Excellent, fresh, and everything I've missed about Cane's since they closed their dining rooms nearly two years ago. They're fully open for dine in, and as good as they ever were.

I just went through the drive thru at Raisin Canes 3/22/2022 @ 6:30pm and the manager on shift decided to have an attitude with me because there was a piece of straight hair in my fries. I have curly hair so i know its not mine, it looked colored as well. The way i was talked to made me feel like i was supposed to eat the food with the hair in it? I already ate the toast i didn't even want a new one but i feel like the young manager needs an evaluation of customer service. Wont be returning to the raisin canes on High St.

Canes is uniform across the board. Good service and the tenders are perfect. Canes wouldn't be anything without the sauce though, we always get extra, as well as, the toast! The only thing negative about this location is the set up of the drive thru. It is a tight turn to get to the first window.

Very nice time for our family on our first visit to Cane's! The chicken is above average, and the fries are on par. Their special sauce is pretty good too. The building/atmosphere is what really sets this place apart. Very clean and open interior with clean restrooms and a very helpful and courteous staff. This place even has a drive thru if you don't want to eat in. It was our first trip here, and we will definitely be back next time we are in Columbus!

Update 6/2/19 my wife had a buy one get one free box . Food was delicious 👌 and was ready in 😋 one minute. Very quick , but need to put food on tray. I got double fries in place of the slaw.

Parking was a little weird, but this place has the best chicken fingers 🤌 Of course, we can't forget the Canes sauce (try it with your toast) 😋

Canes is my go to when I want something fast. I get extra sauce. I can't get enough of it and dip everything in it.

Boo! Charged correctly but didn't make changes or additions as requested to my Caniac box, though 1st time this has ever happened.

Came in on 7-22-2023 and ordered a Caniac combo with no toast and extra cane sauce to-go. When I got home I opened up the box that said Caniac on it to find 4 pieces of semi-cooked (raw in the center) chicken. The Caniac comes with 6 pieces of chicken. I also received two slices of bread and NO sauce. I then proceeded to call the restaurant and spoke to Xander who claimed that he was the general manager of this location and told him of my problems and issues that I had. He told me that it was really hard to believe that-that's what I received and I said well I don't know what you want me to tell you but this is what I got and he said well it's no problem let me get your name and I told him my name and he informed me that the next time I came in I could get a replacement. I came inon 7-22-2023 (the next day) and spoke to the same person who was Xander and he said well I need a receipt and I said well you never told me about the receipt on the phone call so I don't have it with me and then he proceeded to call me a liar again and said that he has a very hard time believing that I only received four pieces of chicken and if they were wrong again this is what happened and you know I don't have any reason to lie and he said without a receipt he can't help me out and to have a good day and proceeded to walk away. I informed him before I left that I was going to call corporate and leave a nasty review on Google which is what I'm doing I normally do not complain about stores but this is extremely unprofessional to call a customer a liar why would I lie about that why would I tell you that your chicken is raw you know this is actually a food safety issue and I'm going to also inform the health department maybe they'll come in there and see what's really going on behind the scenes. Well there as well I watched an employee wipe his nose with gloves on his hand and then proceed to box somebody else's food and I also informed Xander of the situation and he said " don't try to manage my restaurant I have this under control" I really have no idea what the heck is going on in this restaurant but this isn't the first time I've received nasty service at this location. Xander looked like he was having one hell of a day and looks like he didn't have any sleep or he was strung out on drugs I'm not really sure I'm not the type of person to judge but I'm just stating what I saw while I was there. Also the customers that were in the dining room were talking and I overheard them say you know this is probably the worst games they've ever had in their entire life you guys might want to think about retraining your management and/or bringing in a whole new staff because this restaurant location has dwindled over the years in customer service, cleanliness and the overall crew moral of this location. I hate to leave such a lengthy negative review but something needs to change here. All this over a replacement order really is confusing and I don't understand why they just didn't make it right. Maybe they have a lot of people coming in claiming that they didn't receive food that they never actually paid for but I don't look like your "typical" homeless person, I am a businessman at the end of the day so it's just really bothers me that he couldn't replace my food when I was promised a replacement order to "make it right" (Xanders verbatim words).

The fact yall keep raising prices and giving less and less food. I genuinely hope yall figure it out or go out of business. Preposterous, they tryna charge people $15 for some tiny chewy tenders and plain fries. Everytime they raise prices and give me smaller tenders I genuinely feel disrespected by this company. What is costing $15? It sure can't be the seasonings. If you're gonna charge that much for the chicken, atleast give people a nice amount of fries. But they even skimp you on the FRIES. Not to mention it's a gamble if they're gonna serve you crispy chicken or chewy soft chicken. I'm paying all that, can we atleast be sure about the quality of the food served? I used to eat here frequently. But nowadays, idk anyone who buys from Canes anymore. Every time I buy Canes, I regret. Nowadays I just come there to buy the sauce, then I go to other Restaraunts for cheaper, more crispy, and larger portioned chicken tenders and fries.

Drive thru line was crazy long so went inside for my to go order. Watched 15 to 20 cars go thru drive thru before I got my order entered as I was number 3 in line. Food was ok and consistent as it normally is. Just slower than normal

I love the taste of their chicken, without dipping it in anything… and dipping their fries in ketchup! Yummmm

My nephew is now addicted to Raising Canes. He would always refuse to eat it. One day, I conceived him to try it and now he can't stop! Ha! I tease him about it all the time. The food is always hot and fresh. The drinks, always cold and refreshing!

I think is one of the best in town but their are slow...it can be a little bit faster.

I ordered the caniac combo received only 4 chicken strips so I recommend you check your order before you drive away. They over salted the fries so much that they were in edible. Usually canes is awesome but this location was the worst one I've ever been to will definitely never come back.

Canes is always a great time. Some great food, albeit this location had a bit of a weird drive-through

I came in right before close tonight at midnight. I hate to be that customer that makes the employees stay late but the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food was hot and fresh too!

Turned me away at 10:01 citing new hours despite the website saying 11. Absolutely infuriating

I love Raising Cane's. First time at this location. Long line that moved quickly. Girl at the window was very pleasant. Food was good and hot. Only complaint was it wasn't completely accurate. Ordered the Caniac. No slaw sub extra Texas toast. Didn't get the extra toast and only 4 pieces of chicken. But it tasted great.

I've been coming to this location for years and have never had items missing from my order until recently and now it has happened multiple times. Nothing worse than driving 15 minutes home just to see that extra sauces or toast is missing. I'll have to start checking my bags from now on but I just expected better from this place.

I will never set a foot in a rasin canes. They are robbing people of their hard earned money for trash fingers. Update my family got sick. My youngest almost went to the ER.

  • 5/5 James Y. 1 year ago on Google
I realized I could buy Texas toast individually for like 79 cents, and it made my day. Also, I love the sweet tea. The simplicity of the menu is refreshing and the food always hits the spot!

I bought 5 meals on my ticket. Raising Canes shorted me a large drink. They got my drink wrong. They shorted my wife on a sauce. All they offered me was $1 off my next meal or free drink??????. So my time, the gas I it took to get service must not be worth my loyalty. Sad service. :(

Always busy but worth the wait and every penny. My fiance and I live in Michigan and previous to there being a location here we used to find any excuse to get Canes. Especially their sauce. I don't think we've ever come home from Ohio without bringing back some Cane's sauce. It's so good to the point that I would eat cardboard covered in their sauce. I highly suggest coming here and getting literally anything on the menu. Personally I get double toast and no coleslaw but to each their own.

Consistent and very good as usual. I will say the drive thru is difficult to navigate through with a large SUV. Had to get out of vehicle to pay...

  • 3/5 Marshall K. 1 year ago on Google
Good friend chicken fingers, as expected from Cane’s. Parking lot is poorly designed, often allowing people to cut ahead in drive thru. Drive thru needs work, it is much faster to go into the restaurant and order.

  • 3/5 Miranda W. 1 year ago on Google
I enjoy Canes. Most of the time the food is hot and fresh. However, this location is difficult to get out of, and don't get me started on the dumb setup of the drive-thru. Most of the time employees are polite and will put their phone conversations down.

Regarding this North High Street location, the food is great. The crazy 90° angle from order speaker to pay window is a little awkward!! Staff were wonderful!

  • 5/5 Christy B. 1 year ago on Google
This place is amazing when ordering at the drive thru. Even though extra busy won't be long going thru the drive thru. Have a great system down where serve u in a timely manner instead of waiting 10 min's or more going thru the drive thru.
