Love this hotel, book a room for 3 person, hotel Gave us a connecting room with 1 super king and 1 queen size bed and 2 bathrooms. One room come with bathtub but is is high and danger for elderly. Breakfast spread is good. 400-500m walk to old quarter and big shopping mall. Clean and Worth to stay. Some counter staffs speak English:

Cleaned hotel with friendly staff made you feel like home. Large Room (cleaned) with the view of Truong Tien's bridge. Best breakfast buffets with all variety of foods. Will come back.

Great gym, nice location and beautiful view from our room. However, we notice that our room is quite old, we can see so many wood insect and ants. Breakfast menu could have been improved. Staff friendliness are lacking, we didn't feel so much welcome.

We got a suite with 2 rooms and a living area. The deco is nice and the bed is very comfortable. The views from the rooms are just great. It is nearby some highly rate Hue restaurants like Madam Thu and Maison Trang and street food is really just across the street if you dare (my family did.)

Nice hotel in Hue with reasonable price. The room is big and nice. Breakfast is ok but not too much choice of food. Room do not have good sound insulation, you can hear clearly the noise from corridor.

Amazing views of the river and old town. Modern bedroom, great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of items to choose from. Reception also helped us book a driver to take us to some of the local attractions.

Great hotel right in the center of Hue with detailed design at the first sight. I was amazed with the artistic decorations in the room. The owner must have an artistic eyes and knowledge to have such a nice design. The room is spacious with a great view of Huế city that I have never seen before. On top of those the services is wonderful from my arrival, staff welcome me with a great smiles and professional check in that I usually experienced at top 5 star hotels. Breakfast at the hotel was beyond my expectations with a delicious buffet with a large variety of food. I would rate this hotel as a 5 star hotel. Highly recommended for a nice stay in Hue.

It is a nice and modern hotel in Hue. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean and offers a sufficient number of towels. The staff is very friendly and willing to help or advise. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruit. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is located near Hue Historic Citadel and also Hue Night Walking Street. Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at the White Lotus hotel for a brief two-night stay, and overall, I enjoyed my experience. Given that Hue was somewhat underwhelming, I was particularly grateful that we had booked such a nice hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the hotel's pool area, which was simply lovely. It provided a nice oasis where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the breakfast options at the White Lotus were quite extensive, with both Western and Vietnamese cuisine available. We were able to start our day with a satisfying and delicious meal each morning, which was definitely a plus. I should also note that the staff at the White Lotus were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They were able to assist us with booking a transfer to Hoi An, which was a big help. It definitely made our trip a smoother and more enjoyable experience overall. Our room at the White Lotus was clean and comfortable, although I did find that the decor was a bit cluttered for my personal taste. However, this was a minor quibble, and I was overall quite satisfied with the accommodations. While there wasn't a lot to see in the city beyond the imperial city, I was glad that we had chosen the White Lotus as our home base during our visit. It was a comfortable and welcoming place to return to each evening, and I would certainly recommend it to others who are looking for a nice hotel in the area.

A lovely hotel for our family to stay in Hue - we stayed in a family room with 2 kids in one room, another one fold out couch in the living room, and 2 adults in another bedroom. Really modern rooms with climate control for each living space, the bathrooms are on the smaller side, a great selection of western and Asian foods for breakfast, and a refreshing pool and lounge area. There's a well equipped gym. The hotel is walking distance to the night walking street and many great restaurants and cafes nearby. Watch our for the cyclo riders at the front of the hotel - they will quote you one price and charge you more than double at the end of your journey (although they have no affiliation with the hotel). Would definitely stay here again.

1st time in Hue and happy with this hotel. Good hotel, quite new and within walking distance to hire dragon boat, shopping and 10mins to pub street. Stayed in the Deluxe river view room, it was spacious and clean. The shower was good, air con worked well and the breakfast was very good the best among all the hotels we stayed in Vietnam. Eggs and noodles station available, coffee, tea and soup were hot, clean and comfortable dining area. The swimming pool was a blessing after a hot day out exploring the citadel and the city. Some days are quiet some days busy usually the late afternoon. Hotel staff from front desk to breakfast area were all very attentive, prompt and helpful. The only issue was the noises from the corridor can be heard in your room. From the house keeping staff or other guests. The hotel lobby has unpleasant sewage smell at night but was ok in the day. Overall a good stay and would recommend.

Perfect in all aspects. Excellent location close to the river of perfumes. Our "River view" studio on the 15th floor offer a splendid 180° view. It is well equipped and everything works well, while we only used one bathroom. The restaurant's cuisine is very good for an affordable price. All the staff are very pleasant and friendly.

Excellent hotel, great value just about a km from the main restaurant. The rooms and pool are excellent, and the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet is second to none. Supervisor Thu nhung, the restaurant supervisor, was especially helpful. Hoa and Tutey were other notable restaurant staff.

Very clean and nice hotel. Everything looks quite new. We had our honeymoon trip and the hotel prepared some very nice decoration and gift for us. Price was reasonable. Walking distance to night market and close to the citadel.

Had a great time staying at the White Lotus Hue Hotel! Great amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. Service is always quick and the free breakfast every morning was delightful! The view from our room was beautiful and we look forward to coming back next time we’re in Hue!

Loved this hotel!! Rooms were clean and the staff were all so sweet and helpful!! Breakfast was amazing! So so good! Unfortunately it was raining the whole time there so we didn’t get to use their outdoor pool. I would stay at White Lotus Hue Hotel anytime!

Best hotel I have stayed at in Hue. The room is spacious, decorated nicely, and clean. We had a lovely view of the river with a spa bath. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious foods for every palate.
