Ghante Ganapati temple is on the way to Magod falls (2-3 km from the main road). Unique architecture and very peaceful. The speciality of the temple is you may ask any question and the answer is given through Huvu Prasada (white and Red habicus petal is used). A must visit place if you are around Yellapur or visiting Magod falls.

This is a small temple which is dedicated to Lord Shri siddivinayak. There are no public transport to visit this temple and one can access this place from Yellapur in Uttara Kannada . the best places to stay would be Sirsi as there are no good hotels to stay in Yellapur. Best way would be take a cab to visit this place.

A traditional Ganesh temple, in the woods adds cherry on the top. Tradition is you wish for something u have been struggling and is believed it will surely come true (it happened with me) . Once it happens, u have to visit again with a 🔔(Ganti in kannada) and submit it the Lord Ganesha.

Very divine place in the midst of Yellapur forest. Devotees offer metal bells to the temple. We travelled from Yellapur town. The road is not good. Needs own vehicle.

Best place to relax your mind. Temple is in the middle of the forest. Place is very clean ( temple is still under construction ). Please visit this place after having breakfast or very early in the morning as you will not get any nearby breakfast spots. Beware of monkeys. You have to go by you own vehicle

I had an opportunity to visit the temple on the weekend. Parking available. In the middle of greenery this one temple can be reached by private vehicle. As the wittness to wishes coming true you can see so many gante given to the lord. They provide a thali to keep all pooja items and then give that to the priest. He will take those items to ganesh ji and give aarthi, blessings. Also there are deepa to put oil and pray. Seeing him is one blessing. Attached is the sevas available in the photo. Like the review if it was helpful and ask for any questions

Divine place amidst dense forest. The belief that once the lord Ganapati fulfilled the prayers the devotee should offer a bell to the temple. The temple is getting renovated and it is being reconstructed beautifully. The dense surrounding the temple gives the temple a holy and calm atmosphere the devotee feels blessed and will fall in love with nature. Services are available at the service counter available inside the temple. The place is calm and clean, whenever you visit please try to maintain silence and please do not litter.

I recently visited the Ganthe Ganesh temple and I was absolutely blown away by the beauty and serenity of the place. The temple is located in a peaceful and picturesque setting, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful gardens. The architecture of the temple is stunning, with intricate carvings and vibrant colors that create a truly mesmerizing atmosphere. The temple itself is dedicated to Lord Ganthe Ganesh, the remover of obstacles, and it exudes a sense of peace and tranquility that is truly uplifting. The priests at the temple are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home as I participated in the rituals and prayers. One of the highlights of my visit was witnessing the aarti ceremony, where lamps are lit and prayers are offered to Lord Ganesh. The atmosphere during this ceremony was electric, with devotees singing hymns and offering their prayers with deep devotion. Overall, my experience at the Ganthe Ganesh temple was nothing short of magical. I left feeling spiritually rejuvenated and deeply connected to the divine. I highly recommend visiting this temple to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat or a deeper connection to Hindu spirituality. It truly is a gem that should not be missed.

Time of visit: October 2022 A very famous temple of Lord Ganesha nested in the forests around Magod . You can club this visit with Magod falls. The roads are in okayish conditions. Please note that there is no network here and it is advisable to read the milestones or download offline maps. There is ample parking space. The temple has a unique practice of donating bells (ghante in Kannada) if one’s wishes are fulfilled. A serene temple with a unique practice and belief.

It's a nicely developed temple complex. The most famous politicians have come here to pray for their political revival. But, I recommend you to go based on your interest in this place. The grandeur with which they serve God is great. This trip can be clubbed along with Sahasralinga riverside place. Both are nearby. Can be accessed from Yellapura or Sirsi side easily..
