, the cleanliness of the room was subpar at best. My sheets were stained and there was quite an odor in the bathroom when I arrived. On arrival, I had a just completed a long day of traveling and I needed a shower. I got right to my room and hoped in the shower. Much to my dismay, the cleaning staff had forgotten to check the hair and body wash, which was empty on my arrival. While I understand this is a budget hotel, many aspects of the stay were unpleasant to say the least. The location is fine and the option to do laundry is impressive. Unfortunately the positives of my stay here ends there. You would be much better off spending a little more money at a respectable hotel.

A great location close to two Metro stations and just a short ride to the centre of town. Simple rooms but reasonably priced, clean and best of all a quiet, safe area.

I stayed in a room with no windows and the first day I thought I'd have a good night of sleep the fire alarms sounded loud early morning, and an evacuation was necessarry for a while. The place is a strange mix of England and Russia. It's very clean, though and located in a very calm area of the city, near to a subway station, restaurants and a supermarket.

Perfect location for visiting Stockholm city centre. 5 minutes walk to tube station, then very short ride into the city. The hotel itself is located in a pleasant, quiet, leafy area.

Very good value for money. Everything you need. My room even had a small dishwasher and the shower is amazing. Self check in during the evening but that works like a charm.

First of all we only had one bed sheet for two. The second day, they gave us a new room without our consent and without informing us and we couldn't enter with our hotel cards anymore. There is also never anyone at the reception after 9 pm so we had to call their emergency contact and only about 30 minutes later somebody came to fix the issue. Then the next day, at an unfortunate moment, they entered twice our room to ask us when we would check-out even though they have our booking details and they asked us already the day before. Other than that the breakfast costs about 20 bucks and there's not a big selection of food.

I share many of the problems of other clients. This hotel does not care for the details and cleaning is not their forte , which unfortunately makes the stay unpleasant. Also, the staff is rather unfriendly. Training them on client service/centricity would be of great benefit to the hotel

Not clean. The bathroom was not cleaned well and there was hairs on the floor and sink. It was clear they had done a very rushed cleaning. I cleaned the areas myself with a wipe and the wipe turned black. It was also very damp in the room - yes the weather was humid but then they need to install air conditioning for when the weather isn’t good. The rooms are quite old and worn out. It’s bearable for 1/2 days if you’re on a budget. I couldn’t wait to leave!

A great place to stay in a wonderful neighborhood. Apartment was nice and well kept. Desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Good breakfast. Comfy rooms with small kitchens. Free parking on the street or 80sek hotel parking. Good place to stay

Pleasant and inviting. The rooms had a ‘new’ feel to them and are quite modern and clean. We had issues with the wifi and the staff were helpful but the signal was still not good in our room at the end of the hall. The staff allowed us an early check in and a late check out, and held our luggage for a few hours until we left. Would definitely return here!

Great hotel in a residential village. Apartment great with fridge & microwave. Clean. Ideal for a few days stay. Not many shops, bars or restaurants. We gound one. Train station Aspudden 7 mins walk. Then 10mins on train you are in T Centralen. Stockholm Centre.

Good price-value. Small rooms, bit outdated. Tunnelbahn, public transport 7 min to walk, restaurants and supermarket close.

We stayed in the loft room for six days and were completely satisfied. Quiet hotel in a quiet location. Everything needed within walking distance. The room was nice and clean, ideally equipped (fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave oven). Thank you for a pleasant holiday.
