The most rude staff on reception and telephone lines

I have been callimg here for more than 3 weeks, almost everyday. Morning, noon, evening, whenever I call them, the reply is same ”due to high work load, we can not receive your call. Call next working day”. I heard the same complain from other people also. I am sure they are doing it intentionally. They are intentionally rejecting people’s call for appointment.

Getting an appointment here is impossible. If you book it through 1177.se they answer the request there saying that you need to book it using a pone number and mark it as attended in 1177. Then, when you call to the number given a machine says "We are busy call next weekday" and hangs up the call.
