very lame sand needs improvement as compared to other hotel breakfasts. Cold and tasteless eggs, bagels, no honey for the tea, my friend said the bacon and sausages were lousy. The oj was lousy. A disappointing breakfast for such a nice hotel.

I recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Springfield, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and clean common areas. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and ample amenities. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for my work needs. The breakfast options were decent, with a variety of choices to suit different dietary preferences. However, midway through my stay, an unexpected turn of events occurred. I was suddenly kidnapped from my room by unknown assailants. It was a terrifying experience, and I was unable to complete my stay at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff, who were shocked and immediately contacted the authorities. They took the situation seriously and provided me with support and assistance during this challenging time. Although my stay was cut short due to the unfortunate incident, I must commend the hotel staff for their prompt response and concern for my well-being. They took appropriate action and offered their assistance to the best of their abilities.

We drove from North Carolina to Springfield, Ohio on 10/26/23 due to my daughter going into labor at the nearby hospital. The little boy was born at 11:48PM. We were very tired from the drive and all the waiting at the hospital so shortly after the little fellow was born we went to the nearby Country Inn and asked for a room. It was around 1:00AM. The nice lady told us that rooms were availible but she could not book them because it was too late. She turned us away. She actually turned us away. Would NOT give us a room even though rooms were availible. I would really like to hear what kind of twisted response they would offer. I can't think of anything that would warrant turning weary travelers away. It's supposed to be an "Inn". Word of caution: Avoid Country Inn and its cousin hotels at all cost. Its a terrible company.Just Awful!

I can't say enough about how great my stay was! I haven't slept this great in years!!! Bed was beyond comfortable and no noise! (I stayed in one of the king suites) the room was very clean.... My wish list for the future? ATM, larger pillows, restraunt and bar. But this was in no means a deal breaker!!! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all the staff that went above and beyond!!! Thank you Shy!!!!🤩

Made a reservation a month in advance for my 4yr old birthday party they said it would be fine when I called. So the day I am to check in they tell me I can't have no more than 5 people even tho I asked a month ago that it would just be a little get together for an hr or 2. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Decent hotel overall. Renovated and clean, and the lady at the front desk was nice and professional. Based on those aspects alone, I’d give 5/5 stars. However, the reason for 3/5 stars…I strongly advise anyone planning to stay here to bring earplugs or request to stay on the upper most floor. The ceilings/floors are very poorly insulated. Beginning stupid early in the morning, the incessant sound of stomping/running upstairs begins, and you most likely won’t get much sleep after that. This is a big deal considering a large number of people staying at hotels probably need a full night’s rest for a long drive the following day. Maybe we just got unlucky and got the room under a family with kids running around; it sounded like they were purposely causing a raucous. I left feeling rather annoyed and exhausted with sore, puffy eyes to boot. Disappointing.
