Worth every mile and every penny. We drive 90 minutes to our nearest, and always a highlight of a trip to Houston. Nothing beats those beautiful, sweet , fluffy dough pillows rings as they dissolve in your mouth. Look for the Red Light and anticipate confection perfection!

Waiting more than 10 minutes around 7pm on 03/17/2023. One car at window and 3 cars behind me. I said hello more than 5x and nobody answered. I am so upset they closed the Katy location just for me to travel to this one with bad customer service. There was an empty parking lot so I do not understand the wait. Hot light was also not on so there shouldn't have been a wait.

A+ customer service! Tasty selection of donuts and incredible customer service that went above and beyond! After making my selection, I returned to my car which refused to start - dead battery! 2 women who work here (and a bystander) jumped my car battery using their own jumper cables and their expertise (I knew nothing about jumping my vehicle and didn’t even have jumper cables.). They were kind and “jumped” right to it. I am so appreciative and, by the way, this Kreme-filled donut is the best I’ve ever had!

They are polite at this location, but they never have something. They never have everything to make a frozen latte. Every time I come here ( which is like once or twice a week) they never have something to make a latte. They need someone in place to stay on top of ordering. Don’t even waste your time stopping here. They most likely won’t have what you want. 🫤

I love Krispy Kreme Donuts! The location is convenient. Easy in, easy parking and easy out. The customer service wasn't anything to write home about. They did have a large variety of items to chose from. We ordered online for pick up and it was ready when I got there. Honestly, I've had much better and friendly experience at other Krispy Kreme locations!

This is the only Krispy Kream around in a over 50 mile radius, they should at least make an effort to hire competent and nice employees. She got the order wrong, was very unpleasant, covering her face and she did not look like she wanted to be there. First time that I experienced such sub-par service from this company.

It seems like the hot light is never on at this location. My donuts are always cold. The employees usually have attitudes when I go. The last time I went, the employee cut me off while I was talking at the speaker and then got mad because I didn’t tell her what I wanted fast enough AFTER she interrupted me when I was trying. It sucks that there aren’t many in the Houston area but I’ll try the other location in Pearland. Maybe they’re happier people.

I love Krispy Kreme but this store i would give a 0 star rating if I could. All the workers and the manager was extremely rude! They just stared and when you did say something you got attitude. I would love to work there and do absolutely nothing. They had us waiting for an order of a medium coffee for about 10 mins and we were already late picking up. Just ridiculous! Absolutely the work customer care I have ever seen in my life. I never do reviews but that was absurd. The coffee tastes like dookie booty and they wouldn’t give me the free donut that app said I could scan for.

Donuts were good. They said they had donuts ready and I had to wait 20 minutes still for my dozen and I was the only one there. Some of the staff (I think it was the manager)were a bit combative when I was asking questions about the Krispy Kreme birthday promo (which isn’t as good a deal as initially reported. Won’t be making the trek from Spring again.

Unfortunately Krispy Creme has CLOSED their Katy location and driving 39 miles across town is redundant and costly gas/tolls etc. The closed Katy location had a Manager named "Pam". She was the entire reason for me and my family being such a "regular". When we finally took the long drive out to Humble I couldn't believe that our beloved long lost FAVORITE Krispy Kreme Manager was the 1st face we saw! Great customer service is hard to find and a clean/stocked/consistent donut shop is even harder! "Pam" really keeps things running smoothly and has always made my family feel welcome and appreciated.

Ordered a dozen glazed donuts and a dozen of the new chocolate creme filled donuts in the drive thru. Unfortunately I didn't receive those donuts. What they gave me were 2 dozen white creme filled donuts. I tried calling several times thru out the rest of the evening, but no one ever answered. It's been 3 days now and I've continued to call and still, no one answers. I live about 20 miles away from the humble location. I want to speak to a manager first before I drive all the way back up there. This is beyond ridiculous. Either replace my order or give me my money back.

The donuts were moust and delicious. My only complaint: the fillings were almost non existent. I choose filling over glazed for a reason and it didn't hit that spot. Very disappointing, but I'm hoping this isn't a common thing. I'll be back. The original glazed donuts don't have that problem though. I would love to see more flavors in the original glazed with fillings.

Had to drive up because no one was answering the drive thru line . The hot light was on so once I ordered my order I asked Desiree (cashier) if I could get a free donut and she said I had to have the app. Confused I asked doesnt the light just have to be on? She said no they don't do that anymore. Customer service really is so important and for the employees who are the face of Kristy kreme to lie just because they don't feel like walking back to get a donut is crazy.

Stopped by to get a medium iced coffee and when I received it from the drive thru, it looked like a small. So I went in and asked which size but the girl at the counter seemed unsure and said yes that is the only size they have. If this drink which looks smaller than an 8 once is medium, this is a ripoff. I did check my receipt and I did pay for a medium.

Donuts where ok, but a horrible experience with the cashier. Unhelpful. This location is not recommended.

Nasty they are I was on the phone with my husband as his ordering donuts & told him to ask for a cappuccino and the guy replies the machine wasn’t clean cause they didn’t clean it last night…..That made my stomach turn and wonder what else in there isn’t clean, I told my husband he didn’t have to get any donuts cause I was turned off. It’s just safe to eat at home cause I know my coffee machine & kitchen is clean……You don’t ever tell a customer your employees are not doing their jobs being sanitary. I would’ve said the machine was down or something……The lady at the window needs a better attitude I know it was early but that’s your job and the one you obviously chose so if you don’t want to be there please find another one……

The hot, fresh donuts were delicious as always. They are my favorite. I also got a custard filled chocolate covered one. It had the texture of a day-old donuts. The custard was good and helped moisten it some. It's not terrible, but also not outstanding.

Very rude employees. They had no almost no donuts made either. With this being the only Krispy Kreme location for 20+ miles they need to stay stocked for high volume. Honestly, I wouldn’t have wrote a bad review if the employees weren’t rude. After every single item I ordered she proceeded to ask me “is that all” with the biggest attitude. She was also rude about not having donuts left. Tell your employees to fix their attitudes.

I just received the worst Krispy Kreme donuts ever. They were not properly cooked. It was my birthday free dozen. Yuck 🤮🤢 dough, under cooked and frosting over coated on them. Disappointed 😞 I use to love them.

OMG! This is the first Krispy Kreme restraunt that I've seen in Texas, and I was NOT disappointed! I've missed this place since moving from Florida. My kids love watching their fresh donuts being made. The donuts are warm and so darn tasty! Their Iced Caramel Mocha hit the spot to wash down my chocolate covered donut. This location is great for a quick family trip to experience something new for the little kids, and even the kid inside us adults. I'm just thankful this location is an hour from me, or I would be giving them my breakfast money every morning. Highly Recommend!

The donuts were delicious, including their limited time pumpkin ones! My only issue was just the drinks we received; the syrups were all settled down at the bottom of our coffees, so we had to mix it heavily to get it to what we wanted 😅 Besides that, the food was great!

So disappointed-needs some Quality Control! This location is giving Kristy Keene a bad name Super greasy glaze was not smooth and as you can see they were far from the pretty perfect donut Kristy Keene is know for.

We Love this Place. Melt in your Mouth when Hot & Fresh. We drive from Magnolia to HWY 6 & the location was closed, then we drove to Humble while some were doubting being worth the almost 2 hr drive, but after the 1st bite they were Happy we did

Around 8:10pm every week few times I get donuts from them. Those are always warm and just come out of oven. Delicious and tasty. My kids love them in the morning

I love Krispy Kreme but we do not have one in the Conroe area. I stop in Maui and get mine leaving and going to the airport. Want get anymore probably getting to old to fly that far.

I found out i'm not dark enough to be going to krispy kreme here. Note to area manager when you're employees refuse to set up there. Coffee station with cream and sugar. At least let the customer know. Instead of giving an attitude. When customer access for cream and sugar. This only shows how racist your employees are, Intosis not to return..... Ever!

So I waited a whole day just to type this review just so that I could calm down and be professional. For starters this is probably the only location “opened “ on the east/north side of the city. So basically it’s about 30 minutes from my home. On Saturday night at 7:40pm the lobby was closed. Inside there were three small kids running around playing. I guess parent(s) were working inside and decided it was a “take kids to work day”. In lieu of daycare the manager or owner decided it was ok to close lobby while kids had floor to themselves. Only option was drive thru. So once at drive thru I was asked what my order was. All I wanted was a dozen glazed donuts. Associate at this time told me it would be 1HOUR AND 20 MINUTES till batch would be ready. With a Shipleys available at nearly every 5 miles in this city and your main sku is original glazed donuts, why should it take 80 minutes for donuts?!?!?! Krispy Kreme, just close shop you clearly show you don’t know your own business or customer service at all.

Great service. Loved the quality of the different variants of donuts. The floor inside of the building was very sticky when moving my feet to walk. However, my experience was satisfactory at this donut shop. Lots of donuts available.

We LOVE Krispy Kreme. We stopped in today to buy 3 dozen donuts for our teacher teams. We really wanted to get the mixed variety with a coupon but it was good one day only, so we ended up with 3 dozen plain. As always, they tasted heavenly. Our only real "issue" was how long it took to get our order taken and then prepared and we were the only ones in the store at the time. But, it was 6:00 a.m.so, I don't think they are super staffed for counter orders that early.
