A great bakery in Centerville. The staff are exceptional and you get a sense of home. The bread is baked fresh everyday. The selection is huge. I tried the apricot cheesecake danish. The brownie is a must. Subtle sweetness with chocolate and cocoa flavor. The best one in recent memory. Pair with an ice cream it would be the best. I would definitely go again.

We have been traveling the US and Canada, and have now covered over 30,000 miles in the past couple years, stopping in and looking for the best bakeries. The quality of the bake goods here at Boosali’s is by far the most superior and exceptional we have found. The texture and taste make me very happy I have stopped in today. Look at the pictures of these items too. It was so good, I went back the next day too, also buying bread. Well I am here again after traveling 10,000 more miles and this is “THE BEST!” What a delight.

I was doing great on my diet until I came in to buy some butter this morning (they also sell butter), and I saw a monkey bread, so of course I bought it. Every single thing here I think, "This is the most delicious pastry I have ever had." And then I try something I haven't tried before. This place is fantastic, and not just for Dayton, it's fantastic anywhere and when we move I will probably cry and gorge myself on morning rolls before I leave. Also the family who owns this bakery is so incredibly kind and lovely. Just love them! God bless them! The texture for the cinnamon roll is perfect, chewy, and rich and the cinnamon they use is delicate and comforting. LOVE.

If you’re looking for a good bakery, look no further! This place rocks! The quantity and quality of baked goods is staggering. Always ask for what’s coming out of the oven and make sure to get there early. Saturday morning rolls are to die for. Just get there at opening and enjoy!

The baked goods are fantastic as you might expect. But what you might not expect is the quality of their sandwiches. They really are one of the best sandwich spots around for lunch. Do yourself a favor and try one on their croissant. Every time I've been here the staff has been very friendly and service was quick.

Boosalis Baking & Cafe in Centerville is a true hidden gem in the Miami Valley! The owner / baker has a passion for baking that is evident in every bite. His pastries are made with high-quality ingredients and baked with care. His talent for baking is undeniable. But his talent goes beyond just baking delicious treats. He also has a gift for making his customers feel at home. I watched him strike up a conversations with every customer that walked in the door! Today, my wife and I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. We both agreed, it was quite literally the best one we had ever had. The croissant was flaky and buttery, and the eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection. “Magnifique!!!” I can’t wait to brag about this place to everyone… we’ll DEFINITELY be back soon!!!

This is a world class french bakery. I have traveled across the US and I try the top bakeries in every city I visit. I have only had croissants of equal quality once in San Francisco. Not better, just equal, but different. I have never tasted an equal Kouign-amann. The Kouign-amann is so sweet without being too sweet with an incredible crunch and I am someone that does not like overly sweet desserts. Phenomenal Kouign-amann. Great flakey croissants with incredible buttery flavor.

Maybe it's just me, but the quality and consistency of their food seems to have gone down over the past couple years. When I first started going here everything was ALWAYS top notch. Slowly over time the quality just seems to have gone down. Cinnamon rolls aren't what they used to be, service is overall fine but have had some bad experiences, coffee cake is hot or miss. Idk, they used to have cheesecake or cream puffs in the cooler, but no more. It's still a fine place to get pastries...just not what it once was unfortunately. Oh and double check your order before you leave. I was just shorted a cinnamon roll. My fault for not double checking.

This bakery is my favorite. They have amazing and excellent pastries and sandwiches on fresh bread that's made in-house. Every thing there is made with care and attention to detail with high quality ingredients, including European butter. Croissants, cookie, brownies, bread and other things to tempt your tastebuds. The crown jewel is the Kouign Aman, which is savory with layers of butter and thin pastry dough and has just a hint of caramelized sugar. You won't regret your visit.

Wow, this place has quality ingredients. My chocolate danish is actually crisp and soft, fresh baked. The sandwiches are huge. Only been here twice now, will be coming here from now on. Bread tastes better than Dorothy Lane Market.

Rated best bakery in Ohio 3 years in a row for a reason! They make their pastries fresh on site. And they are amazing! Mostly phylo or puff pastry style pastries but they also make sandwiches and other items. A must try!

1st time checking this bakery out & it was a great 1st experience, soooooo many tasty looking pastries & treats. The ladies working there were so nice and helpful. I ended up getting a blueberry & cheese danish, a morning roll, a chocolate chip cookie & a peanutbutter cookie. The danish tasted really good, nice amount of delicious filling, the pastry was so nice aswell. That morning roll was OUTSTANDING wish I would of bought 5 more SERIOUSLY !!! The cookies were really tasty also, everything was great and you can taste the quality ingredients and the passion they put into their pastries & treats.

Go there and buy the little croissant thingy! I was referred by a friend and went to get items for a company party. I got almost everything and the nice lady told her I should get the little cupcake shaped croissants above all things because you can’t find them anywhere else, so I got 8. I regret so much, it is so buttery, perfect blend of savory and sweet. Oh, everything else was excellent as well!!! Definitely going back again with my husband. When I got there right at 8 on Saturday morning, there was already a line! Anyway, hands down 5 star, I would give more if I could.

You absolutely won’t regret stopping in here! We have been here several times for the pasteries & everything we have tried (& we have sampled way too many things-haha) is decadent! Today we tried the Greek Salad & Cranberry Turkey Sandwich for the first time and found a new favorite lunch spot. Truly fresh and delicious. Plus, the owners are super friendly and dedicated to their customers having a nice experience and I really like that - makes the goodies taste even better.

Long story short: Go here, buy something and tip well! They deserve it for the amazing food/pasties and equally amazing customer care. Went in for the first time today and it is AMAZING. There was quite a line, which my fiancé and I figured meant it was good. Everything we got was definitely well worth the short 10ish minute wait. While in line the cashier allowed everyone a slice of warm French bread and it was delicious. We bought a loaf! We also got a few pastries and we mentioned it was our first time trying the bakery and she threw in a butter croissant , which they are known for. We will be back soon!

The food is absolutely delicious. Like, amazing. 10/10 stars. But the thing that makes me a loyal patron is that the food is 10/10 AND the service is 20/10. Mindy is the absolute nicest woman on earth and will go the extra ten miles to make sure any catering experience is top notch. We have had them cater all four of our children’s baptisms and had them host a wonderful bridal shower. We love Boosalis’!

This place is AMAZING! If you wanna taste true pastries with freshness, then this is the place for it. The dough taste real, the butter taste real. Overall is a fantastic experience. The owner will make sure to know you and make you feel like in a family setting. They will let you taste everything before buying, and you will not be disappointed with anything. Give it a try you won’t regret this place.

Hi Matt, my name is Brent. I met you today when I came in and asked for a chocolate croissant. I walked into the store for the first time and was hit with the most delicious smell of butter, flour and chocolate. I looked in the case and thought...am I in Europe ? I left with my purchase and went home. I couldn't wait to try it as the butter smell filled my car. Each bite was even better than the first. Flaky layers, bits of chocolate and then taste of real butter. You have to try this place. I am definitely coming back. Harriet Argue of Truffles fame recommended you and she was right. Now O am thinking if placing an order for Thanksgiving and Christmas ! BTW ot was only $3.00

Great experience! They had two different kinds of gluten-free macaroons ready to go, and they were very reasonably priced. I only went in to pick up the gluten-free items, but I was so impressed by the appearance of the cinnamon rolls and coffee cakes, I left with those, too. This place was a great find, and I will be back.

Charming little bakery, their pastries are delicious and the fresh baked bread looked amazing as well. Staff are very friendly and clearly love the business they represent. Had a wonderful experience, will definitely be back!

Wow! This place is incredible. I got a loaf of French bread and a croissant today, it was exceptional. I got to try a little piece of each too before my purchase. They sliced it and threw in a little free butter. Staff was extremely polite. Location is tucked away a little, but it's a wonderful place and I plan on visiting them regularly to try out the many things they offer. The only cons i would say that its confusing where you place your order and they need more counter help. Don't let that stop you though!

I worked at Boosalis Baking and Cafe for a short time as a teen. I absolutlely loved it there. Matt Boosalis, the owner is an amazing boss. He is kind to all his customers and takes the time to sit and speak with them when he's not busy. I always enjoy stopping by and getting a sandwich or something sweet. The atmosphere is always relaxing and peaceful no matter what time of the day you come. Bread and pastries are always fixed fresh daily. Plus Matt goes out of his way to get high quality ingredients. I can't make it over there like I would want to but when I'm able to I always have to stop myself from buying too much. I absolutlely love this bakery. Boosalis and Bill's are my favorite places.
