am
writing
this
review
several
weeks
after
visiting
this
hospital.
I
had
a
concussion
and
was
instructed
by
1177
to
return
to
the
hospital
immediately
because
I
was
feeling
increasingly
dizzy.
My
experience
at
this
hospital
was
so
bad
that
I
have
been
waiting
until
I
was
allowed
to
use
screens
again
to
leave
this
review.
The
nurse
that
was
working
at
the
intake
desk
was
extremely
rude
and
unprofessional.
I
informed
her
that
1177
told
me
to
come
to
the
hospital,
and
she
told
me
that
I
was
lying.
After
showing
her
the
text
message
from
1177
that
gave
me
the
address
of
that
hospital
to
go
to,
she
said
that
1177
shouldn’t
be
trusted
and
that
she
never
calls
them.
Only
after
I
started
silently
crying,
did
she
start
to
become
nicer
because
everyone
in
the
hospital
waiting
area
and
the
other
nurses
started
looking
at
us.
I
literally
had
nightmares
about
the
way
this
woman
treated
me
in
the
days
to
come.
I
don’t
know
what
her
name
is
otherwise,
I
would
report
her.
If
you
don’t
know
how
to
handle
basic
patient
interactions,
you
should
not
be
working
in
healthcare.
