Thanks
to
the
hotel's
inability
to
clearly
define
the
accommodation
conditions,
we
were
forced
to
pay
an
additional
350
euros.
We
booked
the
Golden
Age
room
through
the
official
website,
which
is
advertised
at
a
good
price
only
for
guests
aged
60
and
above.
However,
nowhere
in
the
terms
and
conditions
does
it
mention
this,
and
we
received
the
conditions
only
in
Spanish
via
email!
This
is
another
problem
with
the
hotel.
Only
the
reception
staff
can
speak
English,
no
one
else
speaks
English
at
all
(not
even
basic
phrases
like
red/white).
We
felt
very
unwelcome.
99.9%
of
the
guests
are
only
Spanish
speakers.
The
food
was
excellent,
and
they
made
an
effort
to
diversify
the
meals.
The
room
was
quite
outdated.
I
do
not
recommend
it
for
foreigners.
When
I
received
an
email
regarding
the
fact
that
I
gave
one
star
in
the
internal
survey,
the
gentleman
immediately
asked
me
why
I
did
so,
and
that
nobody
informed
us
that
we
had
reserved
the
wrong
room
and
would
have
to
pay
extra.
Then
he
couldn't
even
reply
to
my
message.
That's
their
approach..
