Staff were so friendly and helpful. We paid abt $25 for a half pound of specialty chocolates, a Smoothie, an iced coffee, and a large muffin. We think that's pretty cheap for what we got. Cute little coffee shop atmosphere too, a girl was studying in the corner.

My brother and I love Winans! They have lots of classics but also some innovative/seasonal drinks too. Their chocolates and treats are always fresh and tasty. Service is efficient and friendly :)

I go here all of the time but the service has been extremely lacking the past month. They are out of coffee at 8am and we have to wait 20 minutes to get our coffee in the drive thru or inside. I’m going to have to try somewhere else for awhile.

This is always a great place to stop for a quick chai or mocha and sometimes a snack. Prices are decent.......I only wish that they'd get the morning person some help instead of alone..... The quality is great and service fast, just worry about them being alone.

I would have to say that this is the coziest Winans in the city. I've been to practically all of them. I feel like most of them aren't that big and this one has SPACE. It's roomy and cozy. It even has a patio on the outside to enjoy your consumables. The staff is always nice and polite here. Then it's located in a plaza basically but with the few select stores that are over there, it manages to stay quiet and peaceful over there. The ambience over there hits differently. Also anything seasonal, and that goes for any Winans really, it's top tier.

I was offered full service barista services by a skinny thing w an eating disorder and some vomit on her collar. After a few minutes was served stale drip brewed coffee. Not impressed winans. Try it like you mean it!

Coffee is great but they need more help on a Saturday or Sunday morning - 2 people just doesn't cut it.

Staff is always super friendly & drinks are consistently made well. I love their tuxedo mocha :) I was searching for a good coffee place when I moved to centerville this year and this place does not disappoint, always a great way to start the day coming here! 😊

Best coffee shop in town! I buy the Highlander Grogg bag of beans to make at home, the staff will grind them for you! Great place for business meet-ups! Chocolate is amazing as well. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

So everyone is nice, but in the past year I've noticed a big turn over in staff and a lot of mess ups. I have a simple order, but it's often incorrect. Not sure why this has become an issue. So better than dunkin'

Service has gotten significantly worse over the last year. Morning drive through is a crawl. Cold Brew coffee is so watered down it is more like colored water.

The employees are really friendly and eager to help you. They make the best coffee! The store is always clean!

This location always makes the most perfect drink. I almost always get the Karmel Kiss Latte. Thank you for the great service today!
