Great hotel with very good location. It was quiet and with nice service. There was music by the pool but wasn’t loud.

We love the hotel and the staff, however, this year it seems as if Covid was a thing from the past. It is true there is hand gel everywhere and staff are friendly and wear face masks. Apart from that nobody keeps an eye on the use of face masks nor distances among guests. Too many irresponsible people wandering around showing their smile and breathing freely in indoor common spaces. Nobody to tell them that is not allowed. Having a drink indoors should not give them full permision to stay free of masks all the time they want.. The hotel is crowded this year and it is often hard to feel safe. Sad to write this review since it is a place we really enjoy coming to.

Perfect hotel with beach access. Big rooms, very clean. All the hotel areas are very nice. The restaurant service take a lot of care and have the knowledge about allergies. A lot of gluten free options every day ( including, bread, pastries, pasta, pizza and even gluten free beer). They explain you what is gluten free and give you options from inside the kitchen to avoid the cross contamination. All the staff is very well trained. I will come back.

Beautiful four star hotel located just next to a stunning sandy beach. Staff were brilliant and rooms spacious and clean. Free and fast WiFi available throughout the hotel and the rooms if you are staying as a guest. The pool and its showering and seating facilities in the rear garden is beautiful and clean. Lifeguard on duty by the pool throughout the day. Food selection for breakfast and dinner is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and families to stay in. A huge thanks to the staff in Puerto Antilla Grand Hotel for making our stay here so memorable. I hope we can come back again soon!

Food was very bad, no taste and cold! I do not recommendent anyone to go here for food, hotel was nice.

Stayed for "Hooley in the Sun". Food excellent, Staff great, and friendly special mention for Anna, in restaurant, who anticipated all our needs, ( for our disabled daughter). Rooms clean and comfortable.

Excellent Hotel. Lovely spacious room, cleaned every day. Food choices were first class, at both breakfast & dinner. The pools and gardens were very well maintained trained.

Thanks to the hotel's inability to clearly define the accommodation conditions, we were forced to pay an additional 350 euros. We booked the Golden Age room through the official website, which is advertised at a good price only for guests aged 60 and above. However, nowhere in the terms and conditions does it mention this, and we received the conditions only in Spanish via email! This is another problem with the hotel. Only the reception staff can speak English, no one else speaks English at all (not even basic phrases like red/white). We felt very unwelcome. 99.9% of the guests are only Spanish speakers. The food was excellent, and they made an effort to diversify the meals. The room was quite outdated. I do not recommend it for foreigners. When I received an email regarding the fact that I gave one star in the internal survey, the gentleman immediately asked me why I did so, and that nobody informed us that we had reserved the wrong room and would have to pay extra. Then he couldn't even reply to my message. That's their approach..

Very positive, even with adverse weather conditions, largely due to the fact that the pool area is protected from east winds.

Hotel whit lovely gardens, and big swimming pool. From the garden there is a door to nearby strand at 100 meters. It is NOT 5☆, but the food has very good quality, beds are very comfortable too. Staff is profecional as expected.

The hotel is beautiful with large spaces and the rooms are big and updated. Housekeeping is top. The food is also very good and diverse. The staff are mostly nice and friendly, although none of them makes the slightest effort to speak Portuguese, although at least 50% of the customers were Portuguese. On the contrary, it's the customer who must speak Spanish in order to be understood. There's no included cafe at launch or dinner, which makes no sense. The pools are big, amazing, and well cared for. Also, there is free ping pong and a padel court, but for padel, you must rent the racket and purchase the balls. There is a free mini-club to keep the children occupied. All of the entertainment is in Spanish.

The perfect combination between relax and fun. And also the food is just amazing and good quality.

It was perfect for a few days break with our two year old. We enjoyed the swimming pools and buffets.

It is an amazing hotel. It is designed to enjoy a pleasant stay with the family. I recommend it and I will repeat.

Awesome place to take the family. Lots and lots of families with children and babies. Lots of activities for the little ones. Great buffet with variety and quality. The room was very good with all we needed for us and our 2 year old boy. We definitely will be back some day.

Everything was great as usual. The massive pool the buffet, the entertainment, everything was excellent as usual. Disliked · I usually get the sea view rooms (for the past 3 years) which have always been excellent. This time however i didn't and i really regret it. The constant noise i could hear from outside, cars passing, drunk people singing and some sort of tourist train that kept driving by and making horn sounds meant I didn't sleep well any night. This never, ever, happens in the sea view rooms though. Other than that, they should really considering hiring another magician for the night shows. I think the guy is called Ismael Montero, he did that EXACT same show, trick for trick, word for word as last summer...bit lazy on his behalf.

Nice location, close to beach and restaurants. Excellent pool area and a very good breakfast. Good activities arranged by hotel, hopefully I lost a couple of kilos 😀 Improvement potential: * Rooms are a bit outdated and need some maintenance. Example, several light bulbs were not working in our room. * Staff very helpful when arriving, less when leaving

Nice hotel with a very well maintained park with large pool. Clean!!. Next to the beach, ca 150 meters walking distance. They had a special for 60+years, room with side sea view and half board(national beverages included)for an attractive price. Room was spacious, the mattress pleasant, even for heavier people. The room and bathroom of good size. Clean!!. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very complete, something for every taste. Mask and one way gloves obligatory. Social distancing where possible. Would return anytime.
