Can you review -1? Was going to cut the ends but they cut off half of my hair.

Tried new place because I was passing by. Explained what I wanted and was careful to mention (several times) that I am saving the hair on the back of my neck due to the upcoming mullet. After testing some length with trimmers around the ears, the hairdresser removes all the hair on the neck in a fraction of a second. 5 months of mullet saving gone. The only reaction when I stop her and say "no but wait we're not going to take anything back there!" Is "yeah okay." Thanks and hi will never go here again.

Friendly staff, but left many split ends. Would like to go back because she was so nice, but will try other local salons first because the cut just wasn't very good after I got home and washed it. She also tried very very hard to sell products.
