You get what you pay for, not really a safe location and very questionable rooms. Found a nasty surprise under our bed, burn holes in sheets (non-smoking room), hairs all over "clean" bed sheets, and found someone else's food in the microwave. We were given another room after finding used condoms under our bed. The room they gave us wasn't any better.. will not be back. (Booked through Expedia)

Definitely pleasantly surprised when we got to our room! The pictures online are outdated and the rooms have been remodeled with wood flooring that looks lovely. We're absolutely going to be staying here again only next time we're going for one of their jacuzzi rooms!

The room was "clean" and the bathroom was renovate BUT the neighbourhood it's not friendly at all. I discourage people to go there if you want a quiet and peaceful night. I payed the night (no refund) and went somewhere else !!

My husband booked this hotel because he wanted a room with a jacuzzi. Once we arrived the television wasn’t working so we reported and left to go get some items. Once we returned to the room and started to get settle I pulled the sheets back and noticed that the sheet were discolored and had an odor then I realized that the sheets weren’t changed prior to our arrival. In addition, we turned on the water in the tub the pressure was low, and we wasn’t informed of that prior to booking the room I reported both issue to the office I spoke to a guy at the front desk initially and I informed him that we recorded the issues and that we would like to come and let him see what the issues were. He stated no need to see any video just come and we will give your money back. Approximately 5 mins later the room phone rang it was a lady that is the manger I’m guessing she started yelling on the phone stating that we won’t be getting any money back so my husband and I went to the office to show her the video and to explain to her that I never ask for any money back and that I was merely reporting the issue that the room wasn’t up to health standards. She stated that she didn’t want to see the video and turned to my husband and told him that he needed to take me to a 5 star hotel which added gas to the fire . My husband stepped in and said that we don’t have a problem with the room itself it’s the fact that it was cleaned or presentable to have someone in there he also stated that if she could change the sheets we would be ok she responded and said that she could but it could take some time now at this point I’m livid so then my husband said ma’am look just give me the sheets and I’ll change them . Once I said that I was going to report the business she told my husband that she would refund 50$ dollars and the room was $129.00 . Due to the inconvenience and the condition of the room we should’ve been refunded in full since we didn’t stay there

Noisey heating/cooling units, tv remote works occasionally. You get what you pay for here

Enjoyed my stay and would recommend this establishment for its location to IAH. Appears to have been recently refurbished. Good value. Minor cleanliness issues.

Room 109 - King Suite with Spa Bath Amenities: • jacuzzi • bath towels, face towels, hand towels (2 each) • hairdryer (didn't work) • 2 small bars of body soap, 1 pack of shampoo and 1 pack of conditioner • 2 plastic cups (no toothbrush or toothpaste) • fridge, microwave, AC • TV • ashtray My stay was for 5 nights. What I liked: • pretty spacious and comfortable for the price! • jacuzzi hot tub next to the bed • cleaning service everyday • fridge, microwave, AC temperature control • smoking allowed • TV with 2 extra HDMI ports - I connected my Roku to watch shows :) • tap key card • cats walking around the inn 🐱 • location - close to IAH Airport What I didn't like: • the cleaning service staffs were very inconsistent - both with time and quality. Sometimes they'd come around 11 AM, other times around 1 PM. I had a day that I piled all the used towels and bed sheets on the bed to make it easier for the staffs to clean our room while we were out. We came back that evening and everything was left where they were,, nothing was replaced or cleaned. • there is no hand soap??? • the toilet paper holder isn't toilet paper holding (broken, practically useless) • night lamp on the right side of the bed did not work • hair dryer did not work • the sink's drain stopper handle was detached from the actual stopper control, had to go under the sink and pull it up to open the drain (only after closing it, not constantly) • no body-length mirror • room is pretty dim for my liking • bed keeps shifting (it is not attached to anything) • random pair of socks in one of the drawers • only one key card was provided for the two of us Overall, it was a pretty comfortable stay once I got over the minor inconveniences.

Served its purpose. Stayed in room 210. The bed was great ( we always travel with our own sheets and pillows). Room was cleaned well only complaint is the shower was not cleaned but overall was worth it for $72.! Would stay again.

Simple and quaint. A good inn for a travel stop. This is not a luxury hotel or even a Red Roof. The rooms were recently renovated with nice flat screens and comfortable beds. I got the impression this location was cleaned and well maintained. It was not noisy or inappropriate at night as some places like this tend to be. Front desk was friendly.

Good enough little motel! The water tastes weird, buy some water bottles before coming. There is no breakfast, no coffee so get ready to take the car in the morning. WiFi is real bad, you can't work for example, or make calls using it that don't cut out.

Got a jacuzzi room. Jacuzzi was good size but not too clean. Gotta always check them filters.... The rest of the room was a good size room and cleaned. Customer service was quick, convenient, and helpful.

I drove in from California for work out in the area and spent the week here. Pubudu and the staff there were always attentive and made sure we were taken care of. It was pretty calm, folks staying here were also pretty cool to chat around with. Many here are truckers or just stopping through for the night: but contrary to the area claims made we didn’t run into a single issue- much less police having to patrol around. I’m definitely pleased with the staff and hotel and hope to be back here again next time I’m in the area.

The people were accommodmitable. They never came in the room while we were there. But it would have been better to cover up the smell at least in a non-smoking room. We smelt the last people were there a couple of hours after they left. Other than that it is like five minutes away from food.
