    Outstanding! It’s hard to believe they just opened because everything was amazing! The food was delicious and the staff was great. Don’t miss this one for a fantastic night out and great dining experience!

    This was a refreshing and surprising find. I have a new favorite restaurant. We will be travel to La Veta for this food and service and atmosphere. Fantastic in every single way.

    The food is AMAZING, the staff is friendly and attentive! I’ve never been to Italy but I know the owner has, and he brought it back for all to enjoy! The details and thought that have been put into this restaurant, is and will be, all about the taste and experience! Stiano is brand new to this tiny mountain town, but is very much large city dining. You won’t regret it! We ordered (in order by picture) Osso Bucco~ whipped fennel potato, crispy fennel, tomato, pearl onion, whole grain demi Aglio al Olio~ spaghetti, chili flake, parsley, crispy garlic, evoo Meatball Parm~ tomato basil, mozzarella, baguette Chicken Parm~ tomato basil, mozzarella, baguette pressed Appetizers (I didn’t get a picture, but they were equally delicious): Bruschetta Arancini Meatballs

    I am impressed with this place. For this small town, this has big city chef tastes. I am gluten free, they accommodated me well. I had a ribeye. So good! Highly recommend.

    My family and I did a progressive dinner with the Stiano sister restaurant, Lokal Burger (double LOCAL beef on each burger)! We decided to eat dessert at Stiano! We ate the Tiramisu, the Chef special Black Cherry Tiramisu, and the rice pudding! You can’t go wrong with any that you order because they are all DELICIOUS!! The Black Cherry Tiramisu was paired extremely well with a Coffee Martini! We will be back!

    A very nice addition to this beautiful small community. The spaghetti, not on the menu, was very good, our server was very attentive, the venue is well done, comfortable and attractive. Took notice of the bartender as he thoroughly inspected and polished every glass before pouring drinks from the bar.

    Located at the La Veta Inn, this new spot is going to be a family fave. The decor, atmosphere, and the wonderful staff make this a must visit! The kids and I each had a hero; meatball, chicken, and eggplant. They were devoured earnestly! And for you #chileheads, chef makes his own crushed red pepper with serranos. Just the right heat level for the sandwich with an amazing taste.

    The menu is great with fabulous vegetarian options for us which we both loved. Our server Dacia was attentive, well-informed about the wine selections, the specials and the menu in general. She even shared the history of the Inn with us. The chef kindly visited our table so we could thank him for the delicious meals. Authentic, scrumptious, beautifully presented. Can't wait to go back. Well worth the hour drive for us.
