Without a doubt the worst burgerking I ever been to when coming to service. I get what I order occasionally and often after a long what even thou it's almost always at like 10% capacity. New employee or manager doesn't matter. Working on snail pace and rarely get a basic order right. Worst BK in Sweden.

2 years ago this BK was probably the worst BK in Stockholm. But since the pandemic they have shaped up and service is quite good and the burger patties are not as dry as they we’re back then. I give it a 5 star, since it is my local BK and they have improved over the years. I recommend people to give it a try! :)

Charges 3kr for tap water, when other restaurants happily provide it for free. Will avoid in the future

Service was bas and slow they always mess up orders and took 30min for me to get my chicken burger after i ordered and today again they lost my order gave me my order with missing burgers and forced me to show my bank receipt of my payment since they lost my order and didnt beleive that i bought it. The food was good tho and the place was clean, but the service was horrible. Unfortunately, the worst burger king I've ever been in

The food was warm and tasty, the place is very clean too. However: I’m annoyed that the manager was pressuring an employee to swindle me right in front of my face, as if I wouldn’t notice… I also think they gave me regular coke instead of coke zero. I’m insulin resistant and can’t have sugar. That’s no way to treat anyone, let alone customers. We have a right to decide over our own wallets. Especially in this mess of an economy.

😠Really very bad attention with the new employees, a simple caramel and cookies shake they cannot do, the cookie one tasted horrible and the caramel one looked like hot coffee, very bad the attention from those two girls in the morning, they don't do their I work as it should be, if they do not improve they will lose many clients, one of the girls treated a boy badly and the boy left this is how a client loses, as I said if they do not improve the complaints will get worse and worse😠 Today was the worst experience of my life the attention and my request really wise to vomit literally😠

One burger was drenched and wet in sauce and neither of them contained anything else but bread, halloumi and cheese, that's it. Won't be going back.

Multiple occasions what l received was different than l ordered . Mostly missing some items from the order when l took it home.

This was by far the worst delivery experience from that particular restaurant and also the last. I placed the order at  19/8 19:52  with 25 minutes delivery time and I received my order at 21:17 . Of course everything came stone cold,we had to throw away the fries since they were like from the  previous day. I also paid for 1 extra chicken patty in my burger which I didn't get( that was the 3rd time that this happened by this restaurant). In conclusion we paid 245kr ,we ate after 1h25m cold food and also a bit less than we ordered. Shamefull, never again.

Burger King at Flemingsberg is cleaner than other places. Enough space to eat in and not crowdy..

The service was great!!! The food was warm, I took them 2 minutes until I got my food. The place is well established, I want to thank the cute girl Maria that took good care of me as a customer!!! Great place I'd recommend that place for a quick meal and I'll definitely visit again!!!

Got wrong take away order. I ordered 4 pcs if chicken nuggets and 4 pcs of chili cheese sticks. The staff who stand at cashier went to kitchen a few times and finally i got my order. I was hurry up to the train. Once I opened and see then I found out that what i got was only 2 bags of 4pcs chicken nuggets. I didn't get my chili cheese sticks!! This is so bad!

Nice staff and the food came quickly
