Too much people and lots of broken equipment.

Gym is ok equipped, but dirty and no sanitary items in the bathrooms. Staff is not professional, why do you lie to your customers about cancelling membership? I tried to ask for confirmation of cancelled membership on paper because I had a bad feeling about this, but I was told it's all done and good. And after that, obviously I am getting billed regardless for another months!

The place is dirty and overcrowded the toilets are dirty to and no protection from cv-19 what’s so ever no antiseptic no signs to inform people jut poor..

Rather cramped training facility that includes what one would expect. The are times where the machine fall short during peak time but often not too long. And the escalator is not activated by design. It's gym :)

After the renovation the gym is much much better. Women's area has more equipments and, in general, the new equipments makes the training much more enjoyable :) I hope the clean and organized environment will last cause before it was quite bad (old, dirty and smelly)

the gym is a small Mobil phones theft network, they have their thieves and the gym deletes their surveillance. enjoy
