Lovely community, professional yet relaxed atmosphere.

Training with a great coach. Pleasant and friendly atmosphere. No hard-to-penetrate group of people. The training is "bloody serious - with a heel kick". Loud music so you don't have to hear yourself panting. And best of all - I feel the pulse in my gums when I leave the place.

I have been in the new beginners course, I learned a lot about the technique and tried generally the different exercises in CrossFit. Learned a lot and very good environment and coach.

Good introductory course for those who have never tried before. You learn technology etc. at a leisurely pace. Have training pains everywhere 😆
