    Horrible my salad was done wrong and when addressed the crew just pulled the fried chicken off and replaced it with grilled chicken instead of making fresh salad. I don't eat fried chicken on salad it wasn't pleasant because there were piece of fried chicken left throughout. Terrible experience while you had one team member training another and noone was taking the order correctly.

    I love getting a spicy deluxe after a hard workout. I met up with a friend after and this location gets it right, everytime! The service is always on point!🤘🏽☺️

    I just noticed the mall took the kids area out of the food court. I immediately went to this location because they still have a toddler play area inside, i believe this is the only one in the area with one. I was so thankful my kiddo got to play somewhere inside on a cold day and we had delicious hot food! Food always comes out hot!

    first let me start off by saying I am a very loyal chick-gil-a customer which is why this is even more disappointing… so we had a catering order from Chick-fil-A and the first bite I took into a nugget I told my coworker “these don’t taste right” and spit it out, I started going through the box and pulling them apart and this is what I found, raw meat. my stomach has been in knots since I ate them. I just called the Beavercreek location, since this is where we ordered from, and it doesn’t seem like they care that they are serving undercooked food. and not to mention I’m 30 weeks pregnant. this is very disappointing and I don’t feel like the situation was handled at all. I got asked my phone number like 6 times because the manager was not listening to me at all.

    Always fast service here, but seems to be lacking on the quality of their food lately. Opened my sandwich box to see a haphazardly put together sandwich, with an entire mountain of lettuce on it and only 2 pickles (I requested to add pickles and asked for extra) Seems they forget we want quality food in addition to the fast service.

    While the drive thru was busy, it was exceptionally slow this time I went. I was on the outside lane, had one meal and 2 drinks. The inside lane always goes much faster for whatever reason, not following the flow of orders placed, but no one came up to me and asked my name for about 15 minutes. I was the front of the outside lane. Eventually, the people behind me in the outside lane started to get their food, and the workers had to finally come and ask me what I ordered. After about another 5 minutes, I got it and both the sodas were flat. Definitely not worth the price for the kind of experience you get when they’re busy.

    Typically they are great. Until 2 nights ago. Waited in line for them to not give me half my food. And I just happened to look in the bag. Had to go back and wait and wait. Just for the girl to be annoying. She acted bothered because I was on my phone, handling an urgent issue. Regardless none of her business why I had to be on the phone and I answered her questions while trying to keep my phone call handled too. It’s their dang fault I had to come back and wait. My food was cold. Just extremely annoyed by it.

    They have one of those double wrap around drive thru situations but it goes by very fast. Mobile ordered and my food was piping hot when I got it. Service was super friendly even though they were slammed. Would come back if I was in the area.

    The food was excellent. Their play area needs a sign on the door saying 3 and under so parents notice. Too many big kids causing mischief.

    Incredible how they get nothing wrong EXCEPT the kale crunch. It's very expensive for what it is and most of the time you either get no ceviche sauce at all or waaaayyy too much I've had to stop ordering. It's a shame it's the only truly healthy side available at a fast food restaurant in the USA currently.

    Of course, we love to eat here, but for as busy as this location gets, it would be nice if the parking situation was better, or maybe just the entire lot needs to be bigger somehow. I have 2 young children who needed to use the restroom, and WOW, was it intense today weaving through and watching for cars.

    We won't be coming to this Chik fil A again (Beavercreek). Employees were in a group socializing at the window as we were waiting for our food. I had the kale crunch salad at a different location and loved it. When I ordered it at the previous location, the employee asked "small or large?" I got the small, which is very small but I loved it, at this location I wanted to order large. Today, at this location, the employee didn't ask, so I said "I'd like a large". She said "we can do that." And in the bag were two unfastened small kale salads, drenched in dressing which was leaking all over bottom of bag and there was a hole in the bottom of the bag. Now, we got our food and pulled into a parking spot to eat. This was not due to time in the bag. Disappointing.

    Never have a problem with cold food or poor service. Fried chicken and wraps are awesome! Only complaint is the ridiculously long drive thru line at certain points of the day (ultimately a testament to their delicious food and not this restaurant's fault). The dine in experience remains excellent and the best way to go when the huge line wraps all the way around the building.

    I typically enjoy this location. Just now in line for my food I was pressured into ordering before I could actually look at the menu. I ended up ordering something random as I have not often gotten the breakfast here. I didn’t have enough time to think about what I ordered. Please hire less impatient staff. Every time I come here I feel pressured into ordering quickly. I understand you have lines to attend to but it was enough to bother me into writing a review.

    They are really fast at this location. The line looks long but it's only like a 5 to maybe 8 minute wait I never wait to long here. The food is always hot and fresh as well and they employees are always really friendly I recommend I give them 10 out of 10

    Zack helped me this afternoon with a malfunction on the Chick-fil-A app. I came inside to redeem my birthday reward (cookie or brownie) but the app wasn't reflecting the reward. He was very patient while I tried downloading the app and working through it to see what was wrong. He pleasantly handed me my birthday reward and said "my pleasure."

    If only the rest of the fast food world could run as smoothly as Chick-fil-A!! These guys have it down to a science. No matter how long the line you get through quickly and get a hot accurate order. Great experience.

    Always fast and friendly, and polite. Tried the new pimento cheese sandwich, was amazing just had very little amount of the pimento cheese. Other than that amazing food! Will be back for sure!

    The drive-through usually has plenty of employees. I have seen 2 separate videos regarding the amount of waffle fries you get regardless of what size order and the money you pay. I'm going to order all sizes next time. I have not tried their sauces yet.

    LOVE going to this exact Chick Fil A. The workers here are always so friendly and nice. The drive thru could be wrapped around the building and I know I will get through it in less than ten minutes. My food is always hot and fresh and delicious. 10/10 recommend.

    The milkshakes here are perfect for sick kids who don't want to eat anything! 😄 Everything we had here was up to the regular high standard we've come to enjoy from all Chick-fil-A locations. We will definitely come back if we're in the area again!

    I'm not sure what changed, but the quality of food AND service has drastically declined lately. This Chick-Fil-a used to be great, and was quick even with long lines. Lately it has been so slow, even with less than long lines. Also I have had items missing on more than one occasion, and it is a pain to call and get a human to talk to when that happens. Even then, they make it very difficult to make it right. I just waited for 11 minutes for a sandwich and a cookie. The cookie was hard/over baked, and the sandwich was rubbery. I keep going back thinking it was a fluke, but I think this was my last attempt. Too bad. It used to be a gem.

    Very efficient ordering system. Everything ran smoothly. I was concerned for the people delivering the orders from the window though. Some didn't seem like they were paying very close attention to traffic, and it was busy.

    I have only visited once in a blue moon while running late for something / needing a quick dinner. The staff are always very friendly, and I gotta say — I could hardly taste the homophobia in the chicken. 4 stars for aesthetics/overall experience, but if you had a different leadership/CEO, that could definitely get you to 5.

    Went through drive with my husband the other morning and we ordered chicken minis and they were DISGUSTING. I’ve ordered multiple times and this is the worst I’ve ever had it!! Tasted rotten like old oil or something we couldn’t even eat them. Waste of money. Your prices are ridiculously high. Do better. I’ve also ordered the nuggets multiple times and they always short me.

    There were cars wrapped around the place for drive through. Inside was busy. Somehow... every employee had a smile, there was no feeling when ordering that they were already thinking about the person behind you. The guy that took my order was expressive, helpful, and smiling. Our food came out in less than 5 minutes despite how busy it was. Everything was correct, no missed items. All those employees deserve recognition from their management for how they comport themselves even at the busiest time. 5/5 would recommend.

    Got in line at 10:20 to order breakfast and line was moving slow. Person in front of me ordered breakfast, and worker switched the sign over to lunch right after they ordered. When I got to the speaker it was 10:31 and they refused to serve breakfast even though I’d been waiting over 10 minutes in line. I explained this to the worker on speaker but still said they stop making breakfast at 10:30. I got Starbucks instead. It’s a shame that they choose to lose customers over a 1 minute time difference.

    I'm allergic to dairy. I asked my server to please have kitchen staff change gloves before handling my food. My server didn't bother to relay the message. It's eat at my own risk but all he needed to do was let kitchen know. Chick fila used to be a place I could trust to be careful with my food. Not anymore. The teenager just couldn't be bothered.

    Try carrying menus with you, not sure what the point is of having employees stand outside taking orders if no one gets to see the menu. Other locations carry menus to look at, not everyone who comes here does so everyday especially when you have new items on the menu. If employees would stop chit chatting constantly and pay attention to customers, that would be great as well, they skipped right over me in the line and I waited while they took 10 orders from cars behind me and I ended up having to go all the way back through the line because they weren’t paying attention. Ridiculous.

    Fast service as busy as it was... Had the food ready before I even got to the window because of a boy walking around with a tablet taking menu. Good idea. This should be a thing in all restaurants. Service was friendly. Fries were Smackalackin... ❤️

    This location was the friendliest, most seamless, and fastest location. Not only do they enter your orders wrong in the drive-thru, but their second-class/rude attitude and poor customer service have driven down their value. The quality of their food has plummeted. It's thrown together without attention to detail to get you out of their excessively long lines. I look forward to another location opening nearby because the staff, service, and experience at this location are the absolute worst.
