The accomdation over here is the best .the staff members are very friendly and helpfull.The place is very polite and hygenic they give the best room service.the rooms are very spacious and clean . As per name its really comfortable..the time spent in this hotel was the best and peacefull.Definately its worth every penny..

This is a new hotel, 1 year into business. The rooms are clean and spacious. The room rates are very reasonable and the location is very good. Madhura Palace restaurant is just across the road and the food is very good there. They have both AC and Non AC rooms available. The owner is very helpful and nice. However, there is a communication issue with the staff. They are also installing wifi in the hotel. In short, I would recommend this place.

Rude owner. Beware- after booking hotel if you arrive late , the room could be given to someone else (probably someone paid higher price) Avoid Edited after owners reply. My room was 301 and nobody called. Without knowing the room number where did the owner call? 😁. If anything this is more evidence that the owner is a liar. Again AVOID AVOID AVOID

Hospitality is not at all good, They say they fallow his owner rules. Overall experience was very bad and the staff was very rude, how to speak with costomer they don't know at all, And about bathroom no ventilation at all. This property is less than 6 months old. I stayed during a transit. Room size was adequate. Bathroom size is bit small, however it was neatly maintained & good service. Good staff & response was quick. For sure value for Money. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for accommodation at Dharwad.

We had booked more than 13–15 rooms for our reception, but when we arrived at 11 PM, we found out that 4–5 of our reserved rooms had been given away. The owner claimed we canceled, which we absolutely didn't. The hotel suggested us squeezing our guests into other rooms with extra beds, even though we were fully prepared to pay for the rooms we initially booked. This was beyond frustrating, and we warned them about leaving reviews on Google. The owner not only ignored our concerns, but had the nerve to ask us to delete any potential negative Google reviews while settling the full payment. It's unbelievable. The rooms might have been good, but the owner's attitude was absolutely rude.

I expect service will be better then other Restaurant , But I Experienced The Service Will Be Not Satisfied As Customer And Vlogger, Last week my friend went with his family he also faced same experience, they given 2 water glass between 5 people's, and no quick response if asking anything no given fast

These guys are totally unprofessional and do not belong to the hospitality sector. The reception is very rude and argives a lot for silly things. You can't expect any extra service like extra pillow/towel/ bedsheets. No wifi, no free drinking water. You don't feel welcome at this place. Rooms are ok, location is good. I suggest to pay a lil extra and book a decent hotel nearby. This was my first and last stay in this hotel.

Room is good and the price reasonable. Giving one star to highlight the horrible experience one of the staff caused us. We had booked rooms giving tentative check in and checkout time as 1pm and 3pm respectively. Sensing an opportunity for another booking, the staff started calling us at 12pm the next day and insisted that we checkout. We explained him the we have given him the checkout time as 3pm but he wouldn’t listen. We had to leave our function midway and checkout. Not only did the hotel not give us the option to stay for the complete 24hrs (this hotel operates with 24hrs booking), but made us checkout 3 hrs earlier than what we had agreed upon. All just for a few extra bucks.

Rooms are neat and tidy. Reasonably priced. Well connected by roads. But no soaps, tissue paper or tooth paste in the washroom which is provided by even smaller hotels and lodges.

I stayed at Shivratn on 20th Aug and was extremely happy with the room. Very spacious and comfortable at just 1.2k per room (Non AC). They booked a cab for me to visit near by places and the driver was amazing too. Place is at corner of main road with nice hotel opposite and ATM's near by. Overall nice place to stay
