Went there about 3pm today ordered around 5 drinks. Could’ve sworn the total was like around $25 no biggie. Until I checked my bank account and see that I was charged $45! What employee likes to sneakily take tips without asking? He didn’t even bother asking if I would like to leave a tip, he gracefully took care of that himself! Seriously if I remember what he was wearing, it would be some very short shorts and a bucket hat. Working in the fast food industry myself, and asking customers if they’d like to leave a tip is very petty. And after this experience, it made me have the urge to never bother on tipping at this Dutch location to any employee.

Drive through line for the 2nd weekend was crazy long but worth it for the great drinks & friendly service. Try The Bob! Update (Aug-2022). Cool how this place can have a line longer than Starbucks', but they manage it faster, better & never get a drink order wrong. Still loving The Bob! Update (Jan-2033): Hot Bob when it's cold out, cold Bob when it's hot out. 👍🏼

Every other Dutch Bros that I’ve been to has had immaculate customer service… really nice guy took my order, of double shot over ice (he even asked me questions to help me order what I wanted). Then I get to the window and this other guy who is tall and has dark hair with a pink shirt hands me a hot cup. I let him know I wanted it over ice, and he sighs, puffs, rolls his eyes he says, “next time you want it over ice, make sure to say that because we don’t know what you want.” I informed him that he wasn’t the one who took my order therefore he wouldn’t know that I actually asked for ice. He completely ignored me, slammed the cup on the counter and aggressively walked away without a word. He returned with my correct order but I was just very disappointed with this service.

My first coffee ☕ drink here wasn't as good as starbucks. Decided to give it another try ordered the { nutty irishman}. I'm impressed very refreshing and delicious on this warm afternoon. The service is fast and friendly awesome place to get coffee and refreshments...

I got a large golden eagle and a muffin top it should have been $9.90 but I just looked at my account and the guy who helped me tipped himself 2 dollars without even asking. That to me is stealing. Be careful at this Dutch bros!

They never mix the drinks AT ALL. I don’t want to drink my drink in layers of each flavor smh. It’s supposed to be different flavors ALL MIXED TOGETHER to give you the flavor of a certain drink you ordered. NOT a layer of drinking vanilla then a layer of blue berry then a layer of such and such.

Monte vista location seems to always take forever... today though the line was long on both sides it went pretty quick way to go guys.

I loved it especially being Diabetic they had options and it was good too, better than Starbucks in my opinion

People who enter the drive-through after I had already placed my order at the walk up window, we’re out faster than I was. Y’all should stop prioritizing the drive-through and focus more on customer service. 20+ minutes is really unacceptable for some premade coffee. I’m only giving an extra star because the guy at the window I was friendly and polite.

The music was too loud, not just me. Many people were repeating their order multiple times. Very frustrating. I like the walk up window, time to stretch and take a break from the stress of traffic. I hope all Dutch Bros turn the volume down a bit.

The atmosphere is upbeat, however it's so loud the worker get easily distracted or not understanding what you are ordering. One occasions I order at the walk up window and I ordered 1 drink and 2 waters ... they took 25 minutes plus a young girl who ordered prior to me was still waiting as well. I watched them socialize and serve a huge group of people in minutes.... it was ridiculous and the excuse was they didn't hear the orders .... Other times you get girls that work the drive thru window with a stank attitudes or death stare like they have a problem unprovoked. I usually have great experiences at any dutch bros but this one need reevaluate how they run the business and professionalism.

Great spot for a mid morning pick me up. I stopped by to treat myself to a coffee and it was well made. Plus, the staff has great energy! Friendly and they seem to enjoy interacting with customers. Never forgets to ask if I want a staw.

I love all Dutch Bros, but this particular location had THE FRIENDLIEST staff I've ever met. I was coming home from the emergency vet with my puppy, and they were all so nice to him. Wishing him well and quick recovery. Extra Dogg treats in his pup cup. It was great. Good group of kids working there.

Female employee taking orders in the drive thru, forgot to check her name, was excellent. Answered all my questions and helped me decide on my drink. The wait wasn’t bad, the sweater weather vanilla chai white coffee was incredible. The male at the window was very kind with a smile. This is my new coffee place y’all. And it’s right next to the university in Turlock! Thanks!

To the person that I accidentally said "I love you" to instead of "thank you," I also did not want me to say that. My partner in the passenger seat did, rightfully, make fun of me for it at least. So sorry bout that.
