We
had
booked
more
than
13–15
rooms
for
our
reception,
but
when
we
arrived
at
11
PM,
we
found
out
that
4–5
of
our
reserved
rooms
had
been
given
away.
The
owner
claimed
we
canceled,
which
we
absolutely
didn't.
The
hotel
suggested
us
squeezing
our
guests
into
other
rooms
with
extra
beds,
even
though
we
were
fully
prepared
to
pay
for
the
rooms
we
initially
booked.
This
was
beyond
frustrating,
and
we
warned
them
about
leaving
reviews
on
Google.
The
owner
not
only
ignored
our
concerns,
but
had
the
nerve
to
ask
us
to
delete
any
potential
negative
Google
reviews
while
settling
the
full
payment.
It's
unbelievable.
The
rooms
might
have
been
good,
but
the
owner's
attitude
was
absolutely
rude.
