It is very good Digambar Jain temple very near to Madgaon railway station and nearly 6 km from airport. It has good rooms for stay. Very nice jain food (home made) at mandeerji.

Shri 1008 Adinath Digambar jain mandir. Temple has beautiful statue of bagwan. Architecture is good. Its not a very temple. They even have guest house which is well maintained.

My Dad Late. Mr Mahavir Sangame was the Engineer of this Jain Temple, I still feel very connected to this place. Reading all the reviews is making me feel proud of my dad.

Perfect stay for pure vegetarian...it is in the middle of Goa..you can go to calm south beaches in 30 minutes or happening crowded north Beach in 40 minutes...caretaker is a Jain Pandit Rahul ..he takes care of jain food and the temple..very humble and nice person..the temple chairman also helps for any guidance

I recently visited the temple, Mandir ji is located at peaceful place. I am glad to see the arrangements. Clean room... Awesome Jain food is available on request from Pandit ji (Mr. Rahul). Please make sure you reserve your stay and get booking acknowledgement/reservation prior to reaching temple.

Food is served at night which is not good being a jain temple place. Potato is served which also should not be there.Although, the stay is good with AC room ,wifi available with reasonable price

So glad to find this temple in Goa, where I did not know existed a Jain digambar temple. A lovely temple, located a bit inside but excellent Adinathji Pratima, Manstambh and large open area for a place like this. Pujari very courteous and dedicated. Thanks to google maps, it is so easy to find places, in fact know some place exists..

Beautiful temple situated 4kms from Madgaon Railway station. Atithi Bhawan is adjacent to Mandir, as of now only stay facility is available. For food arrangement , one has to look for options outside. Goa has many hotels which provide Jain food (main course) and dosa Idli. I request all Jains to promote our temple in Madgaon.

Manager is very rude and staff is more rude. Before booking he said pandit ji will provide food, but they are least bothered and inhumane. On day of arrival we requested for a tea but staff refused. I told them, We have elderly person with us and we travelled overnight and need to take medicines still they refused. Attitude of manger and staff nowhere reflects Jain ethos and spirit. Even for tea/coffee/milk one has to travel min 5-6km.There are no restaurants nearby. Please avoid this place especially you are travelling with children or elderly people. Big no for patients or anyone who is on regular medicines.

Worship place. Open in morning and evening. Dharmshala is also available.

Clean rooms at affordable price.. There is no bhojnalay and Panditji does not provide food, even for tea we had to go for 4-5 kms. We requested Panditji for tea as my mom was really tired, she bluntly refused. They provide only one glass and even we requested that we are 3 members please provide 2 more glasses, they refused. So if you can arrange your own food, tea or coffee then this place is okay. The supportive vibe of usual jain dharmdhala is missing here

Temple is beautiful and very peaceful. But, As a Jain , we had never expected such a rude answer from the derasar adhyaksh, we just asked for bhojnalay pass, if he wanted to refuse than he could have done nicely. But, instead, he rudely told us, that " jo yahaan rehte hain , unhe hi hum dete hai, WE DON'T GIVE TO ANYONE ELSE, JIS HOTEL ME RUKE HO, UTHAR HI KHAOO..." Never ever expected to be insulted like this in our temple. As a Jain , I had always believed that at the time of lunch, you don't let anyone go without asking for food, AND THIS WAS VERY HUMILIATING This ARROGANT behaviour from the adhyaksh of derasar is really SHOCKING
